I purchased a 2013 F-150 from Stadium Auto and I am very pleased. I was looking at trucks in Tyler and couldn't find anything, so I jumped on line. I wanted a 2012-2013 F-150, 4wd with the trailer package and leather. I found a few I liked and decided the trip to Dallas was worth a shot. My third stop was a Stadium Auto after the first two were sold. My daughter and I took the drive to Dallas together and worked with Howard at Stadium. I was already preapproved through my financial institution and new exactly what I wanted. I told Howard all the facts...I was pre-approved, I had a trade in that I wanted XX amount for and I wanted to be out the door for under XX amount. Obviously I had done my research and knew what the numbers would need to be to get a good deal. Took the truck for a test drive and got ready to do the paperwork. I decided to do the credit app through them to see what they could do and they actually got me a better deal through Wells Fargo than what my local bank could do. I was in and out in about 2 hours and my daughter and I had a great time walking around looking at the different cars together. Howard even recommended a local wing place that was supposed to be better than Hooters...he was right. All in all, it was the best car buying experience I have had in my 43 years. I noticed there are a lot of negative reviews, but it seems like they are all from a year or more ago. Maybe there is different management or something. I don't know. Purchased a car from Stadium Auto in Arlington, Texas a few weeks ago. Car was well represented on their website with pictures and description. Sent Email with a few questions and got a prompt response from Mark, answering my questions. We spoke by phone later that day and I made an appointment to view the car. Again, the car was exactly as it was suppose to be. Test drove with Mark, he explained some of the features before the test drive and answered all my questions. I had told Mark in our initial phone conversation about my trade in and generally how I wanted to trade. He suggested that I go back to the web site, fill out a credit application and fill out the info on my trade. This is good advise because I was pre approved on financing and they had a good idea on the value of my trade. I used realistic numbers about the value of my trade in and used their payment calculator to get a good idea on what my payment would be. This saved a lot off time once I decided to make the purchase.Mark, Roddy, the sales manager and James, the finance manager put everything together pretty quickly and were very courteous and respectful from beginning to end. Everything worked out as I wanted it to. I did my part by giving them honest and accurate information and they did exactly the same for me and there were no surprises or disappointments. We live in Wylie, our truck had some hail damage. Found the truck we wanted online thru Cargurus.com on Friday. Contacted dealership, spoke to AJ. Told him we'd be by on Saturday and that we wanted to see what they'd give us for our truck. Got there, asked for AJ, he was busy so he had us work with Thaddeus. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and was ready to help any way he could. We asked to test drive a few vehicles and they were ready with keys quickly. In the meantime, they assessed our vehicle. I never felt mistreated, tricked, ignored, pushed etc. They had us sit anywhere we wanted while we waited (there were NBA games on in the main lobby so we hung out there while we waited) and they offered up some drinks and BBQ (that smelled awesome), too bad we'd just eaten. Thaddeus worked with his manager to get us a good offer and we made a very fair deal with him. Agreed on terms, then met with Armando in finance. He was great. Offered all the bells and whistles and allowed us to make a decision. No hard sells, just facts. Easy process. I would highly recommend this place. Just be an adult and know what you want to get for your car, what you are willing to pay, and whether you want warranties. This will cut down on the possibility of feeling "sold to" or shadily handled". You should also know your credit score. Great service after the sale. I purchased a car about a month ago from Auto Stadium and my salesman was Jose Manzo. I must say it was the most amazing experience I've had with a car dealership and a car salesman in a long time, if not ever! Jose was so forthcoming and honest about everything it was very refreshing to not only have a knowledgeable professional by your side but to also know that he genuinely had your best interest in mind. The whole car buying experience has been like no other for me. From the time I walked into the dealership he was with me every step of the way. He was able to find me the car of my dreams (BMW 328i), in the exact color and all the features I'd requested literally within no time, and I walked out of the dealership in record time with my new car! The service and level of personal and professional quality was legendary in my opinion. Even in the following days and weeks after I'd purchased