Then he tried to charge me $79 for not knowing what he was doing. When I refused he got very aggressive and more rude. He called me stupid and threatened me when he left, repeatedly saying he "would see me soon". As a women it was TERRIFYING. Given the high cost and inconvenience, and due to the issue, I am formally requesting a brand-new refrigerator. A repair is not acceptable given the circumstances and the price of the appliance. He was unable to explain and instead dismissed my questions by saying the washer was old. I followed up by calling the company directly and asked how the same part for a 2004 washer could be found online for around $200. The supervisor responded that they purchase parts from a "reputable website." When I explained that the part I found was an OEM part from a reputable source, no explanation was given for the significant price difference. I then requested to speak with a manager, owner, or someone higher up, but was repeatedly told that no one was available. At no point was a clear diagnosis, justification, or cost breakdown provided. This experience gave the impression that the company assigns inflated, arbitrary prices without being able to clearly explain the root cause of the issue or justify their diagnosis--yet expects customers to blindly trust them. After reading other reviews, I noticed a consistent pattern of similar complaints. At this point, it's clear the issue is not the customers.

The refrigerator won't cool enough to store food. Plus, I still get the burning electrical smell. Stay far away from these two companies when buying appliances.
