It's the perfect stop before or after a round of golf or if you're just looking for a solid lunch in Anniston. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the staff has always been super friendly when I come in. Places like this are the reason I like supporting local spots instead of big chains. With that said, let's talk about service! Known for its service standards, Chik-Fil-A is an establishment that sets a high standard for customer service and employee to consumer satisfaction. Today, I had the opportunity to experience Gracie and I am convinced that she wrote the book on how to deliver AMAZING Customer Service. Gracie welcomed us into Chik-Fil-A with an amazing smile, vibrant personality, and organic cheer. As I walked to her register she maintained her amazingness throughout taking my order. When my sister began to place her order, Gracie still displayed customer service awesomeness. I'm talking about stellar service from an amazing individual. Thank you, Gracie. As we decided to dine-in Gracie ended up bringing our food to the table and guess what... she was still Awesomeeeeeeeeee. She delivered our food with a smile and thanked us again for coming into Chik-Fil-A. To continue the amazing experience, my food was fresh. Not just regular fresh, but fresh fresh.