the car, I'd reached out to Jose to request an extra car key and he quickly made it happen, in addition to following up with me to ensure I recieved my license plates and if all was well with the car. To top off my review, my birthday happened to fall a few weeks after the purchase and Jose called to wish me a happy birthday which was the kindest most thoughtful gesture. First, let me start by saying I had a very positive experience with Stadium Auto Texas. I was searching around for a nice Nissan Nismo 370z, and happened to come across this dealership online. I dialed the dealership and was greeted by Bobby Busby (Auto Sales Manager). GREAT guy and truly cared about me as a customer. I had hesitations around buying in Houston, but he offered to help me ship the car from their dealership and I was not disappointed by what they promised in pictures. Going back to Bobby Busby... I am really writing this view because of him. I think anyone can TRY to sell you a car, BUT not everyone can bring everything together from an initial introduction to making sure you are still satisfied a couple days after the sale. After months of searching for a vehicle, I landed upon this dealership in Arlington called Stadium Auto. I was a little weary at first after reading their reviews. I decided to go ahead and find out for myself. As I approached the dealership their inventory was very impressive. A true car guys dream! I pulled onto the lot and wasn't bombarded like I was used to with the other dealerships. I was kindly greeted at the door with professionalize and courtesy. I will admit, their pricing was a little higher than other dealerships but I soon realized that the vehicles that were displayed had spared no expense in detail, aftermarket accessories, ect. Sometimes it is worth the little extra money to get the service and product that is hands down incomparable. The staff is professional, the environment was fun, I will recommend everyone to this dealership. The bad reviews were obviously from people trying to get something for nothing, or from people who aren't financially savvy. Very impressed with Stadium Auto. Usually when I go to a used car dealership I expect it to be very dirty and unprofessional. Stadium Auto was totally different. One word CLEAN. Not only that, but they had an excellent selection of cars. I was personally looking for a truck and found exactly what I was looking for. Although I had a specific truck in mind, they had several different makes and models, all very clean and detailed. They know their cars, they aren't just trying to sell you any car no matter what it is. As far as the purchase goes, they were more than fair with my trade value, and they were able to get me an excellent interest rate, much better than I expected. I think the biggest thing you want to feel after buying a car is that you weren't screwed. I felt that Stadium Auto was very up front with me, and very honest about what I was getting. I saw the exact car I had been looking for online, it happened to be at Stadium Auto in Texas, no where near me as I live in the Chicago, IL area. I sent an email asking a question about the vehicle and got an immediate response from Ryan Moore. Ryan not only answered my question but took several other photos of the vehicle and sent them to me so I could get a better look at the car I was looking at (2014 Cadillac CTS V-sport). I was really hesitant because of the reviews, but decided I will go to see for myself and if I felt uncomfortable or saw anything shady I would leave. Marc Anthony was our salesman, from the moment I walked in to the time I left, everything was professional. He took care of us and I couldn't be happier. Buying cars is never a favorite pastime but my experience at Stadium Auto was fine. They provided comps and CarFax for the make and model of car I was interested in. Additionally, the trade offer was in line with Kelley Blue Book pricing. The car had a couple of issues with the automatic liftgate working and a door open warning light (even thought the door was closed) both of which were fixed. The car was clean, filled with gas and ready for pick up when promised. I still have paper plates so cannot comment on whether there will be an issue receiving them. I was told up front that a second key was not available with the vehicle. There was some waiting between different parts of the process but the paperwork was orderly when we got to it. Stadium Auto has had its share of reviews and mishaps. What dealership doesn't? When it comes to custom trucks and cars, this place is hands down the best in the business. I went there to purchase a lifted F-250, after a few days of working numbers and trying to get my financing straight, I wasn't able to get the truck... This wasn't their fault at all! My credit wasn't the best and they knew that! But they didn't treat me any different than someone who could buy! They put in the effort and wouldn't give up, but unfortunately my past doesn't make them a bad dealership. Im not going to go and post bad reviews about how they won't sell me a truck.
