It's well organized; separated into sections, which makes it fairly easy to locate your loved one. There are areas where your loved one can be placed into a wall as opposed to the ground. Not all cemeteries provide this as an option. I can definitely see myself utilizing this cemetery in the future for deceased loved ones. I didn't feel comfortable with the list the hospital gave me after I identified her body. I didn't even know how to shop for funeral services and what to look for so I was in for a crash course. I got a ton of advice from friends and relatives, and had to make decisions quickly to notify the hospital. I had several referrals to funeral homes but realized I hit the jackpot on meeting an outstanding professional and funeral director in Jacqueline Sherman. My friend went with me to meet with Ms. Sherman in her office and after that meeting there was no need to look further. As a business person I can spot a rockstar in her profession from a mile away. Ms. Sherman conveyed sincere warmth and care as I asked questions to understand the process and all the options to consider when burying a loved one. I didn't feel rushed and she patiently explained all the options available. I was also learning what a Funeral Director does before, during and after the burial process. They're a key person not only for planning the funeral service or cremation, but also for dealing with other institutions and government agencies. Ms. Sherman blew me away when she showed the extra care she puts into dressing the deceased and staging the service to give them a proper sendoff. She was also attentive to our family's needs regarding who was best to conduct the service and all the details for the service and the paperwork needed after the service. Her network of service providers was priceless for us. She always responded promptly or delegated the response if busy helping another client so I appreciated that. After my mother's funeral service, Ms. Sherman was kind enough to hold my hand through the final goodbye before my mother's body went off to the crematorium. I really appreciated her prayers and gentle care in getting me through that day. Ms. Sherman still responded promptly several months later when I needed other city paperwork for my mother's cremains to travel. What I love about her is that she is the consummate professional from A-Z in all her communications. Her colleagues were also quite supportive and helpful. Now that I know what a funeral director actually does, I highly recommend using the services of Jacqueline Sherman at Frank R. Bell Funeral Home. She is worth waiting for when you see how she presents the process and the services she and her colleagues can offer to meet your needs. Most importantly, when you see her creative skills as a funeral director who is a master at her craft, with many years of experience, you won't want to look any further! I had to wait several months to write this review and for things to settle down after my mother's passing.
