He asked if I had shut the main water shutoff valve off, I told him I had just moved into the house and did not know where it was. He instructed me where and what to look for in my basement. I found it and shut the water. He told me he could come out that evening but if I could get through the night and wait till the next morning, I could save 50% on the labor charge since overtime rates were mandatory. They sent a tech at 8:30 the next morning and within 2 hours the piping was replaced, and he installed some insulation to prevent future freezing of the pipe section. Very professional operation. By 2:00 AM we were lying in bed thinking "what the heck did we just do?" If this happens to you, remember, legally, you have 3 business days to cancel a loan. The guy was super professional, and knowledgeable. I ended buying their very expensive "maintenance" liquid mix and it works great. The whole thing came to $700 which was shocking to me. I knew my ins co would pay for it as it was related to the fire incident and not having had water running through the pipes for a long time. If I had been responsible for the invoice, I would've freaked out. That's why I knocked off a star. So yes, they are good, reliable and guarantee their work (the guy came back a week later to fix it again at no charge - not his fault, it was bound to happen due to the severe clogging) BUT they are super expensive. Before asking them to fix your problem, ask for an estimate.
