I came out of a club and saw the line building to this place. I came in to check it out. It had a stage and drag queens doing a show. A few minutes later a beautiful pink performer started working her magic. She was one talented lady. She did flips and moves I only saw on tv lol. It as hypothesing to watch her perform. The bar was small with a beauty and big alcohol display counter. It has a stage and good atmosphere, fun atmosphere. I still not very sure how I ended her but I know I had a good time and so was everyone else. The parking was street parking or parking garage. The garage was a little further. I was here in the weekend so most places had a flat rate. It gets crowded here. I suggest not to arrive to late. I enjoyed myself. I saw moves and twists I won't forget. read more

Second speakeasy I visit in the past week in Fort Lauderdale. It seems these are popping up all over now. Anyway, I went to Stache for the opening night after party of the OUTshine Film Festival. I had won tickets through Yelp, so thanks for that. This place seems to have a split personality. During the day, it's a proud coffee shop, but at night, it becomes another world entirely. I'm not sure how the hours are exactly, but I'd wager that weekend nights are super busy. They seem to do all sorts of shows. For the after party, they had food, an open bar with some signature drinks, and even a burlesque show. It was an enjoyable time. I should mention, too, that there are two floors. The first is where the stage is at, while the second is more of a lounge area with a pool table. Both floors have a bar in them. The coffee area, though, is only on the first. Just something to think about depending on when you go. read more

We went on a Saturday night for a friends birthday. She reserved the upstairs. The place is nicely decorated to mimic a speakeasy. They served my $9 house vodka and soda in a solo cup. We asked what drinks they had and they said there was no drink menu. They said they make the standard cocktails. I was expecting prohibition style cocktails with bitters. The staff was friendly. This is NOT a speakeasy! Don't come here if you are looking for nice craft cocktails with a soothing atmosphere. I had high expectations from their website, which needs updating. I've been to a lot of speakeasy bars, and this is not it. I'm not sure when they supposedly were voted from USA today as a coolest speakeasy, but they are far from it. They need to update their website. They have the potential to be a nice speakeasy. Maybe at one point pre-covid they were, but serving drinks in plastic cups, hot dogs for food, no cocktail menu, no crafty mixologist, comedy night, and super loud music is NOT a speakeasy. I ordered a whiskey sour. It came with no egg white, store bought lime juice, served in a plastic cup. My husband ordered an old fashion, which was served in a plastic cup. I had regular black American coffee w some Bourbon Vanilla flavor syrup he said they make in-house. Tasted great. Smooth flavor, not overly sweet. Tasted better as the coffee cooled a bit. If you're gonna spend money at a corporate spot, come here instead. Support local & get the same quality coffee. A huge shout out to Erin B. who organized a Make A Wish whiskey and wine event. The event was a perfect 5 star event. Stache was the perfect choice. Huge bar with plenty of liquor options to choose from. Stache has an upstairs bar as well which overlooks the bottom floor and the stage. The event had whiskey and wine stations thru out, upstairs as well, with live entertainment as well, and lots of bites being served. Small round tables are all around the first floor, and the staff was quick to clean a table and take away an empty drink. My wife and I had a great time, and will definitely be back. And now the reason why 4 stars. The name of the place is Stache Drinking Den and Coffee Bar. As we were driving to Stache, I told my wife how excited I was to end the night with a coffee drink, preferably with Baileys. So at the end of the night I ordered a Baileys cappuccino. Bartender tells me they don't have coffee , even though coffee is literally in their name. Time to change your name. read more

