I visited Tuttle-Click on 6/22/2026 to have a back passenger tail light bulb replaced. After leaving the dealership, I noticed that my driver-side front turn signal light bulb was now malfunctioning and needed replaced. I immediately went back into the dealership to speak with the customer service advisor, Kyle, who had been helping me. Upon telling him about my turn signal that was now out, he replied that it sounded like something electrical and they would need to run a diagnostic test on my vehicle. This sounded suspicious to me, and I began advocating and saying, no I didn't think there was anything wrong with my vehicle electronically. I then asked if there had been electronic issues, why had the mechanic that worked on my vehicle not brought this to my attention before I left? I informed Kyle that I now just wanted to get the bulb for my turn signal replaced. However, because he was suggesting diagnostic work that would cost hundreds of dollars, and this seemed suspicious to me, I didn't feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with them again and told him that I would be going elsewhere and would not be coming back for service at this dealership because I didn't trust their work. I then left the dealership and went to Valvoline to get an oil change and at spoke with the techs there regarding what had just happened at Tuttle-Click with my turn signal. The Valvoline techs then pointed out that my vehicle was missing the three bolts that holds the front headlight in place inside the engine. All three bolts were missing! After having the car serviced at Valvoline, I immediately returned to Tuttle-Click to discuss the missing bolts on my vehicle with their service manager, Jesus. The customer service that I received was completely unacceptable and rude. Jesus didn't seem to believe me and questioned that I ever had the bolts on the vehicle to begin with prior to coming to the dealership for service. I know that my car was not missing any bolts in the engine prior to bringing it in for service because I had just had my car smogged 30 minutes prior to bringing it in to the dealership. During the smog check, I was standing watching the technician as he smogged my vehicle, and I saw no missing bolts in my engine. I explained this to the service manager, Jesus who then continued to question my recollection about the bolts and began looking at other areas of my car and finding other missing components, claiming that I was mistaken. Jesus then watched the service video of the technician who had worked on my vehicle. Jesus then explained that the service technician acknowledged that there were no bolts at the end of his service video. This was incredibly upsetting to me and I questioned how their tech could allow a customer to leave the dealership with no bolts holding on a light fixture inside the engine? I questioned why this was not brought to my attention and why the technician would not have asked if I wanted this remedied. Jesus replied that this was something he would have to speak with the technician about for future reference. I then told him that I wasn't leaving until the bolts were replaced on my vehicle. I told him that I wanted to watch the process because I no longer trusted their techs to do it correctly. Upon hearing that I wanted to watch them service the vehicle, Jesus called a technician who came out and put in the missing bolts in my engine. I then let Jesus and his team know that I would not ever return to Tuttle-Click for service again in the future because I don't trust their techs to do honest work. I then left. I find it hard to believe that I had missing bolts on the vehicle in the exact spot where I now had a light bulb out, especially considering that my car had no other problems when I brought it into the dealership for service. However, now leaving my car has more problems than when I brought it in. Very shady and unethical practices with their mechanics and service team. I believe they were trying to get money out of me by suggesting that I needed a diagnostic test and they were being dishonest. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! I had my car serviced at another dealership in the area that's more trustworthy. No problems whatsoever at the other dealership and no diagnostic test needed. They simply replaced my signal bulb and now my car is working properly. read more

This was the best experience we have had at a car dealership. Enzo is an excellent sales leader. He was patient and listened to what we needed in order to get the deal completed. Haas, the finance manager, is extremely knowledgeable and explained every step in the process. Our deal was mostly conducted over the phone since we live outside of the area. No hidden fees. Bought the vehicle with Tuttle Click due to limited inventory in SoCal, but would not recommend otherwise. Dealer charges significant markup and tries to play if off like they are one of the good guys, which is hilarious. Look, buyer and seller know what kind of BS both sides are willingly engaged in, don't try to frame it as anything more than it is: supply and demand. You're in the profit making business, not some self-righteous hero that just happens to be skimming from the top. Demanded I fill out a credit application though was paying cash. There is absolutely no legal ground for them to have made this demand. Patronizing conversation I had did not help. Multiple ageist comments. A buyer is a buyer, maybe learn some political correctness in this day and age. Keep your outdated opinions to yourself. Was told I had 2 days to pickup a reserved vehicle otherwise they would sell it, then the next day right before I was about to leave was told that the vehicle wasn't ready yet. Nice pressure tactic, clearly a lie. I'm sure trying to hit that sales quota before the end of the month makes one pull out all the stops to complete the sale. Asked about the California Clean Fuel reward not appearing on the invoice. Clueless salesman initially told me that I had to apply for it myself. Final invoice had it, but the fact that there was even a misunderstanding to begin with on a program so simple can only be described as frustrating for a buyer. Last point was my fault, but should have spent more time combing the vehicle, as afterwards found dirt on the seats and there was damage to the interior in the cargo space that was easily overlooked. Tuttle-Click Hyundai had two things I was in search of. The first? A pre-owned mint condition 2018 Nissan Murano, Platinum Edition, in Pearl White. And the second? A really exceptional salesman that I could trust to sell me this SUV, whom goes by the name of Vince Fierro. Quite frankly, I don't think I've had a more pleasant car salesman ever! Prior to purchase, Vince went out of his way to be very accommodating, he even took pictures of the vehicle and sent them to me beforehand, which helped me immensely in deciding on if I cared to take the trip down to Irvine to see the car in person, and when I got there, he made the entire car buying process a total stressfree breeze that didn't take forever. ***If you're reading this , you're better off going to Tustin Hyundai, just 20 minutes North. To the advisors here AT TUTTLE Norman (main) & Adrian Reyna, this review is for you both. If you're looking to save money, time & avoid corporate-style