This was the temperature of the ER room - for someone running a fever!
    Kat M.

Two consecutive horrible experiences. I have COVID-19 and severe persistent asthma with lung volume of 40%. They were dismissive and rude and uncaring- they didn't have space in a COVID-19 area, so I got stuck in observation and told I was forbidden from using the nebulizer meds that are the only thing that helps. Nurses were rude, uncaring, lacking compassion. My husband had to pick me up off the floor to bring me in to this ER - I should have stayed on the floor at home. Zero stars would be appropriate. Stay away.

Beef roast and macaroni and cheese. Missing cheese in Macaroni and cheese is kinda different to me. Lol

I like this hospital a lot! It's always clean and the staff are always professional and courteous. This is actually a pretty hospital as far as the interior. Lots of art and architecturally a well laid out hospital. The food is pretty sub par once you get into a room. Very bland and tasteless. I found out the food is much better in the cafeteria that the regular people eat. Some of the nurses are super kind and helpful and some seem like they don't like people or helping people. Thankfully most I encountered loved being nurses. The doctors I loved. All of them I found very funny and they explained things well. Getting out of this hospital is a bit of a nightmare and takes longer than to get in. Lol I also found out some of the pain pills do get rid of bad pain but render you pretty close to useless and unable to do anything but sleep. Lol

I was the victim of an anti-queer hate crime and the hospital treated me like garbage. Please read my review

I was a victim of a hate crime, and Trinity was LAZY and APATHETIC after I was literally shot with a BB gun in the middle of the night, which caused me to bleed profusely and leak fluid because I have severe lymphedema caused my multiple sclerosis. I am a full time wheelchair user and was out in my wheelchair when I was shot, and I've nearly lost limbs in the past from going septic within 24-48 hours of first signs of infection. I told this to everyone I met as soon as the ambulance brought me here. They got the pellets out, caused me severe pain by taking their sweet time doing X-rays while I sobbed on the metal table trapped on my back, and then when they "cleaned" and "dressed" my wounds (after I practically begged them to admit me for 24-48 hours to watch for infection due to the risk and the unknown origins of the projectiles that had lodged themselves into my flesh) they dabbed at them with saline, and stuck the smallest bit of surgical tape to hold it on. All 4 of the bullet wounds' dressings came off in under 15 minutes, and yet the bandage for my IV was is still there. I have been waiting for over an hour to speak to a social worker about a way home as I had to leave my power chair behind because there is no where for it on an ambulance, we don't drive, and I cannot walk to get to a bus stop even on my best day. They also have refused me gauze and bacitracin to take home. https://www.facebook.com/100047190764053/posts/868452841404400/?mibextid=DcJ9fc

Was incredibly shitty. ER was understaffed and slow. I was there from 9am-3:30pm. I was put in a chair and basically left to sit all day.

This is the first time I wished Yelp had a 'zero stars' option. My grandmother has had a pair of…read morehearing aids for 5 years that suddenly stopped working. We received a brochure in the mail for Sterling Hearing Center and made an appointment to get new ones made for her. On our first visit, they took a mold of her ears. While doing so, the tech over filled my grandmother's ear and dripped the substance all over her jacket and shirt; both having to be thrown out due to the white/beige stain that resembles caulk and wouldn't come out. That should've been the first sign that this place was a joke. The following appointment was meant for her to try on her new hearing aids. We show up only to be told the first set of molds for her ears were misplaced and had to be taken again. This would have made me decide to go elsewhere, but due to several of us taking care of my grandmother, she unfortunately went through way too many appointments with myself, my sister, mother, and aunt. For the next appointment, she tried on the hearing aids that were made from her second mold set, but they didn't fit! They had to do everything over again, FOR THE THIRD TIME after FOUR APPOINTMENTS. The staff works out of this location on Wednesdays only; we had to wait a week to get something done. After her hearing aids were said to finally be done, we went to check them out. While they were being tuned up, we heard a whistling noise coming from one of the hearing aids and the other didn't quite fit. The device that didn't fit was shaved down and the other was left alone because the tech said "that is the heating vent you're hearing, not the hearing aid whistling." We took the set home, my grandmother seemingly satisfied. After an hour, the hearing aid started whistling and wouldn't stop. When we asked my grandmother if she could hear, she said she could hear from one that whistles and the other doesn't work at all. When they shaved down her hearing aid, they broke it. I asked my grandmother why she didn't say anything, she said she was sick of going back and forth in the snow and decided to deal with it. I had enough. I made another appointment and made it very clear that I needed brand new ones made. I was promised that new ones would be made and programmed in one last appointment. We went in for the "final" appointment and get taken back into one room by a gentlemen stating he is "assisting" with the new hearing aids and asked to see the old ones. I gave him the old ones as requested. We were then called back into the room where they program the hearing aids. They tried to re-program the exact same garbage pair that was made incorrectly to begin with and new ones were never ordered! They lied and then tried to scam us. TRUST ME when I say this, if you care about your loved ones, you will NOT bring them here. This staff is completely under-qualified, unprofessional, dishonest, and they are taking advantage of the elderly. I would never recommend these crooks to anyone. They charged us $3,000 for a pair of hearing aids that didn't work and tried everything they could to avoid ordering her a brand new pair that they didn't screw up. We took the hearing aids off and left them on the desk and left. They refused to give us a refund; we had to submit a charge-back claim with our credit card company to get our money back. We went through hell for just over two months and got nowhere. We finally took my grandmother to Costco and got her a brand new pair for half the price, fitted, and programmed within two weeks. This place is a scam. BEWARE!

Upon arriving and checking in I had a conversation with the receptionist in regard to paperwork. I commented on something and was immediately and rudely corrected by the owner/office manager for using poor grammar. Apparently my slip up of saying me instead of I was a horrible mistake in this office! Gosh what was I thinking? A day of appointments and I was tired and used poor grammar. Public humiliation was the order if the day. I was assured that she would not be doing my hearing assesment. Michael was very professional during testing and seemed to be compensating for the earlier rude remark from the owner. At time of check out, the boss lady gets into the conversation again and has no clue what to charge for appointment and at one point says, "If we bill the insurance company and we don't get paid what do we do"? So even though I have insurance they accept and an additional discount I was charged $155! The receptionist tried to help but to no avail. The entire thing was amazingly unprofessional. If I acted this way with clients I would be out of business. Okay fine. I can bill for reimbursement. I just wanted out of there. Got home.....nope! No billing information on receipt for billing my insurance. I am pretty certain I will get no cooperation from her for what I need. Not that she would know. The only saving grace to this visit was Michael, and Bo the rescued puppy. However only if you think dogs belong in a medical setting. Please save yourself and do not go there. It took my wife a year to talk me into this test and she is thrilled that I finally went to be treated so poorly. Also checked with my wife, the grammar queen. Turns out my sentence structure was appropriate and some people think they know English and do not. This review is not about the insult but the attitude. I am truly sorry it was the end of the day and you were cranky, but no need to be completely unprofessional.
