I was under the (incorrect) impression that you needed a wholesaler's or restauranteur's license to purchase things here - not so. They also have chest freezers, gas stoves, even popcorn machines! Found a higher quality baking pan than at your typical big box store, as well as a specific kind of tongs I was looking for - something with silicone tips that can pick up ramekins.
