While they assist you in stretching and therapeutic massage, they also give you the exercise tools and tips you need in order to maintain a pain-free life everyday at home and in the workplace. The therapists and assistants are really dedicated to each of their patients as I can see while I'm there being treated. Everyone is so friendly and outgoing, they all make you feel right at home and relaxed. I highly recommend coming here to be treated, you will find yourself in a great deal of relief mentally and physically.

The staff…read moreat Hancock Hall was incredibly loving, caring and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs and working with elderly patients. They kept in excellent contact with our family throughout her stay, and my mother was very content there. The facility itself was always clean (no typical institutional smell) and they stayed on top of medications, kept her engaged with activities, and closely monitored and assisted with her food. Aside from that, during Covid, the steps they took and the frequent communication with families was exemplary. We could not have asked for more for our mother. The day after the fall she screamed in pain if you tried to touch her. They ordered the x ray at 1:30pm, the tech came at around 3, she had broken her hip and needed to be transferred to the hospital. At 4pm they gave her an anti-coagulant before sending her to the hospital. The hospital told us they had to delay surgery because of the anti-coagulant. For 2 days my mother laid in pain and agony because of this place.
