I ordered a pizza right at the dinner rush. I was home before I realized I got the wrong one! I called Stageline to let them know of the mistake, and to my suprise, they had just got done making the new pizza! Made a quick trip back in, and the correct pizza was ready. They told me to keep the mistake, and they could not have been any nicer! I understand that mistakes happen, but what happens when a mistake is made is really where good customer service shines. Overall good! I think this place suffers from some of the same labor issues you see everywhere these days, but if you give them a chance they will make you happy. It's definitely best to do carry-out here, so just give them a call when you're on your way back to your hotel room. And don't forget the extra dipping sauce! read more

Some of the first pizza that I ever ate was at Stageline Pizza, in Kalispell, MT. At the time, I thought it was amazing. In college, in Bozeman, MT, Stageline Pizza was one of the most popular pizza places, and we had delivery from there many, many times over the years. I am happy that the Stageline Pizza in Columbia Falls, MT lives up to my memories. This is good, solid, basic pizza. We ordered a ham/pineapple and a death valley (FOR THOSE WHO LIKE IT HOT! RED PEPPERS*PEPPERONI*TACO BEEF* SAUSAGE *JALAPENO PEPPERS*ONIONS*XTRA CHEESE). I asked them to cook them well done, because I hate soggy or overly doughy crust. The pizzas were piping hot when I picked them up, and were still hot by the time we started eating them. They were flavorful and had a good amount of cheese on them. This location has one 4-top table, and a waiting bench. So, you do not want to plan on eating in. They also take credit cards and have free delivery. read more

Don't order a pizza for delivery. I was told 45 minutes and after an hour I called to find out what happen. I was told pizza was on its way. Called again at an hour and a half and the same answer. Called at two hours and the person on the phone immediately offered me a refund. No apology no reason given why the order was not delivered. read more

I was getting an order for carry out, they forgot one of my toppings and the pizza was lousy. It was undercooked and really doughy. The toppings they use don't have any flavor. I ordered two of their largest size, and was disappointed in both of them, won't order from their again. read more

Pizza is a good northeast style pie. Ingredients tastes fresh. I love that they use Perfect Cuts sausage. Good thin crust not soggy. Sauce was flavorful but not acidic. I would say this pizza is definitely above average. It's a little pricey. But considering the they use fresh local ingredients whenever possible, it's worth the extra money to me. I used to like this place but with the new ownership it's completely gone down hill. The flavor is old tasting and the crust is always burnt. The price is completely off the charter for what you get, Now about the customer service. The last time I called to place a pickup order put the nail in the coffin for me. It was 9:15pm. Keep in mind that the door of the establishment states 10pm closing time and so does the website. A guy answers the phone in an irritated voice saying "Stageline Pizza we're CLOSED!"....then hangs up on me. Folks, do yourself a favor and go to either North Fork Pizza, Domino's, or Pizza Hut which all are also located in Columbia Falls. read more

I moved to Flathead valley and received coupons/menu for Stageline Pizza/Columbia Falls in my mailbox. I ordered Veggie pizza & subsituted pineapple for artichoke hearts & also got a chicken fajita salad. It was a very busy weekend night & took a hour to get through to order. But once the pizza was delivered it was very good, good crust, big chunks of artichoke hearts & salad was pretty good too. Fast-forward to a week day afternoon, ordered Veggie pizza this time no pineapple or tomatos and got artichoke hearts & garlic instead. And this time I ordered the huge 'family size'. Well, all I can say is it was NASTY. I dug around but never did find an artichoke heart & was stuck w/ this huge icky pizza I had wasted my money buying! I called back to complain, talked to 2 different people they said artichokes were put on bottom. I have lived in Columbia Falls for 40 years and have ordered pizza from here many times.Sometimes my bill was well over 200 Dollars.I have always been generous with the delivery guys tipping them (besides the 3 dollar delivery charge)at least 10 to 15 percent.Earlier in the month I ordered over a hundered dollars worth of pizza and presented coupons which stated 3 dollars off any jumbo pizza.They refused 2 of the coupons even though nothing was printed on the coupon that said Per order.Ok six dollars is not that big of a deal.Tonight I ordered three jumbo pizzas.I used no coupons.The total was over a hundred dollars with the tip for the driver.One of the pizzas I ordered was half veggie and half taco.The taco pizza came with cheese and a few pieces of meat thats all.I called and told them and was greeted with a tuff crap attitude.After much silence I asked what he was going to do to make it right by me as this was for my grandsons birthday party.He arrogantly said he would put the toppings in a bag and drive up and give them to me,When I asked him not to insult my intelligence and asked for the owner I was offered 5$ off my next order,not even half the price of one pie.I told him I would never do business with him again which to he replied OK ,sorry ,and hung up.If he burns 10 people like me in this small town I figure he will be out 10,000 to 15,000 dollars worth of business a year . read more
