I came on Monday and had the same amazing service as I have always had with them. They have completely revamped the space and made it beautiful! I have been seeing the same family that owns this shop for over 2 years and they do incredible work that LASTS! I never have any broken nails, they never chip, my only issue is with the wait. They are sooo popular for their amazing work, I'm rarely able to get in and out without waiting a while, but their work speaks for itself.

I was told the staff was very friendly and professional. Upon arriving two days ago, I was met with a bit of confusion as no one could fully give me pricing upfront, but quickly ushered me to sit in a chair. I was then given a book with pricing on nail services as I just wanted a basic manicure and pedicure without artificial nail addition. Since I was already seated decided on the pedicure as that was truly what I needed. Again, I was continuously offered up charges like the gel polish despite stating I just wanted a basic manicure due to the damage received from previous gel applications. The attendant was not happy at my adamant desire for the basic pedicure, and felt that she was very rough with my feet. I did explain to the lady who would've done my manicure that I just wanted upfront pricing and basic services at this point. Overall, the pedicure process was decent although I don't believe I received all the bullet points listed under the basic manicure like the massage. The polish color options were plentiful (see swatches), and believe it's the same polish that is used in a gel process. I was told that I'd have to sit for about 15 minutes due to the glitter in the polish I selected and not getting the gel instant dry. Had no problem sitting as it was the end of my day. My problem was that the attendant just left and I did hear her mentioning that she was going home to someone else. Waited for her to return and say something to me (I'm done , thank you, goodbye...something!) as well as receive the tip I had for her. That did not happen, and had to search for my shoes before I left as they were wedged in a corner behind a stool. Will continue to search for a local nail spot, or be more diligent in booking in advance for places like IWI Fresh. Sadly, I did notice imperfections after leaving, and also the next day. More so a spot for those inclined to the gel polish and other artificial enhancements as the other staff appeared to be more personable than my attendant.

The biggest issue was the pricing. I was charged $43.50 even though the price listed was $27. Most of the prices already included gel so I was never told there would be an extra $15 charge for gel toes until after the service was done. I feel like customers should be clearly informed about extra charges before anything starts.The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because she did an amazing job on my toes and the foot massage was really good. JuJu is AMAZING so has done an awesome job on my nails each and every time. Every reference picture I give her for my nails she makes it happen. I've gotten a pedicure here before and other members of the staff are friendly and everyone always ask if the shape of your nails are good or of the color is to your liking before they continue. The shop itself is clean and they just got all new nail stations and chairs. I highly recommend JuJu if you are looking for a specific design you want recreated.