As a write this review on a Monday morning, you can definitely see where my head is at! Haha! Stache is a quaint bar located in the same building as Revolution Live. It's tucked in the back, and is accessible through Revolution Live itself, but also has a separate side entrance so you can just walk right in and avoid the scenic route! Some nights there is live music, and that info is usually posted on their social media beforehand. Sometimes the service is spotty. I've been here and have been tended to by nice and personable bartenders, and others seem off-putting and upset that you've ordered a drink of any kind. This past weekend we returned after a long hiatus, and were pleasantly surprised to have a great bartender this night. Her name is Anita, and she was great at making my "dealer's choice" requests! She made me some great libations that were both pleasing to my palate and eyes. Yay for Anita! The ambiance is not that of your typical downtown Fort Lauderdale location, and I mean that as a compliment. It's dimly lit, and there are many seating options. This is more of a classy drinking place, in my opinion. They have Happy Hour from 5-8, and other daily drink specials as well. They definitely specialize in Whiskeys, and also turn into a coffee bar that serves Panther Coffee during the day. read more

I was shocked by not only how awesome this place is, but also how I haven't managed to check this place out in the years they have been opened. But as they say, "Better late than never." Stache is a special place with two killer bar areas and a whiskey selection that will make you blush and turn green with envy. Located in the same building as Revolution Live (and also part of the same hospitality group) in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Stache has been excellent addition for patrons who are either attending a concert at the former, wanting a cocktail fix, or even a coffee. I was attending a Pixies show at Revolution, where after showing my ticket was directed into a different entrance, further down from where I usually go inside. Upon walking inside, I realized I had walked into Stache, and my mind was blown. The interior has this cool Western yet Victorian feel, with two main bar areas -- one on the bottom level and another on the second. The bottom level bar area has lighted shelving that rises two stories with endless bottles of various whiskeys and spirits. It's truly magical. Around the corner from there is the coffee bar where you can enjoy an espresso, iced coffee, as well as a myriad of different other similar drinks. There's additionally a small stage for live acts and DJs to perform. Upon taking the stairs to the second level, I found a small lounge area to the right and a hallway to the left, which I followed the latter to the other bar area and the entrance to Revolution Live. Upon reach the Revolution Live doors on the right, I went left to the bar area, which consisted of a pool table area, and a more exclusive lounge with upholstered chairs and sofas with bookshelves. The mahogany walls really give a cool vibe where you can be part of the party or hang out with friends in a secluded area. There's also a balcony that looks over the bottom level that shows the towering bar and what is a dance area at night. To your left was the second bar with a very respectable array of whiskeys on the shelf. Before I walked into Revolution to catch the show, I ordered an old fashioned from the second level bar. It was quite glorious. I also found the service on this floor faster than on the first floor -- which I attribute to most people not knowing about the former. Being that this is located in downtown, parking is metered -- street and lot, so keep that in mind unless you're carpooling, taking Uber, or live down the street. If you like whiskey and good times in Downtown, then this is the place to go. It's now on my bars to frequent when I'm down from PBC. It makes sense why Stache is one of the coolest bars in the area. Dear coffee addicts anonymous... please do not find out about this place because you will never ever want to leave. Sincerely, addicted! My boss and I were in the area having lunch when we saw an employee bringing in a tray of to-go coffees for the staff. I asked where she got them from not remembering that Stache was a coffee bar during the daylight hours. You enter in the same door to find the curtain against the far wall pulled back and the delicious smell of roasted beans inviting you in! There was literally one employee and no one else there. Definitely a hidden gem for sure. This would be a great open space for a meeting or coffee date as it's quiet and very tucked away. He asked what kind of coffee we normally drink and suggested the Vanilla Bourbon Cold Brew. Sold! When he made them he literally poured a small amount of bourbon into the cups. Since I was with my boss, I didn't really think twice about it but be careful if drinking on the job is frowned upon at your workplace! This combination was DELICIOUS and really made the day seem a whole lot better to get through! A little pricey at $7 for two small cold brews but it's very good quality Panther coffee and I enjoyed every last drop of this caffeinated treat! If you're looking for a whiskey heaven. This may just be the place. Located in the same building as Revolution Live, it's just steps away from easy, convenient parking. We were looking for something new and the bartender offered excellent suggestions. We appreciated that he didn't go straight to the most expensive whiskey in the book. Actually, it's called the Whiskey Bible... Appropriately named. I suggest a old fashioned with High West, Michters, or Blantons. Best whiskey drinks you can imagine. The DJ, on the weekends at least, plays great music. The crowd is up in the air, I think it is heavily depended on what's going on around town. Everything from freshly 21 to upper 30's as far as age goes. You can dress up or down here and not feel out of place. Great late night spot for a tasty adult beverage. read more

