But in the last 8 months, I have noticed a drastic change in the way they treat their patients. After doing everything they have asked me to do over the past 2 years previous to this one, all the sudden now I have issues. It makes 0 sense tbh. What I see now is they no longer really communicate with you but rather demand that you have Xrays and come back more often. I just showed my most recent x-rays to a new random dentist that I had never been to from this dental office. Then I went and got a third opinion and both of the new dental offices said the same thing after reviewing the x-rays and taking a look at my teeth. What they see are coffee stains and no cavities whatsoever. I was told to come back for 3 different fillings at this place as I had " 3 small cavities". But 3 years ago when I started here I had a few issues ( 4 fillings ) and they did it all in one visit in like 1.5 hours. When I asked this last time why 3 visits they told me "it would take to long" to which I replied how come? And was told that is just how they do things. To make matters worse they purchased a special toothpaste for me without my consent and tried to charge me $20 + for what looked like sample tube that they give you after every cleaning. My advice is to stay clear of the dental office at this place. They are just trying to bill your insurance and make as much off of you as they can.

She took the course of antibiotics and shortly after finishing she was ill again. This time they gave her an in person visit. They took labs and sent her home and told her they would need an additional sample. They said they would get back to her as soon as they had results. After another week they called on a Saturday and told her that she had a bacterial infection from food poisoning and then they prescribed more antibiotics. Within a few days she received another call telling her that she did not have food poisoning but that she had C.diff, extremely contagious and potentially lethal. This clinic is extremely irresponsible. I wouldn't sent anyone there under any circumstance. In January all of the Allina Doctors that practiced there left after a contractual dispute. The clinic did not notify ANY patients, they would simply say there Doctor was no longer at that clinic. IRRESPONSIBLE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!

I showed up just after 8am when Urgent Care opened and the front desk person was so nice, got everything taken care of, I waited for maybe 10 minutes before being seen. My nurse was incredible and listened to all my issues I had written down. The doctor came in to take another look at me, and they were so great. Described what the meds she wanted me on and why she wants me on them, showed me some stretching techniques to help with nasal drainage. Ended up even getting my Tdap vaccine. I felt heard and understood, which is rare in my experiences. I look forward to going back here the next time I am in need of care! Thank you!!!!

It turns out that my doctor doesn't take appointments that far out. This came after a call from them to schedule the appointment, at which time I asked about a test results... So they sent me to the nurse who could give me the test results without taking care of the appointment. Big mistake. Got the result, but was simply given a number to call (No transfer possibility) to make the appointment, and that's how I ended up on hold for 45 minutes before being told that I couldn't schedule the appointment. I don't like having my time wasted and I don't blame the poor folks at HealthPartners we have to deal with such a incredibly stupid system that is clearly understaffed. My provider is fine, but I will not be scheduling any further business with HealthPartners in the future. I'm going to stick with Allina where they have their act together.

Emily Lafountaine charted that I potentially had "malignant otitis externa, ear canal erosion, and/or skin cancer in my ear." She was WRONG completely on all three. She also told me to see a dermatologist to have a biopsy taken of the skin in my ear. Dermatologists DO NOT scope ears. Emily Lafountaine was so clueless and unable to diagnose a simple ear infection that if you end up with her, you could incur extra expenses, worry, and unnecessary invasive tests. She either over diagnoses to cover herself or to be cruel. And she was dead wrong. It's very shaky to accept a diagnosis from a PA in the first place, but it's certainly unwise to accept a diagnosis from Emily Lafountaine if you're in United ER. I had a SIMPLE EAR INFECTION, and she said it appeared I had skin cancer in my ear. Outrageous. Emily Lafountaine was the WORST PA I've ever had.

The extraction part was a bit painful but I think it's cause I've never had such a deep clean facial, super excited to come back again in 6 weeks again see the results in a few days!

I was warned of the post treatment burning sensation and of the possibility of inflammation. Those both happened to a degree which I don't feel I was warned about. On day 6, I developed what I thought was a rash/infection by my mouth. I contacted my doctor since it was a Sunday, and was advised to be seen in person. Turned out that I had gotten shingles (I have been vaccinated)! I was prescribed an Antiviral as well as some ointment. I had also sent an email to Belladerm. They did contact me on Monday and offered to call in a prescription for an Antiviral. I feel like some sort of partial refund for the issue would have been an appropriate gesture. I will say that my skin tone from the treatment is a little better, but not TWO THOUSAND dollars better (plus the cost of the doctors visit and prescriptions). It was not money well spent. I did learn my lesson.
