So my company has our yearly Christmas lunch here and this place has always been very spot on. I've only been here for a company Christmas event so I'm not sure about the full menu but what I have eaten here has been great. The main dish differs from chicken Parmesan or a veal, but the sides are always their green beans which are fantastic... A side of pasta with a large meatball and a side salad. I personally really liked their marinara sauce and I definitely would've gone back for seconds if that was an option. The people that serve here are always friendly and very attentive and that's gotta be tough because I think there were only three or maybe four servers and it's a large group of people probably 65 or more. After dinner, they always have a nice selection of desserts to try. I think I'd like to definitely come here on more of a personal setting and not a work function, but I still do like this place. The parking lot is huge and easy to get in and out of for the most part.

    Delicious cosco cakes!!!

My ladies group Traveling Tastebuds of Cleveland had our sping Gala at STANCATOS party room. Food was delicious and plentiful. My favorite was eggplant parm, the appetizer pizza and dinner rolls! Service was outstanding. Shout out to RAK PHOTOBOOTHS MANAL SHAHADEHfor the fun photo back drop and props!!! CLE CHAMPAIGN WALL KARINA ROBINSON- BORER was a delicious and beautiful surprise!! Also a great photo opportunity. DJ ERIN SLATTERY with DJ EBEN was entertaining and so much fun. Had us all on the dance floor!

    THE BEST espresso martini EVER!

Honestly, this was the best espresso martini I've ever had in my life. I've never had one this perfect. It tasted more coffee less alcohol, and it was sublime. The service was wonderful. Our waitress was very attentive in the atmosphere was very cozy and romantic.

The risotto mush. Try to find the rice.

The food is very expensive and definitely not worth the price. This is not a place I would go to again.

    Manhattan....Orange was at my request.

Best gluten-free pizza I've ever had! It's pricey, but 100% worth the price. I would highly recommend to my gluten-free people!

The food was very good. Busy place for the Parma area. Steak was a little too cooked but good nonetheless. Service was top notch.

Lovely vibe, great service and food ruined only by a nearby unmanned traffic cam in PARMA and a ridiculously hefty fine.

The first course was complimentary breads with olive tapenade. The breads were so rustic and delicious. The olive tapenade was a great dipping sauce. For appetizer, I got fried calamari. It was a modern Italian twist. The fried calamari was so tender. It had light breading. It was fried together with olives, sun dried tomatoes, sliced shiitake mushrooms and some basils. It was so good that I kept eating it. For entrees, I got the bone-in CAB ribeye. It was cooked medium rare. The steak was juicy, tender and had a little bite to it. The asparagus was great in the dish. However, I was not too keen on crispy potatoes with Gorgonzola cheese. The cheese kinda made the potatoes a bit salty. I didn't enjoyed it at all. The beef short rib was another entree I tried as well. It was tender but the flavor was not deep and complex. Overall, the restaurant did a good job with the food. I would come back if I am ever in the area.

Our server, Alecia, was absolutely top tier! She was super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about all things Via Roma. I had originally looked over the menu online, but thanks to her salesmanship, we completely changed course and I'm soooo glad we did! She recommended the fritto misto to start, which was phenomenal. The house-made focaccia bread was perfectly baked and full of flavor. My dad, visiting from California, ordered the veal tortellini which was super flavorful and honestly something I would've ordered myself. I went with the Parmigiano with chicken, which was to die for! The chicken was perfectly breaded and bursting with flavor. My son had the braised short ribs, and the creamy polenta they came with was hands down one of the best I've ever tasted! I literally couldn't resist stealing bites! The portions were generous, the prices were very reasonable, and the cocktails were fantastic! Via Roma is truly a hidden gem. I'd recommend it to anyone...whether you've been before and need to revisit the new menu, or if it's your first time, this place is worth it. Can't wait to go back and hang out at the Grotto, their speakeasy!!! Everything was perfect, start to finish!