Located inside of Stache, this might be the best partnership I have ever seen! When you have a speakeasy style nightclub how do you use the space during the day - turn it into a coffee house! The wood, lighting and overall style of Stache lends itself PERFECTLY to a nice coffee house atmosphere. Not sure if they have WiFi - but this would be a nice place to crack open a laptop and get some work done if you are a remote employee. They are serving up Panther Coffee - including Cold Brew - which is what I got. I added some mocha to it. It wasn't sweet at all so I had to add some sugar....but it was good. I skipped on the doughnuts this go around but they feature Rhino Doughnuts which I am a huge fan of. I'd recommend the bacon maple - but really all of them are good. When I arrived there were a couple of folks in front of me getting their midday caffeine boost. It did take a little long - because thee's just one barista, but I get it...they just opened and honestly, it was only a wait because I literally got there when there was a rush. There was only one person after me. Parking is readily available (metered/paytopark). In addition to the seats inside -there are a couple of seats outside. I wish them the best of luck! Welcome to a 21st Century retro of a roaring 20's speakeasy with some of the best up to date dance music and fun atmosphere to be found. It's a big place with high ceilings, all sorts of 1920's design, several bars, a central performance stage, a couple of pool tables and some really nice comfy lounge areas with comfortable living room type tables and chairs. I was somewhat miffed when I first arrived because I didn't see a prominent sign stating "Stache." Instead some weird red doorway sign, half written in Chinese that said "Himmie Health Club." Inquiring what that was all about the only answer I got was that since Stache is a speakeasy, the Himmi Health Club was merely a cover up for its actual identity. I have no idea whether or not that explanation is true or holds any water to it, but what I do know is that Stache is a really unique place offering areas within it that have something for everyone, be it bar drinking, dancing, entertainment watching or pleasant lounge seating for relaxation and conversation. It's basically a venue dedicated to special events and theme nights such as "The Great Gatsby Soiree," "Playboy Halloween Gala," "Cabaret Masquerade," a "Danse Macabre" for the formerly alive, "20's Burlesque," along with a good number of organizationally hosted or sponsored events. I was last there for the "After the Movie Burlesque Party" hosted by the Fort Lauderdale Gay and Lesbian Film Festival which I can tell you was one hoot of a fun affair. Stache also seems to go by other names such as Green Room and Drinking Den but when you ask about those names or what the real name is, you might get the response of "Shhhhhh! It's a speakeasy!" But whatever name it goes by and whether speakeasy or not, it's a fun venue that one just can not help but like. read more

I've been on two occasions. Both were on a Saturday night. The first time I had a really great time! It was very busy but in a good way. There was a drink special that I can't remember anymore but was cheap and tasted great. The music was mostly throwbacks which was great for dancing and just having a good time. The second trip was after they held a private event so the place was pretty much empty. I asked for the old fashioned but was disappointed with the taste so my boyfriend asked to exchange it for something else at which the bartender gave attitude and a sassy remark before passive aggressively making a new drink. The drinks following that order were made in the same way, for example, the next old fashioned she made for someone was made without the flaming orange garnish. Overall i had a good time both nights but the service definitely ruined it a bit. read more

