Just had Satacey Tree Service cut down and remove 6 trees for me. Outstanding work by everyone in the crew. Did the job of cutting and removing overhanding trees by my garage. Everyone from the tree climbing to the limb picker upper did a great job. Everyone worked as a team the entire time. No downtime for anyone in the crew. I highly recommend Stacey's Tree Service 603-893-9202. Dan Stacey and his crew did a great job cleaning up fallen trees in our yard and took down some tall trees that were leaning close to the house. Their prices were very reasonable at a time when there were companies that were price gouging. read more

I hired Stacey's Tree Service to remove some trees from Conservation land. Dan gave me a great price and was helpful in getting the towns permission to remove the trees. He did a great job cutting down the trees. When he was finished cutting the trees he piled all the tree trunks on my front lawn, on top of my water sprinkler heads. He told me he would be back that night to remove them.  Dan did not come back that night, so I expected him in the AM. By 9:30 AM, there was no Dan and no call to update me. I texted Dan stating I wanted the trees off my lawn and sprinkler systems. Waited and got no reply. Called his cell a while later and it went right to voice mail. Waited a while longer, but again no call.  I called again, no answer and I left a voice mail. No call back. I then called the office and a very nice women answered, and I told her why was calling Dan but being avoided. She reached out to Dan and within 2 minutes Dan called and asked me what my problem was. This response was very frustrating and i accused him of avoiding my calls. He said he was too busy to answer me. I told him he should be busy finishing my job. He then said ILL BE OUT THIS AFTERNOON to clean up and he hung up on me. He did come out in the afternoon and took the tree stumps, and did clean the mess off my lawn, but dumped all the trash on the edge of the conservation /open space land. We actually have video of him filling barrels with debris and emptying them on the conservation /open space land. When i asked him to clean it up he stated that this is what we agreed to along with the town. We did discuss that Dan would not rake up inside the conservation land as it was all soft soil and water. After a conversation on text, he refuses to clean it up. It is not what was agreed to and Dan knows it. I believe it is what he did because he was mad. Now he can make any excuse he wants, but anyone that knows anything about conservation land knows he would never get permission to dump trash on it.  Reply Forward Attendee panel closed read more

A forty five foot blue spruce snapped near one side of our house where the kids bedrooms are around the middle of January 2023. We called Stacey's and around two weeks later they were onsite removing other dangerous trees near the house. They worked for two days removing about twenty trees with a crane, bucket truck, large chipper, a bobcat tractor equipped with a tree limb/trunk grabber and two other large vehicles used to remove around seven loads of wood chips. We received prompt and professional service from Dan and his fantastic crew including finishing up on a Saturday!! Ten stars is a better rating!! read more

In July 2019, Stacey's was contracted by the owner of the trailer park to take down trees. They cut down a large pine next to my shed, and dropped limbs on the shed, damaging it. My neighbor alerted me when I got home. Stacey's didn't leave a note to let me know. I thought someone else was going to repair it, but it didn't work out. Because of Covid and other things, I didn't get it fixed until 9/2020. I forgot the name of the company, in all the Covid chaos of 2020. Stacey's was back here this month, which reminded me. I called the number on the website and left VM. Tried the email on the website and go bounce back. Spoke with their foreman who texted my info to Mr. Stacey. Sent certified mail which was returned. I'm an old lady on Social Security. I shouldn't have to pay for their carelessness. It's a lousy $300. read more

I contacted Stacey's Tree Service to purchase a cord of firewood. I was told that the wood would be delivered on November 12, 2021. I made sure someone was home to pay for the wood. It was never delivered and there was no phone call . About a week later I got a call from a woman who explained " he does not like to deliver in the Rain" . A new time was set for a November 20, 2021 delivery. Again, there was no delivery or phone call. I left a message on the cell phone line and there was no response. Then I checked Yelp and found this was common theme with Stacy's Tree service. I wished I had checked with yelp early on. To say this company offers poor service and poor customer relations would be an understatement. read more

Horrible customer service. They worked at my neighbor's home, damaged my lawn after driving an excavator over it without my permission. No response from the owner of the company. Not surprised though they completely wiped out new shrubs and flowers at my home a few years back after promising to protect the area. I would never recommend this company to anyone read more

This is the worst company to call for work.He accepted the job and told me he's about 2 weeks out. Been almost 4 months and my work hasn't been completed. Horrible customer service and work ethics. Stacey's was recommended to us, so we called and on March 4 got an estimate. We were told it would be several weeks before they got to us, which was fine. We actually told them early spring would be fine. Got a call in early May to schedule a date- May 10. Got a call to reschedule to May 14... no problem we told them. May 14 came and nobody from Stacey's came or called. I called and left a message asking them what happened and when we could be rescheduled. No call back. Messages left every day for 4 days, even a call to Dan's cell phone and no return call. Totally unprofessional and not reliable. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. read more

Called in March and he came right out to look at the job. There was snow on the ground so he said he'd call us back in 6 weeks. Never called. We called and left several messages, but he never called back. Poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend him. read more

In the fall of 2016, Stacy's tree service gave me an estimate and I said he could do the job. He agreed. The only thing I explained, as any homeowner would, was that I'd need a binder from his insurance company before he could start the work. It was at that point that I never heard from him again. While I have no proof, it seems to me that, just maybe, this company may not have insurance. He never even called me back to tell me he was not going to do the work. Very poor customer service. But it all worked out for me, as I hired another company that had no problem having their insurance company send me their binder as proof, and I saved myself over 800.00 with more work being done. read more

New to the area, we weren't sure who to call for snow removal. A big storm had come in and we were buried in and my wife needed to get to work. We did some searching and finally came across Stacey's Tree Service. I called, thinking they'd be busy and wouldn't be able to take on new clients, but they sent a guy right away and he did a great job at plowing our driveway. I would definitely recommend Stacey's Tree Service and will continue using their services in the future. read more
