Bring green food coloring to die the beer green!

I have done the St Patrick's Day Dash 3 years in a row. The run is relatively easy, seems mostly flat to down hill, except a quick hill at the end. Red Hook beer garden at end, $5 a beer. That does not seem negotiable, some runs are. A lot of people dress up, the goofier the outfit the better. I have gone to TS McHugh's after the run for 2/3 yr years. Great atmosphere, but I will not go to that restaurant after the run again. The food is no good. I will run the 5k again next year, I always have an amazing time.

Nothing better than a costume race with a beer garden at the finish! This one is so much fun!

Fearing traffic warnings... I got there a bit too early

Such a fun place to come for an activity!…read more We went early on Saturday which I highly recommend! If you walk in after 11 am, you most likely will be looking at a long wait. However, it's worth it IMO! Weekends are busy and there's generally a wait. However, I opted to paint outside and got seated right away. They have a great selection of items to paint. I picked two jars. They have a variety of supplies that allowed me to bring my vision to life! The number of colors they have to select from is vast too. They have a wide range of brushes and tools, and I appreciated their two sizes of paint pen detail bottles--perfect for writing! Nicky was so helpful and accommodating. He reviewed how the pair a work and the process thoroughly but succinctly. He brought my chosen pieces out to the table since I had my dog with me. It is dog friendly outside! Not sure about inside. Check out was pretty seamless, and Erica did a great job with my checkout! The prices for the pieces are comparable to ones I saw at another similar establishment, which was good to see. If you're looking for a fun activity, check out Paint the Town!

Danielle anticipated every need before we even had to ask. Their communication was clear, thoughtful, and reassuring, which meant everything when our family was overwhelmed with grief and trying to make difficult decisions. The venue itself is beautiful, warm, and welcoming. Somehow they managed to create a space that felt both respectful and comforting, exactly what we needed to gather and support one another. What amazed me most was how smoothly everything ran. Organizing a memorial could have been incredibly stressful, but the Georgetown team handled every detail so thoughtfully that it felt easier than planning a Sunday barbecue. They truly took care of everything. The food was wonderful, the service was flawless, and every staff member treated our family and guests with kindness and dignity. It was clear that they genuinely cared about honoring our daughter and supporting the people who loved her. In a moment when our family was hurting deeply, Georgetown Ballroom surrounded us with care, professionalism, and grace. We felt supported and loved there, and I will always be grateful to them for helping us give our daughter the memorial she deserved.

The care, experience, atmosphere and attention to every detail is beyond what I was expecting! We had a couple people come and say they are looking at evening their daughter's wedding here. I sincerely wanted to explore every inch of the property and take a million pictures, but unfortunately, I was Non weightbearing on crutches and really couldn't! I appreciated that the bathrooms had a good grab bar and felt safe. If I get lucky enough to attend another event there, I would not sit by the speaker in the dining area because it was extremely loud and it was hard to hear the people at my table, will leave that table for the younger generation! lol. The food from the Cabbage Patch in Snohomish was outstanding. The beef tenderloin and the spinach salad with homemade raspberry vinegarette was delicious. I'm telling you I have been to many venues in my lifetime, and this one might be my all time favorite. Kudos to the family run business!

Gorgeous location for a wedding! This event space is large and has mini gathering areas (bar,…read morereception area, lawn, etc.) spread out nicely across the grounds so guests don't have to huddle in one spot the whole time. The aesthetic leans towards modern country-tiki chic, which was great for photographs! The only downside was that since there were not many paved areas, my heels were ruined by the end of the night between the grass, gravel, and gaping floor boards on the dance floor. This space is definitely more wedges or flats friendly, which you may want to warn your guests about ahead of time.

The ladies co-ordinated with the event location and when I walked up the stairs to the event space I was dumbfounded (in a good way!). The tables were set with festive settings and were right within the theme of the evening. To make matters even better they planned games/contests which resulted in small gifts for the winners. Everyone walked away with something to mark the evening but the lasting memory will be an event that was efficiently run, very entertaining and well timed. There was none of those awkward moments where everyone is sitting around staring at each other. I learned a valuable lesson that I should stick with what I know best (running my business) and let the pro's at Elite handle my corporate functions. It was far easier on me personally and also resulted in a great corporate event that in no way would I the bandwidth to plan. Bravo ladies!
