Well designed, immaculate and ready for the whole family. No there's not a lot of shade - but that's not uncharacteristic of parks in this region. Put up your awnings. The landscaping is beautiful. There seems to be a good sense of community. One perk they offer is pet services. With all the outdoor activities and nation parks in the area you can spend the day and know your fluffy family member is taken care of! That itself makes this park a 6 star resort. read more

Had such a great stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful, even before we got there! Very clean RV resort and the spaces are spacious and graveled. They have a small store and nice laundry, showers & bathrooms. They also have a kids play scape, a dog play area, pickle ball courts and a pool. The pool is kind of small and always kids in it, so we didn't hang in that area. It would be a plus for people with kids, though! Very well maintained park! We brought our side by side and with our whole set up we were 75' long and they easily accommodated us in a pull through. You can drive on streets in your off roader from the park all the way to the trails and dunes. You do need to purchase a permit to off road, which you can do online before you arrive. They kept us up to date on different happenings through the week...a yoga class, a couple food trucks (which were delicious) and a derby party. Fun touches! This was one of my favorite RV parks. The attention to detail is awesome - very clean, well laid out, quiet and convenient to the freeway (without the noise). Even paintings of desert creatures on the base of the street lamps. The sites are groomed gravel. Unfortunately, my small dog had trouble walking on it. The dog park is nice and they have dog poo stations posted at every lane. The staff is super nice, great communications and options for making reservations. Loved receiving a bag of local caramel popcorn on arrival. There are so many amenities - we wish we were staying longer. They even offer curbside trash pickup!! Very nice shower/restrooms. Perhaps in the fire they can include grassy areas at the sites for pups, but otherwise delightful! read more

We so wanted to love this place. Reviews raved about how wonderful it was. It isn't a "luxury" resort at all! Pool was the size of a home pool. 8 kids with floats and no room for adults. This is a beautiful and well designed resort. The staff is amazing and they love to help and share the information on the area. I have read a very negative review and I have to wonder how she had such a different experience than I have had. If you are looking for a resort that has a beautifully designed, easy to access, immaculately maintained, and staffed with people who love to assist in making your experience the best then Settler's Point is your place. The hours listed through Yelp are not correct. The office may be lesser staffed after 6:00 pm but there is someone on site until 10:00 pm and an on-site manager available for any emergency. Another thing that has been invaluable to me is the propane refill service. I have been here a couple of months and it is convenient to have my tanks filled here on site. The building with the bathrooms and showers as well as laundromat is AMAZING! The bathrooms are private and quality and kept very clean. The laundromat and bathrooms are 24/7 and much to my dog's disappointment, they have a dog wash station. It has steps and a sliding door to keep the dogs safe as you bathe them and save your back by not having to be on your knees. It has hot and cold water so your pet will be comfortable. The clubhouse is beautiful and comfortable and I love that they have bookshelves with books guests are free to take back to their Rv to read if they do not wish to read there. When I have had grandchildren visit we have enjoyed the game cabinet in the clubhouse. The amenities are top notch and it's apparent that the employees take pride in the place. I just can't find a bad thing to say about this resort. I love it and feel very at home here. read more

Settlers Point is a nice RV park and very clean. The pool and other amenities are nice to have on property. Even though some complain about WiFi, we had no problem with it. The small store inside the office has some nice products and the office staff is very nice. read more

This is my 2nd year staying at Settlers Point. The staff is great and helpful. The amenities are great. I highly recommend!