Hubby and I came here for Stache's Second Annual Gatsby Party. I heard about it on Facebook and was really excited to check out a password-only entry speakeasy! We had some major luck at Goodwill on 8th, with me scoring a red flapper costume and Ben finding a nice pinstripe coat! This review is primarily for the Gatsby event, since I haven't been to Stache otherwise. If you put the address for Stache in your GPS and know that you're looking for the red Himmie's Health Club sign, you'll be totally fine finding the location. There's tons of parking, but the prices get hiked at different points during the night. We saw a $5 lot, and by the time we had gotten cash from an adjacent gas station the price was up to $10. Grrr. We hiked back over to Stache and I was ridiculously embarrassed to be the only person dressed up in line. Thank goodness that by the time we got inside, a lot of people were dressed up. I'm not sure what it would be like on a normal night... I'm thinking everyone in regular clothes. Seems like if you get tickets online (at least to events), you get in with no cover. The inside is super cool with its speakeasy vibe. There were a couple burlesque performances, which seems to be the norm here, and they were really good. The music was like 20s music remixed, which created a nice vibe and kept things danceable. There's an upstairs with some seating in case your feet start to hurt, and there's a pool table as well! We had champagne ($8) and an old-fashioned ($9ish?), which were both to our liking. The bartender seemed nice and actually the other patrons were all extremely friendly too. I don't know if that's a Ft. Lauderdale thing or a Stache thing, but it was certainly new to me coming from the MIA. I'd like to try Stache out on a regular night. The surrounding area is pretty douchey, with lots of college kids (sorry college kids, but you're so drunk and you make me feel old), but I would brave it for this unique place. read more

1/29/2016- Had this on last year Bucket List. Finally made it with friends and brought a friend from out of town. Absolutely loved the décor, the vibe, the bar, the Whiskey Lounge, and my favorite the MUSIC...DJ MISHA. I was the designated driver this evening so I just had a couple of Magic Hat #9 Beer. The upstairs are, Whiskey Lounge, is super cool with seating areas and a pool table. It's a great place to come with friends but a better place to come on a date and hide away in one of their seating areas. DJ Misha was amazing, I'm actually following him on sound cloud and he has some amazing mixes. I'm a fan of the place, not too much with the customer service. I got my beers from the downstairs bar and it seemed like all 3 of the people behind the bar did not want to be there. Better service upstairs, very friendly. I will be back for one of their Burlesque shows! read more

There aren't enough words to describe how much I love this venue, their staff, and the hospitality management group they are part of. (Damn Good Hospitality) A few months ago, I was in search of a venue that could host a whiskey themed Make A Wish event. I happened to just walk by Stache after checking out another place down the street, and I took a peek inside. I instantly fell in love and knew immediately that this was the place I wanted to host my event at. Not only did I fall in love with the venue, but I became immediately aware after speaking with their Director of Events, Laura Ortino, that this was a match made in heaven. She was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process and helped make my exact vision come to life. During a site visit, I also worked with Lindsi and Veronica both who are wonderful as well. Fast forward to the night of our event which was this past Thursday evening... PERFECTION is the only way to describe it. The event set up was done exactly as we had asked, the musician they booked, Brendan O'Hara was insanely talented, the staff was great, food was on point with our theme, it really could not have gone smoother. We had over 150 guests attend, and I heard continuously throughout the evening how much everybody enjoyed themselves. I don't recall being complimented so much on an event... ever! Our guests fell in love with Stache just as much as I did. I couldn't be any more thrilled with the turnout of our event, and I am 100% committed to doing the same event with them again next year. read more

I like stopping into Stache, I just wish it could be as good as it easily could be. We were in a month or so ago for a special whisky tasting fundraiser at Stache and I was looking forward to seeing what the current version of Stache was. Stache sits off Himmarshee, which is the street where there is a lot of bars. It's also connected to the local music venue. These factors must have made it tough to maintain the classiness it was when it opened. I had stopped in years back for a birthday party when it had just opened. The place had an upscale feeling to it. The dress code was sharp and a lot of customers would dress to impress. Along with the great decorative design, it had the speakeasy vibe down. The last couple times I have been in though, the local watering holes and pulled it down to being not much classier than the places it was near. When we stopped in the other day things felt somewhere in between those two previous scenes. Maybe it was because the event had a it's own crowd, or that the place was full, but some of the luster was back on the place. It was nice to pull up the bar and grab a scotch. The interior still has the cool decor of a upscale 20's bar. We had a pretty good time that night. Based on the location Stache probably can't stay too classy, it's not that part of town. But it is one of the nicest spots to stop into on Himmarshee. read more

