I was told the staff was very friendly and professional. Upon arriving two days ago, I was met with a bit of confusion as no one could fully give me pricing upfront, but quickly ushered me to sit in a chair. I was then given a book with pricing on nail services as I just wanted a basic manicure and pedicure without artificial nail addition. Since I was already seated decided on the pedicure as that was truly what I needed. Again, I was continuously offered up charges like the gel polish despite stating I just wanted a basic manicure due to the damage received from previous gel applications. The attendant was not happy at my adamant desire for the basic pedicure, and felt that she was very rough with my feet. I did explain to the lady who would've done my manicure that I just wanted upfront pricing and basic services at this point. Overall, the pedicure process was decent although I don't believe I received all the bullet points listed under the basic manicure like the massage. The polish color options were plentiful (see swatches), and believe it's the same polish that is used in a gel process. I was told that I'd have to sit for about 15 minutes due to the glitter in the polish I selected and not getting the gel instant dry. Had no problem sitting as it was the end of my day. My problem was that the attendant just left and I did hear her mentioning that she was going home to someone else. Waited for her to return and say something to me (I'm done , thank you, goodbye...something!) as well as receive the tip I had for her. That did not happen, and had to search for my shoes before I left as they were wedged in a corner behind a stool. Will continue to search for a local nail spot, or be more diligent in booking in advance for places like IWI Fresh. Sadly, I did notice imperfections after leaving, and also the next day. More so a spot for those inclined to the gel polish and other artificial enhancements as the other staff appeared to be more personable than my attendant.

It was an AWFUL experience. Here's the breakdown. 1. Had appt at 1pm w/ DanI for dip powder nails. 2. 1:05 Arrived at to the shop. 3. Dani was doing nails but it was clear she was almost finished so I waited. 4. 1:17 Got started, Dani instructed me to soak my nails in acetone and "rub" my nails against a paper towel - a first time experience I've never seen or experience. Dani tells me to soak and "it'll be a few minutes." 5. 1:30 Dani talks to another guest and then proceeds to start a FULL SET w/tips on a young girl w/ very short nails. 6. 1:45 I asked Dani - as I sat and soaked my nails in pure acetone which is awful for healthy nails - if she planned to do a full set as I sat and "soaked" 7. Dani replied " what do you expect me to do - just sit and wait while you soak"! Fast forward, I removed my hands from the acetone after sitting in that for nearly 15 mins. I scrubbed the rest of myself - paid the $16 and left. I will never ever again go to this unprofessional disgusting place. I expected the ability to properly manage appointments as an operational business and put care and service OVER the bottom line. This was the first nail salon I've been to that has clients attest to no Covid symptoms paperwork to be filled out at time of checkin. It's a nice touch to try and deter others who are sick or around others sick to self identify. Businesses do have to find ways to protect themselves. I don't see a lot of code enforcement in this area so just some thing to note that this business was taking additional steps.
