As our family says goodbye to Legacy Montessori Christian School, we are filled with gratitude for…read morethe incredible foundation it has given our children. One of the things that has impressed us most is the Montessori approach. Both of our boys were reading by the age of four, developed a genuine love of learning, and entered each new stage with confidence. They learned early math concepts like addition and are heading into elementary school well-prepared academically. We truly believe the individualized, hands-on Montessori environment helped foster their independence, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning. Equally important to us was the Christian foundation of the school. It was such a blessing to know that the values and biblical principles being taught at school aligned with what we were teaching at home. Having that consistency during their early years was incredibly meaningful for our family. As we begin a new chapter, we do so with thankful hearts. Legacy has given our children a strong academic, spiritual, and personal foundation, and we will always be grateful for the role it has played in their lives. We highly recommend Legacy Montessori Christian School to any family looking for a nurturing, Christ-centered education that truly prepares children to thrive.

This is the kind of school that you still follow on social media and still look at all your favorite teachers pictures and smile. Teachers are 5 star! Legacy, it has a great security system in the school, with an easy drop off. The school campus is small and great for little ones . 2 to 3-year-olds and even up I think to 5th. I really love the teaching style that my kids have at Legacy Montessori. my daughter and my son attended for two years and kindergarten through second and 3rd-4th. The school teacher Friday is amazing, subject, including speech, intimate, and our favorite mandarin. this one for us to continue a passion for Mandarin and we still have those in Mandarin and now have a live-in aupair from China. The school snd teachers Teach, kindness, respect, and sharing. Really, many of the things most public schools do not take consideration off. Really, still to this day, I value and love that this school took the time to get to know each family, and each child individually. There is upmost love and care for each of the family and children at the school. Unforgettable happy memories will forever be in my heart。Thank you, Ms. Katy, Ms. Shay!

After seeing the full cycle from K-5 I can confidently say this school is terrific. My biggest fear was that because I don't speak Spanish that I would struggle to help my children but the interesting part is that my kids picked up Spanish quickly enough that they were able to translate the homework for me so I could help them with Math, Social Studies, etc. And with web tools like Google translate I can check their vocabulary pretty easily. If having a 2nd language is important to you (or just having a rock solid elementary school) then I highly recommend this school. I had to transfer my kids to this school since we live outside their boundaries and it has been worth the extra miles back and forth. I have also been there through 2 different principals / leadership teams and although they are different from each other in many ways their commitment to the children and the program is remarkable and felt through every part of the school. No, it is not a magical place with rainbows and unicorns all the time, it is a real school with real students and real teachers and the challenges that go along with elementary school but the focus is always on teaching and preparing children. The bonus: The on-campus ESS program - Love! Love! Love! their leader and team. They give me complete comfort that my children are cared for and their management of the children after school and during summer break is wonderful. They are well organized and good communicators and help with homework as well.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience as the parent of child at the school. There is an application, and parents truck their kids in from all over to get their children involved in the school. It is amazing. There is a traditional track that struggles now and then with test scores, but the immersion program is like a little private school tucked inside a public school. The kids are accepted in Kindergarten, and stay with the same group of students all the way through 5th grade. The best part is these students are fluent in Spanish, and can move on with a special skill.
