Best RV Park in St. George area! Sites are mostly level with large gravel. Sites are very well spaced out and deep! The noise level has greatly improved with the large retention walls on the side of i15. The resort is super clean! Free trash pick up, two dog parks, free doggy poop bags, daily propane fill up, and more. Laundry and bathrooms are very well kept. I haven't used the pool area but I always see staff cleaning and prepping the area. Baseball court, swings, and more are available! The prices are reasonable and what really makes it special is the staff! They are absolutely amazing, from Bree, Dillon, Kevin, Rosie, Marysa and Brevin, the truly take care of the resort and the guests. They've started with weekly events to bring people together, including weekly yoga, group cooking classes, poker night and more. Some are for the whole family and some just for adults. read more

Great! Except for dismal, essentially no, WIFI service. Clean, easy to get to, well maintained, beautiful views, big rig friendly(68 ft for me with trailer), and absolutely nothing to complain about other than virtually no WIFI service. Use your phone hotspot for internet service. I stayed here two years ago and at that time there was no noise wall up yet between the park and Interstate and it was a bit noisy. That did not bother me but a lot of people complained. Quiet now. Another thing not related to the park. The area has, in a sense, been ruined by the incredible growth rate. The traffic is horrible. Locals are complaining, and many say they will move as soon as they can afford to. 10-minute commute to work is now half an hour. Great place to be a realtor? The exit from California is a real deal! Another complaint about the area. Utah.I am 80 years old and forgot my wallet and the bartender would not give me a glass of wine if I did not prove that I was legal age for alcohol! I have a very white beard! Walked out of that restaurant. Went to another and he read my beard age. No problem in the restaurant. Utah, no common sense, bull Sh##! read more

Convenient access off I-15, very close to I-15 so there is traffic noise. Very new park with small trees, no shade yet. Sites are nicely graveled. facilities are clean. Nice views of the valley, surrounding bluffs and mountains. Internet is ridiculously slow even for basic use in the evening.. Forget trying to stream a movie. First, let me say from the first phone call the morning of the 24th-the afternoon call when we made our reservation (had a better idea of timing) I was pleased with the customer service and the kind and helpful staff! It is so welcoming to get staff that care about where they work and about their potential customers! We only stayed one night (because of travel plans), the bathrooms are super clean, new, large shower spaces (although we didn't use them:( -) nice pool and spa area, corn hole, pickle all court, sign by pool stating to watch out for sharks in the pool if there is pee, gravel spots, many options for pulling in. The fwy was a bit noisy, however, when you are tired from hiking/traveling it didn't matter to us. Very dog friendly with a gated play area for them, if that's something you are interested in. Would stay here again when passing through! read more

OK so i have never camped in the Southern Utah area before so I didn't really know the area. I called lots of places and several locations looks really nice. This particular location had a space available so I booked it. Once I got here I wish I would have done a little more homework. Keep in mind that this place is really nice. The park was super clean and everything looks like it is new. Our site was clean and everything worked great. Unfortunately the freeway noice is crazy loud. We were on the back row, basically we were the farthest away one could be and the freeway kept us up all night. What sucks is again this place is great, everything is new, everything is nice but the freeway is way to close. PRICING - "4 STARS" This particular RV park is a little pricey for the area, we paid just under $100.00 per night to stay here. It's not like there is a beach or a nice view. It's pricy because of the supply and demand in the area. There is a pool but it was closed. There is a park and a nice corn-hole court that's really nice! They don't have a restaurant but there is a little store and also a food truck most nights so bring a little extra cash. CAMPING - "4 STARS" The camping is OK, nothing great about any of the sites, however, with that being said I guess all the campsites are clean, everything is new and all the hook ups seem to work great. If you get to choose try and get as far away from Interstate 15 as you can. RESTROOMS & SHOWERS - "5 STARS" The restrooms and the showers are not good they are great! They are actually the best restrooms and showers I've ever seen at any camping location I've ever been to. THINGS TO DO - "5 STARS if you have toys. This place is basically two minutes away from Sand Hollow. If you have toys bring them and have a blast. I should also point out that there is a basketball court, pickle ball court, corn hole and a swimming pool that again was closed. THE CAMPERS "5 STARS" We only met a handful of people but everyone was super nice. CUSTOMER SERVICE "5 STARS" The customers service here is great. The person on the phone was really nice and the person that checks you in is great. The only negative I have to say and I wasn't involved, I was just a witness but I have to tell you that the staff was really rude to an elderly lady. She came into the front office with a dog and the lady behind the desk was super rude to her and told her rules are rules and the dog had to go outside. Well I have to tell you, I think the owners of this property should change the rules because the way that the employees deliver the rules needs a little work. I have to tell you if it was me that was walking in with a dog and if I was talked down to the way that the staff talk down to that lady I would've canceled my reservation, canceled any credit card charges and I would have found another place to stay that's how rude the lady was behind the counter. Now I don't know everything that happened, perhaps this little old lady that walked in with her 2 pound dog was a really bad customer and maybe had been told over and over again and deserved to be treated the way she was treated, again I don't know all the specifics. All I can tell you is that what I witness was super rude. OVERALL "4 STARS" At the end of the day this is a really nice RV Resort. The price is not bad, the location is pretty good and there's lots of things to do. On top of that the park is really really clean and everything is nice and knew but remember the freeway, interstate 15 is super super loud and because of that I would never stay here again. read more

Great resort, only complaint is water hook up is very hard to use. They had a great food truck, so we didn't have to cook.

