November 21, 2021 I purchased touchscreen apple carplay for my 2017 infiniti QX60 suv, which required a $100 down payment that I paid on the day of purchase. The item was installed in my 2017 infiniti qx60 suv on February 21, 2022 which required me to pay $924 payment to complete the transaction on my credit card that same day. Prior and post service installation I was never given an invoice for the item I originally purchased nor was I presented any documentation for me to sign. The only thing I received was receipts that I paid for both transactions. Once I realized that the item was not touchscreen apple carplay I immediately contacted Nate the rep for Dino's Audio. I explained to him that this is not what I ordered and he responded by saying unfortunately it is not touchscreen and you will have to use the stereo knob to operate. I continue to explain my dissatisfactions and Nate just continues to suggest alternate options for me to utilize the item. Nate even suggested I go to amazon to purchase an Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter to use. I told Nate that I want to return the item and had to continue to call several times in order for him to get this item returned, which is the reason why it took from February 2022 to May 2022 to get completed. Once the employees at Dinos Audio removed the item on May 4, 2022 Nate handed my keys and I had to ask him about my refund. This is when he said for the first time that they don't refund only store credits. Obviously this was not told to me before or during the entire process. This policy is not on the website nor presented to me anytime from November 21, 2021 through May 4, 2022. Now I went back to Dino's audio on May 6th, 2022 at 4pm to request all documents that I signed. Nate did not have any documents I signed and he only gave me an invoice which is the first time I received and says at the bottom "no refunds. only store credits''. At the end of all of this I was rewarded a full refund $1024 through my credit union.

He was never pushy, and helped us put together a sound system that will make spending time in the car much more enjoyable. I was concerned about rattles and things not fitting properly, as we are restoring the car and want it to look perfect as well as perform perfectly. They custom built mounting boxes for the shelf speakers and even managed to find a carpet material that matched the parcel shelf. They also lined everything in dynamat, to enhance sound as well as prevent rattles. As a result, everything looks great and sounds fantastic! The cost was very reasonable for the quality of work they did. Joey even stayed late when we picked up the car to discuss the car as well as to answer questions we had about new head units that would offer the features we are looking for. I tend to only go to them for oil changes and never have any issues. I will say for other services they are on the more expensive end but they guarantee their work if you use their parts, however if you want to use your own parts they will accommodate but won't guarantee work. They replaced an alternator/starter for me and years later it still works great, if you have the extra money to spend they are a great option, however if you are more price conscious you may need to look into other shops.

I went to Eurobahn and was told everyone was busy and I'd have to make an appt for another day. It's a 30 second fix. I had just spoken with someone in sales over the previous weekend and was told that I should just bring it in and it would be a quick reset. The woman managing the flow said there was nothing she could do for me. Everyone was occupied. I couldn't even wait for a technician to be freed up. I felt disrespected by her attitude and response. I went immediately to the BMW dealer on Wendover who addressed it quickly, he also was able to determine exactly what issues were currently due. My car is now having a $300 routine maintenance issue taken care of them. I will not be going back to Eurobahn. I'd rather give my money to a provider who listened and was responsive. Eurobahn couldn't be counted on for a simple ( non repair) fix, so I don't trust them with more complicated maintenance. Nancy
