Nazila was able to get us in for a same-day service appointment, and while we were there, she suggested we chat with Matthew about the newer models and current offers. We weren't planning on buying a car that day, but it ended up making sense for us. Matthew was great to work with. What stood out most was how candid he was about the different options. Rather than trying to sell us on every upgrade, he took the time to understand how we actually use our car. He also gave practical advice on some of the more expensive options. For example, we had the deployable side steps on our last Range Rover, but he mentioned they're around a $9,000 option and, since we're both tall, probably weren't worth paying for again. It was nice to get honest input based on how we'd actually use the car instead of just being encouraged to add every option.Range Rovers have what feels like endless configurations, so having someone knowledgeable who gives honest advice was incredibly helpful. He also pointed out things they've seen cause issues over the years--for example, recommending against satin paint because it can't really be touched up if it's scratched. That kind of honesty builds trust. We ended up getting a newer version of the same vehicle in a different configuration, and we're really happy with it. While we were waiting for the detailing to be finished, Matthew kept us entertained with stories from his time in New York and Los Angeles. He has a very dry, quick-witted sense of humor--very Seinfeld/Curb Your Enthusiasm--which made what is usually the most tedious part of buying a car go by surprisingly fast. He's personable, easy to talk to, and never felt like a stereotypical salesperson. Angel made the paperwork straightforward and efficient, and the whole closing process was smooth. We also appreciated that the dealership wasn't overcrowded, so we never spent hours waiting around. They had plenty of inventory on the lot, which made it easy to compare different options in person. I also have to give a shoutout to the woman at the front desk--I didn't catch her name, but she noticed me looking at the paint swatches, pointed me toward the snack area, and was genuinely welcoming. Overall, it was a genuinely positive experience from service to sales to financing. We never felt pressured into buying anything, and everyone seemed focused on helping us find what actually fit our needs instead of simply making a sale. We'd definitely recommend shopping here, and we'll be back the next time we're in the market for another Range Rover.

It gave the impression that her ability to make a purchasing decision wasn't being taken seriously simply because she was a woman shopping alone. Buying a luxury vehicle should come with a professional, respectful sales experience. Instead, she was treated with indifference and made to feel like she didn't belong in the showroom unless her husband was present. If you're a woman planning to shop for a vehicle on your own, I would think twice before visiting this dealership. Based on our experience, you may not receive the same level of respect or service that every customer deserves. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Before I purchased my vehicle, I wanted to take one final test drive because I had been so tired the night before. It took nearly two hours for the staff to locate the car and bring it around for that test drive. That was my first indication that customer service wasn't as organized as I had hoped. The overall customer service was inconsistent, and at times I felt the staff wasn't interested in helping. The biggest issue, however, is that one of the selling points when I purchased my vehicle was free charging at the dealership. Since I live nearby, that was a significant factor in my decision. I've only owned the car for a few months, and when I returned to charge it today, I was told they no longer offer free charging. Since I rent and don't have a way to charge at home, I rely on public charging. Being able to charge at the dealership had been a real convenience, so I was disappointed to learn that complimentary charging had been discontinued. Whether or not the dealership changed its policy, I was disappointed that such an important benefit was no longer available so soon after my purchase. It has made me question whether I can rely on other information I was given during the sales process.