Settlers Point is close to the freeway but blocked from the noise of the freeway. The have super clean and new facilities. We visited during the summer but they said their heat the pool in the winter and the jacuzzi is always 104. When we checked in, they even gave us a gourmet bag of candies popcorn. The WiFi is excellent and they even have a wifi boost on our electrical box. The laundry machines are state of the art and you can download an app to see how many minutes are left on the machine. They give you towels for the pool so you don't have to use your own. They have a ton of games to check out including pool games. They have a pickle ball court, basketball hoop (in the pool and in the court), playground, mini golf, BBQ, gazebo, fire pit and really nice dog park. They do a great job communicating via text (if you opt in) to let you know about check in, any facility work, and check out. They even offered a discount stay if you want to extend your stay a night. I have stayed at the place up the street but when I come back, I will only stay here. It's quiet and peaceful and the staff is so friendly! read more

This is a new RV Park. Has most amenities including a pool nice restroom and showers. Problems no shade at all. (today 104 when we arrived). Dog park very small grass in bad shape. Gravel and asphalt very hot for your pets going to the park. Staff is ok. Decent location. Needs grass in the sites and share. TV reception poor needs cable. 3.5 stars. I made a reservation for 2 nights in November of 2025 paid my deposit. Something came up and had to cancel my reservation for 15 months away and they said they have zero no refund policy. Really I wasnt told that or didn't ready it on their website. Won't EVER be booking of staying there. People Beware read more

Resort is quiet and far enough away from interstate. Relatively no shade at site. Site was also sloped side to side. Plenty of room between sites. Sites are gravel. Laundry is expensive...$2.25 each wash load and same amount for one dryer load. Lots of amenities for families. read more

We just stayed at Settlers Point Luxury RV Resort in Washington Utah. It was absolutely amazing! It is beautiful and so clean and quiet even though it is just off I-15. My children enjoyed every minute, from playing pickleball, cornhole, and swimming in their beautiful pool. Games and puzzles in the clubhouse greatroom were a fun family time together. My husband enjoyed watching the Stanley Cup championship game on one of their big screen TVs. I love that they have fun activities, and food trucks on the weekends. It was so fun to be there on flag day because of how patriotic they are decorated. They also handed out red, white and blue popsicles and little flags. The staff are so fun and helpful when we wanted to know where to go hiking in the area. We are so sad to leave, we will definitely be back!! read more

Fantastic RV Resort - private showers and bathrooms are impeccably maintained. Pool and hot tub are collocated with the club house and are surrounded by clean outdoor furniture for relaxing. Close to I 15 but minimal noise from traffic Clean dog park and dogs have access to open area beyond the fence next to the rest rooms. Hosts are very welcoming and a pleasure to talk with. The Alvarez review is totally wrong. They have a building near the rear of the park with bathroom, shower and laundry room. Also a pool, hot tub, and putting green. There are also 3 trash bins located around the park. All this info was on a map I was given when I arrived. The main reason I'm writing a review though was to comment on the great staff. I'd come to St. George to do some mountain biking and forgot my bike pump. On a lark, I walked up to the office and asked if they might keep one in the office. The office manager said no but she had one in her Jeep I could borrow. This was certainly not expected but greatly appreciated! I have two pumps at home but had forgotten to grab one. The resort was clean with very nice amenities. The bathrooms and showers were very nice and modern. Huge showers. The trash bin was kind of a walk from where we were parked, but there was plent of bins. Has a heated pool and jacuzzi. Pickleball, horse shoes, playground, cornhole. Lots of hiking trails near by. Completely disappointing place! This is the most expensive RV Park in the area & it is a total rip-off. They charge full tilt ($80/night/site) & they don't even have bathroom or shower facilities. We couldn't even find a trash bin. None of the amenities listed is available. It looks like it will be nice when completed - BUT until then, & maybe not even after - this place is not worth it. We decided to stay there thinking it was going to be nice, especially since we needed the bathroom facilities. Their Customer Service was equally disappointing. When we complained & requested a refund - they offered us a gym pass at first & then a 10% discount. What a joke. They would not refund our money - though they failed to mention that NO facilities were available when we made the reservation over the phone. After they charged my credit card they mentioned something briefly about it being under construction, but when I tried to get more details they pretended to not hear me & have a bad connection - though I could hear them just fine. We were scammed. Buyer beware. This place is NOT at all what they portray it to be. And it is not worth what they are charging. It should be the least expensive RV campground - at least until they get everything they say they have, completed. This is a very expensive dump station. Save your money & go elsewhere. read more
