I purchased a Groupoun for carpet cleaning for my mother. The company had advertised a Mother's Day sale; I then selected and purchased the "Carpet Cleaning for Two Rooms up to 400 Sqft...plus Deodorizing and Sanitizing" which was $40.04. After Their arrival to service the apartment the compnay began to price gouge, and stated that the stains were not going to be removed because the Groupon is only a "general cleaning" and when they saw there were two pets they associated the stains as pet stains. which was not included in the Groupon purchases, understandably. Please note: both animals are potty trained and the stains were from everyday walking and living throughout the home. We chose to add an additional room, after the service technician stated it should just be knocked out while they were there, but then stated they could not really clean the carpet without purchasing the deep clean and mentioned each room is $45.00 plus an additional $15.00 for a fuel fee. Feeling cornered we followed through with the company. After, I asked for an itemized statement for a better understanding of all the additional fees, because the Groupon never mentioned a fuel fee unless you are 25 miles outside of the 32208 radius. I also did not understand why I had to pay for two additional rooms instead of one, being that I orginnally purchased a two room package up to 400 sqft; or why I had to pay additional for stains when the Groupon advertised cleaning heavy stains. I was met with complete frustration for trying to get a better understanding, and was only given an invoice after asking for an itemized statement numerous times. I have contacted the BBB along with the Florida's Attorney General, because I am sure we all work hard for our money and if we go on Groupon, we are looking for discounts and do not expect to be hustled. We purchased a Groupon for our carpets to be cleaned. MJ kept in touch with my husband to confirm his arrival time. When they arrived he took a look at the carpet and advised the carpet would turn out better if we purchased the power scrub. He advise if we didn't get the power scrubs the spots would reappear. My husband agreed to the additional charge, as MJ offered us a discounted rate. The rugs were cleaned and they looked nice. A few days later we noticed the spots reappeared. We reached out to the office and explained to them the issue. MJ returned our call and advised the spots did not come up because it was pet pee stains. I explained to him that my dog does not urinate in the house so no it's not pet stains. Then he advised me this is why they don't like to give discounts because of issues like this. I was confused because never was it mentioned that there were stains that would not come up; only that I need to get the additional service so the stains would not return. After speaking to him for approximately 15 minutes, I simply advised him not to worry about it; but, just know the service you sold to me was not provided. read more

Horrible company! They wanted to charge me $70.00 for their cleaning solution and 16.00 to come out to my house. This was after I purchased a Groupon for $45.00. I only had 30 square feet of carpet that needed to be cleaned! read more

The technicians who came out were very professional and knowledgeable but The work wasn't sufficient.It look like they clean with water only and my furniture actually just wet and look no cleaner than it did prior to the cleaning. read more

I purchased a Groupon for this company and immediately reached out via email to schedule a service. I got a quick response saying they had a Sunday appointment available and I responded back immediately then too. I message to confirm Sunday and they've got no record of it. We reschedule the service for Tuesday and no one shows up, no phone call, nothing. Guess the service guys didn't want to come to st Augustine. To top it off, they called to "remedy" the situation by offering me a higher rate claiming that I'd only be paying for the gas since they're coming from Jacksonville. Absolutely not. read more

Used a groupon. Upon their arrival they tried to upsell. I understand that, When I refussed, They ten told me there was a 15 dollar fuel surcharge. I pointed out that that had not been disclosed. They didn't do the job as I wouldn't pay the extra. Contacted the office. They told me the charge should have been 25 but they had let in be 15 per the owner. Then the office guy just got irate .... Total scam... The price quoted is not the price you will pay. Office guy said said he will write a rebuttal because they have been in business over 30 years. I called like 3dys before chatted with Emery,told him I bought of few Groupons and we scheduled for wknd, Saturday morning I called to make sure they were coming out/ there was a hiccup he didn't see my reserve but Emery fixed that as he was having issues with his new system and Mj and a nice young lady came out to do all my rooms, I even had Mj clean my Cream Suede Sofa, He Knows his craft. Pricey! $60 for 1 room. I did liked the guy that did the cleaning, he was very professional and he got the dirt out of the stairs. I did find out later that the playroom where there is colored chalk or paint in the rug is unfortunately permanent. They offered to look at it but it seems a mute point since it's obviously discolored from the kids playing with whatever it was. read more

I was scheduled for a 10 am carpet cleaning appointment today and the technician did not show up until 1pm. There was no window of time provided only that my appointment was at 1pm. After calling to ask where the technician was around 12pm, I was told that he was still working on another job. This was a groupon honored service and I was quoted for the service and the trip fee. However, the technician added an additional $25 fee which was clearly not explained to me. I called this morning to confirm all fees but apparently there were others. Amazing work! Very pleased with results pics attached! Had Michael as service tech, showed up on time, worked fast, courteous, safe (COVID-19 precautions), and very friendly. Couch was wrecked and now looks like new again and only cost half what I was anticipating when thinking of getting a professional cleaning. The guys showed up during the window of my appointment time. The "lead" guy (the one taking care of the paperwork and doing the most talking) was professional and friendly. It was a very quick process... don't know if it's because I just live in a 1 bedroom or what... but they were not able to get out my more set in stains, which I was disappointed with. Carpet looks a bit better, and my place is probably a bit cleaner now. read more
