They are honest when given you an estimate and go into great detail so you are not hit with any surprises later. While the vehicle was eventually delivered, the overall experience was highly frustrating and one of the worst transactions I've ever had. Communication and transparency were consistently poor. Salesperson Bruce Murphy showed little urgency, required constant follow-ups, and failed to properly prepare the truck (it arrived with the same dirt spot noted during the video walkthrough plus additional interior stains). He also provided incorrect information on taxes and delivery requirements. Finance manager Ian O'Connor was unprofessional, performed multiple unnecessary credit pulls without clear explanation, and mishandled the $1,600 tax overcharge refund (sending it to the bank instead of directly to me as discussed). Delivery updates were delayed and reactive. On the positive side, sales manager Dennis Rainez was excellent--transparent, proactive, and responsive once he got involved. He provided regular shipment updates and offered compensation for the dirty interior and low fuel upon delivery. Despite eventually receiving the refund (after refinancing), the repeated misinformation, poor follow-through, and subpar service from key staff made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Rolling Hills Toyota or buy from them again.

This business is 100% a scam!!! Took my box truck to this shop get an estimate. I called twice to…read moreask if ok to bring in to have it looked at for an ESTIMATE! Never was I told during these 2 phone calls that there would be a charge for looking at my truck nor anything about storage fees if I did not get the work done there. So, I took my truck jn. They called and said they lost my paper work and since I had my phone number on my for sale sign on the box truck they were able to call me. They told me it would be $70 to fix the ABS issue. Again never told about a storage fee or fee to look at my truck. When we spoke again I was then told not sure how much it would be to fix it. I called the next day and the technician that had been looking at my my truck was supposedly out on a tow and I was told he would call me back when he got back to the shop. The technician never called back. So the next day I went in to pick up my truck and was charged $143.00, since they took off the $300.00 in storage fees. No work or parts were done on my truck and I never received an estimate that I had to pay $143.00 for. When asked what this was for I was told it was to look at my truck and since not getting work done there I was charged a storage fee. Again this was never brought to my attention of storage fees or fee to look at my vehicle that I brought in (not towed) for an estimate! These people waited to call me and never said their fees, knowing they would charge me everyday my truck was at their business. This business is a scam and no one should trust them!!! There is also a complaint on the BBB for the exact same thing and also a lot of 1 star reviews with the same issue. We did call the sheriff, but was told it was a civil matter. But the first words out of the sheriff's mouth was "is it because of the storage fees?" I knew exactly this isn't the first time they have done this to customers. After we paid we started to leave but we had no keys, so we turned around and asked if there were fees to get my keys. They then told me to "get the F out of their shop and don't come back." I replied, "Do you really think I would come back to this place?" As we were leaving out of the shop my wife and I were surrounded by 5 plus people and he continued to call all the mechanics out of the shop. I asked if all of them were going to beat my wife and me up in front of our children in the car? They then told me my keys were in the truck we then left. We as customers should have the ability to choose where and who we want working on our truck. We should not have to pay more than the repair and +100.00/day for outdoor storage and $300.00 for indoor storage, if you decide to not go through with the work at their shop and to go to different shop.

Initially they quoted me a price and then called another day with another to the point where the bill went from over $5,000.00 to over $6,000.00 dollars and supposedly that was just only for parts. However, I was told the parts would take a week to ship or receive. It got to over $10,000.00 and I said no because they only took off one wheel the first day and ordered parts they thought was needed to do the job. I told them to prepare my vehicle so I can have it towed back to Omaha as I was headed South for a week. It cost me $1,500.00 for towing to Omaha and asked them to place parts in my vehicle for towing. I had to pay an additional $1,658.78 for them to release my vehicle. I was told they need to know soon of the tow because there may be storage fees assessed. What a scam and be aware if you must frequent this shop. I would like for the owner to respond because I tried to rectify this problem but he pushed it off to his shop person who failed to call. That's enough and I think they owe me funds from all the false charges!

The salesman Travis Brooks is the 4/5 star rating because I dealt with him for 2 weeks and my crazy work and personal schedule. He was very nice, and more than understanding, and easy to get along with! No pressure either. I would give him 5/5 but deducted 1 star for the product that I was finally able to come up and see being over priced, over represented condition wise, and not a good value unless they dropped the price in almost half.

To begin I believe most of these repairs and recommendations were fabricated and unnecessary to take advantage of an elderly lady in her 70's... ----- The type of grandmother to thank the cashier at the grocery store for being kind, the type of grandmother that still sends birthday cards, makes pies , has a home in disrepair and was a widow at the young age of 53. You know the type of grandmother that reminds you of you're grandmother. The one that you're not worried about making it into heaven . Yes, that one. ---------------- Ok secondly! The Ford Escape! What can I say? What's you're excuse Ford? The work was necessary? What's that say about you're product? And even if the work was necessary... the price? The prices are outrageous. I can't single out any one repair because they are all RIP OFFS. Lastly, Please look at the work done, the mileage , model year, and the cost of the repair... if you don't know what you're looking at, show a friend or you're husband. Please review the documents before purchasing a vehicle or having repairs made at ANY dealership. and just be on the safe side and believe me, do NOT come here for anything! After hearing that Best Buy was going to charge me over $100 to install a unit that I had already…read morepurchased, I looked for more options. This was the first place I stopped by. I received nothing but great customer service and friendly interactions. All I needed was the unit installed on my 2011 Scion Tc with Bluetooth and they did it seemlessly for $45. Have never had an issue with it and I am very happy with this vehicle. Best part of this place is when I went in for a second vehicle. I brought in a 2006 Toyota Avalon, and for many car people it is understood how difficult it is to be able to replace the radio and keep functions of the screen that's already in the vehicle. The staff there was persistent in being able to solve all my issues and communicated constantly to make sure we could work together to get it fixed. All issues have been resolved with the Avalon, and everything works exactly as we wanted it. All in all, from simple to complex, this place really did the job well and I would definitely bring in any future vehicles for install. I have not purchased a unit with them, I brought in my own and they just did the install (this is the best way to make sure you buy exactly what you want), but I would not doubt that they offer quality products. 10/10 would recommend
