Highly Flexible / Accommodating Up until the day of the event, Eleanor was able to make last minute changes and also assist with a special equipment pick up that she definitely did not need to help with. She stepped up and helped to resolve the issue at hand. 3. Detail Orientated / Professional With any event, details can change quickly and often. Anytime a change occurred I was informed promptly and in a professional manner. 4. Punctual Day of event, Eleanor and her assistant arrived at the time promised and she stayed on top of her vendors to ensure that they were also on time. 5. Competitively Priced I made the decision to pay the extra money to have Eleanor act as the event planner on the ground in Vegas as I do not live there. And if they don't have exactly what you need in stock, they can source it if given enough time lead time. And their pricing is very competitive! We worked with Perla, who was great! She was super accommodating and spent time with us each time we visited without making us feel rushed. She even gave us multiple samples to take to our venue walk-through because we were unsure of what color to go with. We can't recommend Byanca's highly enough for linens!

I have used them twice on recommendation of a friend. This second time around they took full…read morepayment up front, did not come to my house to look at how to setup, did not answer phone calls, had no clue of the starting time of my event despite me texting them, and then didn't even set up properly despite charging near $1000 for set up and breakdown. I had to move tables and open dishware and set it up myself. And then when I complained they were defensive and combative and called me rude (see picture). I told my friend and she says she has experienced the same when they are overbooked. I would not recommend them. I would've used my usual person but they were booked. The other company is unbelievably professional.
