Since BCA goes through 8th grade, our oldest child has recently transitioned to a large public high school and is flourishing. As a parent, I also appreciate how welcoming and involved the community is. There are so many opportunities to volunteer with varying time commitments so parents can be as engaged in a way that work for them. Most importantly, my girls love going to school. They're always excited to see their friends and teachers, and the sense of community extends beyond the classroom -- they play soccer and do gymnastics with many of their classmates, which has helped strengthen those friendships even more.

I approached his teacher, Ms. Patty, and asked to speak with her in regards to this matter. Once I told Ms. Patty what my son had told me she instantly became very defensive. She immediately came to the other child's defense and straight out accused my son of lying. I asked her how they handle altercations between children and her response was "typically we would speak to both students and their parents BUT it didn't happen." After several minutes of being accused of lying I decided to leave with my son. Not only did this upset my son but it also tainted the image I had portrayed of how teachers are supposed to be. Supportive, friendly and trustworthy. Our experience with Ms. Patty was none of the above. To make matters worse, minutes after leaving the facility I received an extremely aggressive email from the director, Julie. She did not ask me any questions about the conversation that took place. Instead, she came to Ms. Patty's defense and threatened to kick my son out. Given the experience we had on our son's first day, my husband and I agreed we were not comfortable leaving our son in their care. Leaving us no choice, we removed our son from this preschool. We let the director know our decision and requested a full refund. We were only given a PARTIAL refund and were still charged fees. Nothing was explained to us and no further contact was made by the school. I made the mistake of assuming this preschool was a warm, inviting environment due to it being linked to a church. I was sadly mistaken. Patty was extremely bias and made my child feel embarrassed, unheard and unworthy. Julie, the director, turned around and did the same to me.

She loves going to school everyday and a huge part of that is the environment that St. Aidans fosters. Their curriculum has always been exactly what she needed and her teachers have always been able to challenge her academically and encourage her imagination and creativity as well. The class sizes are just right so that she is provided with personalized instruction as well as lots of friends to play with! St. Aidans has been such a blessing to us these last three years! The staff has always been amazing and very caring. The environment is very welcoming and warm for the children. They cook fresh meals everyday in their own kitchen. worst daycare the don't sanitize , my toddler caught with…read moretoo many sickness once he started this facility. the front desk people has no concern or respect towards parents . they look down on us. i see all the kids in my sons class room with runny nose , the Teachers don't clean it, kids wipe it all over their clothes and face, they touch and wipe it on toys (easy way to spread the germs) . that class room always has foul smell in it, I doubt that they sanitize the classroom and toys . my son had sickness with high fever and cold wheezing all the time. We went to pediatrician more than 4 times every month when he was there. As a conclusion, it's like paying to get sickness and meeting disrespectfu/ignoring people. i blame myself to choose this facility. And i put my older kid in different daycares, I never had this issue.

The majority of the staff are attentive, loving, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the children. While there has been some teacher turnover, this seems to be a widespread challenge across industries right now, especially in daycare. That said, many of the staff members have been at this Goddard location for several years, which speaks volumes about the positive environment they've cultivated. I've been impressed with how much my daughter has learned during her time here. By the time she was just 15 months old, she could recite her ABCs and count to 20! She even asks to go to school on weekends, which is such a comforting sign of how much she enjoys it. The facility is very clean, and the office staff is incredibly organized and excellent with communication. As someone who is picky and very particular about schools for my children, I feel confident recommending this Goddard location. Leaving your child in someone else's care is never easy, but this team makes it much more reassuring.

The admissions department helped us to get everything in place quickly and very patiently answered all of our questions. The guidance counselor met with us the first morning and got us squared away easily. Everyone has been so friendly and willing to answer questions and explain how it all works. (I ask a lot of questions!) My daughter absolutely loves her teachers and has made a lot of friends. She is dyslexic and STF was able to personalize her course levels to match where she is in different subjects. She's not only excelling in her classes but, for the first time ever, is excited to go to school. Yes there are uniforms, but she's used to that so that wasn't a problem. All in all....I truly wish I could give St. Francis 6 stars!
