I came in a week ago for Restylane lip injections and my injector, Suki, listened to exactly what I wanted and absolutely delivered. I was expecting to need 2-3 syringes but after just one, my lips look perfect! Mind you, I already had pretty full lips but wanted more volume and a bigger pout. I was back today, exactly a week later, for Kybella injections for my genetic double chin. I been thinking about Botox for about 1 year now. So I Bought this Groupon after a friend of mine recommended it. She said it was a good deal and I should go for it, I got 40 units of Botox for $190 bucks being the fact that I'm a newbie to Botox I didn't know what to expect. The Staff was friendly, the were prompt with their services however once I was done I was hit with " we used 21 units extra, so now you have to pay." WTF!!!! Nowhere during my procedure was it discussed that I was getting an additional 21 units, my consent was not obtained for an additional 21 units!!!! i felt taken like a damn fool!! I wasn't prepared to pay an extra 200 dollars. My excitement went from high to low, and left a very bad taste in my mouth. I am so upset that this happen and told the young lady, i wasn't told anything about any extra anything!! I wish someone would have explained that to me and allowed me to make that decision on my own or go back another day to get the recommended doses!!! What turned out to be a great experience ended up being a bad one. I really do think because like an idiot i told them my face was a virgin to botox, i was taken advantage of, " someone thought this girl dont know shit so we can get her on another two hundred dollars!! Word of advice, Please be transparent as possible with your clients, let them decide, explain the total of units being used. There is a reason why i bought from Groupn, cause I cant afford botox at regular price. 2 hundred dollars might be chump change for this business but for a regular person like me that's a whole damn electric bill and ya'll just fucked my finances for the next two weeks!!
