I received a recommendation on my 4 tires needing to be changed; tread was worn, advised it could be dangerous when the roads are wet. First quote was about $1100, I declined because I wasn't expecting it. Shortly after the man that checked me in said he could add a discount if cost was an issue brought it down to $953 tax included. I did schedule that service out 2 weeks. Nonetheless insie was clean, spacious, there wasn't a list of "to do's" like the dealerships hound you for. It also didn't take super long like the dealership does even with an appointment. Kind, friendly service, no pressure buying.

I then called Solano in Gainesville and spoke with Danial who was very nice and knowledgeable. He sent a quote which was considerably lower than later quotes I received from other dealers. We corresponded via email while I was deciding. The next week I called to hopefully start process to purchase online. I spoke with Christine, who was also nice as Daniel was supposedly busy in assembly. She spoke about delivery cost which was much lower than Daniel's email quote. Anyway, she stated she would have Danial return my call. Later that same day, not hearing from them, I called back getting Christine again and again told that Daniel was busy, but would send correct delivery quote via email and leave message for Daniel. Besides the lack of humanity, expect to over pay, expect them to say it was your battery and replace it for $59 but cannot prove the old batteries charge capability, and oh ya they replace it with a used battery... Other issues include the lack of safety. Without too much detail, they don't know what they are doing and will replace parts that will break causing your engine to explode and crack.

Emailed the GM later in the day, no response whatsoever. Like a lot of terrible dealers, they will lie to you about availability just to try and get you on the lot to sell you something else. Not a huge deal if you just down the street, but this cost me a tank of gas and almost an entire Sunday. Would not recommend if you expect any kind of honesty or professionalism. Do not believe them when they say they perform a "100+ point inspection," because they must be doing it with their eyes closed. They missed several major issues right from the start -- including a hole in the bottom center of the front windshield. Then we found out the battery is too small for the car, there have been ongoing spark issues, and now -- multiple times -- we're being told the transmission needs to be replaced. On top of that, the car was advertised as "certified," but it is not GM certified -- and that's a big difference. At this point, I honestly don't even trust them to replace the transmission properly given everything else that's been overlooked or mishandled. What this dealership should be doing is making this right by buying the vehicle back, allowing my son to pay off his loan, and returning his initial down payment so he can purchase a reliable car from a reputable place.
