I have bought two motorcycles within the last 6 months and both experiences were excellent. Brandon and Zach are very personable and you can tell they appreciate their customers and will work with you to earn your business. Also had a good experience with their maintenance department. A bit out of the way but if you call and speak with them before hand about a vehicle you are considering - likely they will go out of their way to get you a fair deal. Starting chatting with Brandon and immediately was met with friendliness, no pressure, and a willingness to answer any questions without hesitation. Drove to the dealership and Zach took over. Ultra knowledgeable about all the platforms and offered an opinion but wasn't pressuring at all. They earned our business for many reasons but they're straightforward, here's your price out the door is what did it for me. BAIT and Switch!!!! I found this company online and found a unit I wanted to purchase. I submitted and inquiry and recieved a call back from Zach. He was very professional and knew his products. The next day I made a 45 minute trip to see them for a purchase. I came in, saw the SXS I wanted and proceeed to go over financing and costs etc. I was given a written quote with a cost and a financing rate and payment. I was prepared to purchase, pricing was fair and rate was reasonable. I made another 45 min trip to get a trailer. While returing I was texted they had made a mistake and the unit was priced higher than what I had on my written qoute and that the financing terms would also be significantly higher. This put a bad taste in my mouth about the company that I was dealing with but wasnt a deal breaker. Next I got a call from the manager Brandon.... he was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! He did admit they had incorrectly quoted me earlier but was unwilling to honor the wriiten quote from an hour earlier . He had the audacity to say "I should have quoted you a higher price in the begining so I could have taken something off to make you feel better". Now I was upset because he was very condescending. I told him to send me over the new pricing so I could review. He then called back and said Ihey wouldnt sell me the SXS and we wernt a good fit. At this point I was already willing to pay a competitor more to not have to deal with this level of unprofessionalism. Given the mood swings and level of mishandling around pricing I reccomend this place starts drug testing their employees. Perhaps a refresher in customer service would also help their bottom line. Dont waste your time find a professional dealer with respectable emplioyees. Very unsatisfied with my experience. read more

I can't say enough good things about my experience at St. John's Powersports. I just purchased my first motorcycle from them. Not only did they work with me to ensure the best deal in the state on my new Yamaha MT-07, the communication throughout the process was phenomenal. The customer service is top notch as well - they had my bike prepped and gassed up when I arrived, and the actual purchase procedure was efficient and quick...plus they helped me load up and secure the bike. Not sure how to rate them just yet! I bought a bike from them almost two months ago and still have not received my hard tag yet. I called the DMV yesterday and they told me I was not in their computers and St Johns Power Sports told me the tag will be in the mail any day now. That was 5 weeks ago. DMV told me they had 30 days to summit all the information to them after the sale of the bike. DMV also told me that they could issue me up to 2 temps., and on the third they would have to get an approval of the third. Also every website I go to of St Johns Power sports has no reviews! We were referred to Zach and drove an hour away to buy a four wheeler with him and he immediately became the rudest person I have ever met. He looked down on us the second that we said something about financing, continuously complained about it until we said we would just pay cash. Tried to give him our debit card to pay for a four wheeler and he said "cash, you know the green stuff with the presidents on them" we still kept our cool and we are like ok we will try to figure something out as he kept saying he tried to talk to us about it all on the phone and my husband told him each time he liked to do things in person. Also when we did talk on the phone he thought we were talking about a jet ski which is the exact reason we don't do things over the phone. Not another salesperson in sight to help us spend our money. Will not go back to this place and neither will the people who referred us who spent over 30k with him last time. read more

This is the worst Dealership I have had the displeasure of visiting. I took my wife's 1999 Yamaha Vstar 650 to them for carb work. The bike was there for more than 100 days before we got an idea there was additional issues. First off the mechanic told me he hated this bike and repeatedly belittled the model and brand. He blamed whom ever worked on it prior to him for all the issues. Mind you my wife and I had ridden the bike and have video. After about 80 days I started visiting once a week for up dates. It was one thing after another. Carbs rebuilt synced balanced to maybe bad cam, valve, timing chain, etc. I told the mech to let me know. It was the timing chains stretched, so i said fix it. Then he couldn't get carbs synced then theres another unknown issue. This is a YAMAHA dealer charging dealer fees. So 100 days+a few later i pick up the bike. He tells me there is another issue it only runs on one cylinder. So $982.30 later i have a bike that is in worst shape than they received it and the manager come up to me as im loading and asks me if i work for the Smithsonian Institute because the bike is a 1999, with 14,000 miles showing and titled. I tell him he should praise any Yamaha that comes to him for work regardless of the year. He further tells me he doesn't want to work on any bike more than 4 years old regardless of the make.. They have the nerve to advertise they work on all makes. Well mine is still not right i cant ride it now and i paid my bill of $1000.00. And i am selling my other Yamaha because of this shitty attitude i got from St Johns Power sports In PALATKA Florida..DO NOT BUY or bring your bike ATV to them. Not trust worthy...in my opinion. I never told them how much I wanted to spend so money wasn't an issue. I cant imagine a dealership unable to fix one of their flagship bikes. Certainly not a place to do business with. Call for parts,service,sales or to check on your vehicle there for service and always get the run around.Prices for service and parts ridiculous. Best to go out of town or buy online and do it yourself. St.Augustine is better but still not the best and you'll get nickel and dimed there like having to pay extra if they use a rag during service ect. Blank Check!Ppay or we keep the vehicle. read more

I purchased a Polaris 850 hi lifter from this store almost a year ago, it was making some squeaking noise so my son thought the belt was bad, he took it in for service and told them he thought it needed a new belt because of the squeaking. Now a reputable, honest , knowledgeable service dept would have called him and said ' the belt is not the problem, you need U joints and a couple other things to fix the problem you are describing'. But not St John's Power Sports, they replace a perfectly fine belt, charged my son $280 for it , told him to come pick it up and when he asked if that stopped the squeaking he was told no that it wasn't the problem , then listed what the real problem was.... so as Deleon explained to me they only fix what you say! So unless you are a service technician and know exactly and I mean exactly what is wrong with your ATV I don't recommend this ATV shop for repairs. read more
