Our Furnace went out the two days before Thanksgiving. Called Bret who had rebuild our AC two years…read moreago. He had his top tech Sean at our house the next day. Told him we were good for the night. He quickly determine the problem was the gas control valve and it's sensor's! But due to the age of our furnace of 35 plus years and it was a no longer offered 65% efficiency furnace style that they no longer make. They could replace the part for about $1200. But due to the age we would be throwing good money down a deep hole. With it's age something else would go soon. They offered a 85% or 95% Efficiency furnaces for $$$$. WOW! Call two other HVAC companies for a second and third opinions. They both had the same diagnosis and recommendations for getting a new furnace! Got bids from all three. BRET TURNER Beat the other 2 by over a $1000 on either the 85% or 95%. We went with the 95% furance. Bret's price beat the price of of the competitors by over $1000. Infact the price we paid for the 95% furance was less then the 85% one from the closest competitor price. Very happy with the work they did! Cleaned up as they worked and the end of the day eveyday. Thought it might take four or five days. They were done in three days

8/3/20 Brent Turner heating and cooling Services was…read morereferred to us by a friend who had a great experience with him.He sent one of his guys out to evaluate our system in our home,his worker by the name of Sean was great! After Sean expected the unit and called his boss Bret to explain the issue.Bret ensured us that we will be taken care of within a week and that we needed to replacement part that had went out in the unit,and the company didn't carry the part, that it would take 3 to 5 business days to come in so we said ok we'll wait patiently even with the 105 degree heat. Because we were pleased how timely his team specifically Sean responded to our call. All of a sudden mentally something went terribly wrong with Bret.The weekend had passed, and it was time for Brent and his worker to come back out and repair the unit proximally 1 week.remember we're still suffering and 105 degree heat with no AC working. He instanly mentally snapped and went off on my husband over the telephone,I thought how scary? (Mental illness is so real folks,get help if you need it, please!!) He exclaims to my husband that he have never had this issue with a customer and we were the only customer with this particular issue which I find to be a complete lie and a very interesting comment!!!! And so what if you didn't,Figure it out Bret your suppose to be a licensed professional contractor, what a complete waste of our time. Bret continued to rant histerically, my husband said he sounded drunk and was really agitated, not to mention this was at 8:00a.m. in the morning on 8/3/20 Monday morning!