Blue A took us to stache for some cocktails. It was around 10PM but he said the place didn't really get packed until later. We were only staying for a short while but I could definitely see this place being a hot spot in the late night hours. We went upstairs and were some of the only folks at that bar. Blue and I ordered two different old fashioned cocktails. I don't remember the names but Blue's was smoked and they weren't kidding. They started a small fire on a plank of wood behind the bar and then extinguished it with the glass that was then used to make the cocktail. Yes the process took some time but it was impressive AF! The drinks were all great and the place had an underground speakeasy vibe. I would definitely come back to hear the band play a little more and sip through the rest of the menu. read more

I never knew Ft Lauderdale had its own little speakeasy until a couple months ago. And man, is it a good one. Allow me to introduce you to Stache, a great locals spot, and hidden gem. It masquerades as a coffee shop during the day, but on Thursday through Saturday evenings (into the night), it's a great place to spend some time. Arriving early to the Trombone Shorty show at Revolution, allowed me the opportunity to first venture into Stache. And ever since then, I've been wanting more. It is a very cozy venue, boasting great music and ambience, and exceptional drinks and service. On the nights when the party is particularly jumping, there's an upstairs bar, with a separate lounge overlooking the stage, as well as a pool table. The bartenders are exceptional, especially Tamara. The bar sports different daily concoctions with fresh, interesting ingredients, but they can pretty much make anything you ask for. I've been requesting many an Old Fashioned, and Tamara had found ways to put new spins on an old favorite. The drinks are a little pricey, but the 2 for 1 Happy Hour can help you out with that. The live music is also pretty varied, but always entertaining. I have enjoyed every single performer and performance that I have seen. I will share some videos for you to experience them yourself. I came here for coffee with a friend this morning and it was dead quiet. I think we were the only two customers the whole hour and a half we were there. It almost felt like the place was closed, but I'm not complaining as the staff was really pleasant. I ordered chai tea which was okay. They never claimed to be a tea place, so I probably would have been better off with coffee. My friend ordered espresso and really liked it. They served it Italian style with a cup of sparkling water on the side. Nice touch! I was impressed by the array of dairy alternatives they had, including oat and macadamia nut milk. I think this would be a chill spot to come for live music. There's a nice stage and a lot of seating area, and I could see it coming to life when there's more of a crowd. read more

COFFEE BAR REVIEW: Coffee: Good Staff: Friendly Atmosphere: Darkly unique I was waiting until the box office opened at Revolution and I had always heard about the coffee bar tucked away inside Stache. I have to say my inner emo kid was re awakened by this dark unique setting. I have seen other reviews complain you wouldn't be able to study here due to the lightening but honestly it was refreshing to enter a coffee bar with comfy chairs, chill music, and not have it overflowing with students and the "i work from home" crowd. I was able to relax and enjoy my latte away from the heat of South Florida summer. The Barista was polite and it was a pretty good latte. I would bring friends here to enjoy light conversation or just to have a relaxing coffee experience. Also you could work on your laptop here but reading a book would be difficult. Over all cool atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. read more

