While this place is relatively small (as one would expect a hole-in-the-wall donut shop to be), they've made impressive use of the space, as there's plenty of tables and chairs to sit at (even a couple on the outside of the establishment, for warmer temperature seasons than presently, aha). It was clean and modern. The employee working behind the counter was friendly and matched my enthusiastic energy, which was appreciated. There didn't seem to be a huge selection of donut varieties available (though I was also there after 11am, which might have something to do with that... this place is open until noon or until they run out of product, whichever comes first), but plenty enough to give me difficulty choosing which to get! All the donuts/baked goods seemed to be priced at $2.50 each. Not an outrageous sum, though more than I'd like... I fear the days of the $1 donut are nothing but a distant memory nowadays. Anyway, I grabbed two donuts and went on my merry way home. The employee put them in a nice wax paper coated baggie. The flavor of the donuts was good. Not addictively incredible, but yummy. There's a decent chance I'll be stopping by in the future simply because this place is along a route I typically take for running errands, and my sweet tooth may compel me to "reward" myself for running said errands, hehe!

We spilt a flight of 4 options, a white, 2 reds, and a bubbly rose. All were delicious. We decided the Bordeaux was our fav. Accompanying the wine, we shared a charcuterie tray. It was beautiful and delicious. So many options to mix and match. On the way out, I couldn't pass up the colorful macarons. Service was excellent. We found street parking right outside the front door. Great experience.

Everything looks so good it's hard not to over order. They have a really great mix of sweet and savory options. Pastries, donuts, cakes, sandwiches, and more. The quiche is one of my go-to items and the breakfast pastries are always so good. They also have homemade granola that is to die for. Coffee and matcha are consistently great also. I love their seasonal fresh orange juice but it is a little pricey. The space itself is super cute and nicely decorated with plenty of seating, so it's a great place to sit and actually enjoy your food. I also love that they're open in the evening for wine and small plates. Makes it such a fun and unique spot for the area. Such a great local spot that does it all really well. Definitely recommend.

They have awesome, unique drink options - especially seasonally. Some seasonal drinks and flavors nail it, but more often than not, I wouldn't know what the flavor was if I didn't order it as they just don't have enough of the flavor. My biggest complaint is cleanliness as it often looks like some deep cleaning is in order. They roast their own coffee which is awesome, though if you're a "coffee snob" like we are, we've noticed their beans are flat so we don't tend to buy them unfortunately. Service is always super friendly and I still prefer going here to a chain. They also often have tea drinks on their seasonal menu which I love that they cater to tea drinkers as well.

I ordered a couple of seasonal flavors and breakfast items to share. They had 2 sizes to choose from, a 10oz and 16oz. The 16oz has 4 shots of espresso in it so it will definitely fuel your morning. The breakfast items I purchased were a breakfast sandwich which is fully customizable and the avocado toast. The breakfast sandwich was really good but the avocado toast wasn't my favorite. I think the avocado mash was a little too bitter. Opt for a breakfast sandwich and you won't be disappointed.

Today I spent over $10 and got a 24 pack of their water for $1.99 valid memorial weekend only. They bag your groceries and put rubber bands around eggs and raspberries. There is a drive thru to pick up your groceries. Lunds Byerlys are kinda upscale. This grocery store had a recent remodel but it still is not as fancy as Plymouth and other locations. The holiday menus are always a good bet for the cost and the lunch bar choices make for a nice alternative to fast food in the Twin Cities. On my last grocery run, I was lucky enough to find gluten-free vanilla extract for some sweet baked goods, a great selection of Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc wines, and several varieties of dilled crudités (in jars in kosher/ condiment aisles) to lay out with cheeses for a small soirée I threw together. All I needed to add was the Gavin DeGraw music and the palettes were contented that afternoon :) Cheers to Byerly's!
