Each time I came in they were patient and empathetic. I did remove a star because on my first visit I paid for the cremation in full cash payment, then I received a call that they didn't charge me enough and in order to proceed I would need to pay the difference. Upon arrival the guy who ran things said it wasn't necessary to come immediately the guy that called me was new to front desk tasks and I could have paid during pick up. I obliged because even with the additional payment, it was still the cheapest around including the hospital pastor's refferal. I also got a call it would take 2 weeks longer than the original Date I was told. Perhaps out of their hands. I do like their honesty when I asked for urns, they dont sell because people tend to way over price them and they won't want to rip people off. After calling around other places, nobody carries them and if they do its quite expensive. They did give me other ideas to save money. They do give you ashes in a cheap plastic black box. They do offer a chapel services at an additional cost to those interested in a funeral setting, small and quiet area, atmosphere to be expected. We opted for a celebration of life rather than funeral so I didn't need it however briefly peeked in on a service and seen how it may be since this is all new to me I wanted to know my options. Overall, priced are great and yes it was a bit delayed but for me it just allowed more time to let my emotions settle a bit prior to celebration of life. Personally i can't justify paying an extra $800+ for the same result from another company. I would use them again if I needed. No offense, Hopefully I won't ever again. Services were well worth it.

Randy is the one who both times helped me with the paperwork. He is so nice and so kind. Anyone who has a loss of someone they love should absolutely come here. They will treat you with respect and kindness and they are by far the least expensive in this area. They made a bad day better.

The entire…read moreprocess from beginning to end was such a smooth process especially because I live in Yuba County, almost a 2 1/2 hr drive. I initially went in to start the process with Jon, explained everything that we wanted and the deadline we needed the headstone by, the rest of my communication with Jon was thru text messages and by phone sometimes if more clarification was needed when we were designing the headstone, adding this and that or removing something, all done by text message and Jon was very patient thru the whole process because every detail creating our headstone had to go thru approval from me to all my siblings. There was no limitation to what they couldn't do. Jon also very knowledgeable about the type of headstone he would recommend due to the hard water in Central Valley cemeteries, he wanted us to have what was best for years to come that will last and not fade away in a year or less. The actual day we went to see the actual headstone, just blew us away, the back of my parents headstone was breathtaking! The images of my parents matched the picture to a tee! We just had the unveiling of the headstone and the 1 year memorial celebration for my parents and the compliments that we received from everyone in attendance saying how beautiful it was, some had never seen that type of design and everyone took pictures with their families posing at the front and back of my parents headstones. The pricing was affordable as well for a double headstone.
