But its worth interviewing a few companies because they are not for everyone's budget, IMHO.

They did not complete the move (left items on the truck that my brother had to move back to the move location by himself); they overcharged our card by $140 with no explanation; they were missing in action for 15 minutes (at a cost to us of $50); they lifted an antique buffet with the doors toward the ground, forcing the drawer to roll out and damage the doors. We paid them in good faith, being told a manager would call us ASAP, but they are impossible to reach and will not discuss. Run away and find another moving company, please!

When the PODs were opened four months later, every single piece of furniture was damaged -- every piece. The whole process felt unprofessional and sketchy. I've worked with several moving companies during this relocation, and Minuteman Movers was the only one that gave me such an unreliable and frustrating experience.
