As for the food, let me be honest when I say it was one of the top two seafood meals I've had in my life. I got the crab-stuffed grouper with broccolini and couscous. She adds no sugars and you know there are no artificial ingredients or gmo's or any bad stuff, just fruit. She freezes some of the pulp to thicken it so she doesn't even add ice. Call around noon to confirm they have lobster for the day, since the fishermen go out every morning. The lobsters were huge, at $11/lb - we should have gotten 2ppl/lobster - way too much lobster otherwise. Honestly, nothing beats Maine lobster; Caribbean lobster needs to be smoky grilled to mask some of the "silty" favor. Even with lots butter & lemon, they just don't hold a candle to ME lobster.