I have stopped by Stache a few times throughout the years and never really had any true issue with it at all. While it may not be the most bumping place on the planet, it's worth a stop. So I think in its hay day it was legit. I mean, it's a pretty cool concept; speakeasy bars were all the rage for awhile. The inside is pretty dope, it looks like a giant library and has a huge stage for performances, which every time I've been there- there hasn't been one. The house music they played the last time I was there was honestly the best thing about the place. Their speciality drink menu is pretty small, but their cocktails are good. They'll run your at least $12 so it's not the cheapest. Another thing- it's pretty dead inside. This can be a good or bad thing depending. If you're trying to meet people, bad. If you're trying to just chill with your friends then it's good. The bartenders were good. A slightly heavy pour is always a good thing too. Cool vibe and nice assortment of drinks. When I came with my hubby the place was kind of dead...then again, we only stayed until 10:30ish. We are homebodies. I'm sure it probably picked up later on. We were waiting for the dj to show up, but again, that might have happened after we left. So that was a little bit of a bummer. Other than that, my hubby and I enjoyed libations that were a bit more unique for us- one of which was a dirty martini for me. I wanted to feel like James bond...Instead I just learned I am NOT a martini person bahaha. But I just chalk it up to experience! Overall, really friendly bartender. She gave us one of our four drinks on the house. Either way, neat vibe. The second story housed a pool table and several board games which we busied ourselves with for most of the night. Wow, talk about an unexpected surprise! This place is one part 1920's themed club, one part speakeasy with a unique, completely nondescript entrance. One enters Stache under an awning that's labeled in Asian script and says "Himmie Health Club". Once you enter, there's a full bar downstairs with a mixologist mixing up some amazing concoctions, and then upstairs is another full bar, a lounge area and pool table. The place is very warm and cozy inside with lots of antique furniture and full height walls behind both the upstairs and downstairs bars which are stacked to the ceiling with bottles of various types of alcohol. Downstairs you'll also find a stage that featured a band earlier in the evening on the Friday night I was here, and also a burlesque dancer who came out a bit later to perform a few numbers. Their prices are also reasonable; Even at full price, their specialty drinks created and served up by a proper "mixologist" are only $11. Similar drinks at somewhat comparable bars in Miami Beach are going for upwards of $20. The sweet thing is that, this bar has a happy hour that goes fairly late and their drink prices are 1/2 price, which means the specialty cocktails are $5.50. Yes they do have a nice variety of non dairy milk but the mocha for example is Ghirardelli, so not vegan...I was basically limited to vanilla or almond flavoring for my latte. A mocha is always my go to drink so that was a biggie for me. Not a whole lot of seating...I had to sit at the bar which was the only place there were outlets available...they have two booth like couches but I didn't see any outlets to work with. And nothing really to eat so I left there starving:(. If they increased their offerings for vegans I would definitely be back but until then it's just not enough for me:( read more

I've been to Stache, two Fridays in a row actually, and I must say I am a fan. This is a great addition to the Himmarshee area that definitely adds something different. Not only does Stache offer great specialty cocktails (~$11 each which seem fair to me) but it offers you a completely different scene that is diverse, loungey, laid back and not at all like the rest of the downtown area. Although I mostly stick to my go-to Bacardi and coke, I did sample a white sangria that was delicious! The bar downstairs is beautiful and next to a stage that often has live music bands and burlesque dancers. The upstairs offers another bar, a free pool table, a balcony overlooking the stage and more couch area. The first time I was here it was pretty late and they had this couch area - "the library" roped off to cater to bottle service. The second time it was open for our use as we were attending a party from 7pm-10pm in the upstairs area. Great spot for those looking for something up-scale, yet low-key without all the rowdiness of the rest of downtown nor the pretentiousness of SoBe. read more

So this review relates to the 'coffee bar' aspect. Just to be clear, this is a nightclub, lounge. Not a coffee bar. They server coffee. When you think of coffee bar, you think of people sitting around with books and laptops drinking coffee. The upstairs area is pretty cool, and COULD be a SOLID spot for serving coffee and making it a place where people sit with laptops, but there aren't tables. Again, this place was designed to be a nightclub. I went here during the day expecting it to be arranged as a coffee bar to some degree and it's the same thing as it is at night. So if you're looking for solid coffee and a place to sit with your laptop and or books go elsewhere. They should remove the 'coffee bar' name from the title because it's misleading. They can just add 'coffee' to the menu or something. read more