Directly next to the highway with no noise barrier. It's incredibly loud between vehicles hitting the rumble strips and trucks engine braking. Additionally there's no hot water for the showers. Which seems like a basic requirement to claim to be a luxury resort. If you're a heavy sleeper and don't mind paying for amenities that don't work then this is the place for you! read more

While traveling Northbound on Interstate 15 just on the north end of Saint George Utah my wife a I noticed Southern Utah RV Resort. The park is brand new and still under construction. They are currently open. The park is conveniently located close to the I-15 for easy access. You can definitely tell that the park was created by true RV Enthusiast. With beautiful surround Mountain View's and a convenient location. The park has wide asphalt streets and large level back in and pull through, full hookup spaces with new brand new electrical pedestals. There is a small tree and picnic table in every space. The club house is under construction and coming together very quickly. The staff was extremely hospitable and very friendly. I look forward to many future stays at Southern Utah RV Resort and seeing the park mature into a wonderful destination. read more

A dog friendly, newer park. Friendly staff. Clean facilities that work great. Clean bathroom and hot showers. Kind of noisy in the evenings, but once the sun does down, it quiets down. Internet was a bit slow, but we were able to stream on Amazon. Conveniently located just off I-15. Recently installed sound barrier fence between park and the interstate made the road noise barely noticeable for us. Two small dog parks plus a small grassy dog area in the center of the park. Plus there are lots do areas to walk dogs in the neighborhood around the park. Two gas stations nearby, a Chipotle, McDonald's (don't recommend, but that's a separate review), a Black Bear Diner, and soon to open a Seven Brothers Burgers. Plus many other options a short drive away. Lots of development happening around the park, so options are going to continue to improve. Will stay here again. read more

What an extremely clean RV resort! First off, being less than 2 years old the trees are still growing and the Utah sun is hot. But with all the covered areas, there's plenty of places to rest your tired body. There are 3 dog potty grass areas, 2 fenced, that are well maintained and placed throughout the resort. The sites are level with some pull-thrus. The laundry is spacious with coin operated machines and opened 24/7. There is an enclosed basketball court, putting greens, a couple of gas fire pits and some gas bar-b-que grills in the public area. Different food trucks come in for the enjoyment of the visitors. Smokin' Tacos will be here Friday evening! There is also a certified message therapist/reflexologist on site for the wiery traveler. The on-site owners are friendly and have hit upon a diamond in the desert in Southern Utah. read more

Amazing time in St. George/Washington, Utah. They just built this park recently. The clubhouse is modern, and actually, I place I'd hang out during my stay. It has a killer kitchen area and felt like a nice hotel. The grounds were excellent, and after visiting the other run-down parks in the area, this one easily has the best views around. We came up from Vegas to check parks before staying here. NO COMPARISON. It's actually been one of our favorite parks over the past few years. The red rocks and mountains like Sedona were hard to leave, but we are going to Sedona to ride out the lockdown! We will be back anytime we are close to the area. read more

Needed a place to get away for a weekend. This NEW RV resort to the area was much needed! Everything is immaculate! Service is friendly with nice long lots, both wide and flat. Loved the fenced in dog runs so the pups could run, relax and meet new friends as well. Pickleball, basketball, putting greens, and fire pit area... can't wait to try them all. The attention to detail is amazing, as are the camp hosts. The location with easy access to I-15 is very convenient. Oh, did I mention the sunset views?? Just thinking about enjoying them every night has me checking the schedule to go back as soon as we can! When we checked in the grounds manager Dave came to introduce himself and wanted to make sure that we have everything that we needed to have a good experience. Stayed here in early October and we had a very nice time. At the time we were there, they were still under construction, but despite this the whole place is very, very tidy. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me and this park is super clean. The sites at this park are very generous and the hookups are great. The owners are friendly, professional, helpful and down to earth. The views of the hills from the park are pretty. The clubhouse was nearly done when we were there and it looks gorgeous. I didn't mind the construction at all and the work is moving at a fast pace. I suspect they will be done soon. The park is freeway close and there are two gas stations nearby that can be easily accessed if you are towing a trailer or in an RV. We will be back next time we come this way again. read more

My husband surprised me with a stay here for our 25th wedding anniversary. We hiked and explored the surrounding area everyday,(including Bryce Canyon). The sites are large and well set up. We didn't use the laundry facilities but the bathrooms (with showers) were spacious and comfortable. We will recommend this place and hopefully be back sooner rather than later. read more

We stayed here for a few nights while we were on our way to Yellowstone and had a great time. The staff was very welcoming and accommodated a last minute site change after hours. So, I must say that after my interaction with the staff, I felt like I was dealing with the concierge at a 5 star hotel. (So helpful & professional) Unfortunately, I had to cancel and I did not get to meet Jason or Brock, but that being said our communication via phone and text was exceptional. My friends in the SG area initially told me that the Southern Utah RV had just done some remodeling and is one of the cleanest parks in SG, thus that is why I was I originally made my reservation. However, due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel. I did receive communications from the park inquiring if everything was OK. I must conclude that it is a warm & secure feeling knowing that I will stay at this park upon my next visit to SG. read more
