I did counter their lease offer and their purchase price offer. Perhaps they viewed my counter offers as unreasonable as their original offers, but I was at least expecting a counter offer maybe somewhere in the middle. I never heard from them again. If you want to negotiate a fair deal on a vehicle this ain't the place to do it. I ended up buying from Fox Nissan in Kentwood, MI who were great to deal with.

At that moment when my wife became frustrated and wanted to give the vehicle back and ask for our money back it became an issue. Imagine buying a vehicle and not having access to the vehicle after 3 or 4 months of purchasing it, just ridiculous. Since having the vehicle we have spent so much money in repairs on this vehicle that it is completely ridiculous , we refuse to go to them to get it fixed because the last time we took it to them to get something fixed it came back with another issue that wasn't even one of the problems. We ended up going to another dealership, only to pay out of the pocket to fix issues because we didn't trust them to fix it correctly. It seems as if it's always something that goes wrong with this vehicle. It's completely frustrating to have a vehicle that you have had for less than a year and you have put so much money into keeping it together because of issues that has gone wrong with it, and also to be told by other mechanics or dealership that this vehicle should not have been sold with issues like this.