One would never know this place is sick from the looks of it outside. I honestly thought I was walking into a Chinese restaurant last night. I was fooled big time. Walking in on the red carpet and being greeted by the hostess up front was just the beginning. There's a bar downstairs and upstairs, so you don't have to miss out on drinking whatever level you're on. The old school 1920's era really hits the spot here along with the hip decor of the chandeliers, lighting, and couches. The surprise party for our CM last night turned out great. Everything was held upstairs and we got him good. The organizers couldn't have picked a better venue. The happy hour is a huge savings for the fabulous cocktails that are offered on the menu. I had the first drink on the house, which was pretty good and I don't remember the name of it. However, the Passion rocked. Thanks Greshka for recommending it! :) There was a band playing and a burlesque show going on for the entertainment. The pool table is available for ones that want to play upstairs. I know the Himarshee scene is all-the-rave about Stache lately, but I have to throw in that this place is neither new nor impressive to me. When I heard about the place, I was under the impression that it was a classier place to go spend an evening and try out some fancy drinks made in a true artful form. I was wrong. The same bar as it was before, Stache is just a facade for the over-priced and under-served drinks. The new look is definitely and improvement on the previous decor and ambiance, but it's still just a facade and lure for the scene. Quick in and quick to leave, the Himarshee crowd is fading; and personally, I think it's for the better. Better food options and craft beers/crafted drinks are replacing the college-style shwasty face places that currently infect the street. I don't by any means consider myself better than Fort Lauderdale/Himarshee.\ But I find that I will go out to there on occasion for a late only to remind myself of the exact reason why I don't like to be there unless its for food. On a positive note, the small drinks were very good but didn't last long at all, and not because I'm a fast drinker. I did enjoy the Smoking Honey drink with the wood smoke notes. read more

Never had an Old Fashioned that I enjoyed until Stache. A friend of mine told me to try the "Smoked" version of the Old Fashioned, which was a fascinating experience to not only watch being made, but also to enjoy. The pleasant scent of slightly smoked wood hits your nose before you take the first sip of the beverage - it's a firey sip, tingling your nose with a campfire smell before the liquor warms your throat on the way down. The female bartender was on her game, keeping up with the huge influx of guests that arrived for a heavy happy hour on a Friday evening. I ordered a Bankers Highball - it straight up tastes like you're drinking a grapefruit, but there's only a grapefruit peel garnish inside! (She said it was one of her favorites, too, so that's a good sign.) After the crowd cleared, the atmosphere was relaxed and cool. I'm not much of a coffee drinker but I needed a little boost mid-afternoon today so I walked over the Stache. They have lots of options both iced and hot. I went with an iced caramel cold brew with skim milk. It was great. Flavors were perfect without being bitter or overbearing. They have lots of milk options too. Everything from whole to almond to oat. There was only one other person there so I was in and out within minutes. It was just what I needed today. read more

I am writing this from the perspective of booking the upstairs portion for a private meeting and happy hour. I planned a day for our CEO to spend a day with the region and gathered everyone within a few hours drive together at Stache. I had actually planned on holding the event at a different venue, but the other venue was so difficult to work with that I decided to make a last minute switch. From the second I explained my situation, Cathy at Stache was incredibly helpful and and we planned the day seamlessly. The CEO remarked that it perhaps the single coolest venue at which we've ever held one of these events. If you're looking for a unique meeting space in south Florida, you are doing yourself a disservice to not book at Stache. Everyone had an amazing time and the food was incredible. Internet speeds, AV, and furniture rearrangement was perfect. I will absolutely hold more meetings at Stache in the future. Thank you Cathy! read more