business tactics, Tustin will look to help you with better service , at a better Tested Price & they are a 2-time winning dealership (for a reason). The voice machine playing at this location (Tuttle) falsely says they offer FAIR&COMPETITIVE pricing. That is false. Here's my experience after 2 visits. (1) first visit went great. Just went in for a factory reset on software. Left with quotes for other things my car needed. I left a positive review also but did walk out without needing to purchase anything because the service was free. (2) 2nd visit I needed an oil change. I scheduled an appointment weeks prior , did the late drop off night before. I wrote on the paper slip that I signed saying I was only looking for an oil change and filter. They do a tire alignment & find a lug nut needs removal & I need to buy another one-- because they removed it as is, they're not "supposed" to put it back. So I agree with hesitation , since I did not authorize that service. And they tell me by 12p they don't have that part (?) so I will need to wait an extra day for a single part (at dealership rate) , when all I went for was an oil change... and hours have gone by since opening, just to get that conclusion. I go pick up my car the next day , after going back and forth on decisions with needing to skip work & trying to get them to get this solved soon. (3) here's where it got suspicious. After having to call off the day from work for this (again I called weeks before , did late night drop off too) , I pick it up the next day. This is after I asked to speak to Norman, the main advisor and they had to ask a worker "to go pick up the part" sooner than later that week. When I left with the sheet that gave quotes for other things my car needed, I noticed the SAME SERVICE CODES as last time . The same codes recommended last time. This time they were all hiked up by more than 70-80$. All of them. For ex, after the first visit (in September) the coolant exchange was offered at $243. In December it was now $316? I got that same service, with the same CODE, at TUSTIN (TODAY) for $234. That is NOT competitive or fair pricing at all. Even if there is an increase for "parts" , "services" etc-- where is that kind of hike coming from ? About 30% increase on ALL previous quoted recommended services. (4) here's where I took extra steps to find out. I got a hang of Norman today and he says that parts & services can depend on "several" factors. He does not give any clear explanation , & so I'm left thinking So a customer just has to be LUCKY(?) to get there on a good day when prices are low ? Then what I did was call again & purposely asked for a lower level advisor and I asked them earnestly "does that kind of pricing hike sound right , for a coolant exchange & ALL the other increases ?" I explained these visits And he said "that does seem a little weird, a coolant exchange is about $240 yeah-- they might have double charged something perhaps". So why am I getting quoted $243, THEN $316? But at Tustin it's $234 & the other recommendations TOO. (5) now today I've tried getting a hang of Adrian who was the advisor handling the calls & my car (whose ability to pick up calls, return messages , update clients had been lagging since the second visit)... & I am not able to get through. I've spoken to an additional (2) advisors who I get on the phone with & I ask them" is Adrian there ? And both say "yeah he's right here". When I get transferred, it hangs up or goes to machine. This has happened for hours & there are no return calls. (6) be aware dealerships keep tabs on customers they deem problematic. & when I asked Norman if they provide through email or print that Customer Notes record, he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. He must have asked me 3 times what I meant ~ I kept saying "Notes that are left by advisors , not techs. Notes left for other advisors , on customers." And he could not give me a clear answer as to whether or not he could share that with me-- he says they only keep technician notes , on the car, not the client. So I left it at that--but you know why I was asking. Take my experience with what you will. Because if you've read it, it was a multi-point shortcoming at various times. Not just an isolated "misunderstanding" but a string of subtle obstacles. They do not give fair & competitive pricing. Compare locations and check. That is a red flag already. Tustin has better prices & better service with advisors who actually take calls & return them. I own a business in Irvine myself and I can tell when a business has a good practice in grifting away customers that ask these questions. I had a great experience buying the car. Servicing the car has been the problem. If it's not a recall, of which there have already been a few, they try to avoid doing repairs under warranty. I went on line to get an appointment. The left vent flap on my Ioniq 6 no longer opens. I listed it as diagnostic and selected an appointment where I would wait for the car. I arrived at 8:30 for my appointment and was told I would have to leave the car for two days so they could do the diagnostic. I was also told it would be $200 for the diagnostic. If it is covered under warranty they will waive the fee. What the hell else would it be? There is no front end damage. the car only has 25,000 miles. I asked if the had a loner and I was told I could not get a loner until they could determine if it was warranty work. It is probably a small electric motor that needs to be replaced. The last time I took my car in for two recalls. One was for the charging system which they did not have the part for, so it has not been repaired. I had the charging system and a seat belt mount recall and the service writer only saw the seatbelt. It would be really nice if Hyundai would repair their cars. read more

Not happy with their Service and the employee in charge of lease return and the deal that I got from Turtle Creek Hyundai. My lease return Kia Niro was damaged at the front left wheel while at dealership position. I was told that they did not damage the wheel and is " your word against our word" Now I have ended up to pay for a new wheel. This is how they do business. I was under impression that I will get my lease paid off that did not happen. I am stock with a brand new Ioniq 5 that has problems and already parts have been replaced. Shameful experience. My college-aged daughter brought her car here and was told she needed nearly $1,500 worth of repairs. After getting a second opinion, it was clear that most of what they claimed "needed fixing" was completely unnecessary. This looks like a blatant attempt to take advantage of a young student who doesn't yet know how to navigate car repairs. That's not just disappointing -- it's predatory. We bought the showroom black Knight, Hyundai Palisade. Fully loaded top of the line May 2024, not even a year and a half later the tires are completely bald. I am a stay at home mom I drop off my son to school somedays run errands around town and then I'm home. They are selling extremely cheap tires. Look up Hankook tires or ChatGPT. It's the number one complaint before you hit 30,000 miles you will need new tire tires. Absolutely unacceptable. I had a Toyota Highlander for 10 years. I replaced my tires maybe twice. I can only recall once though. Salesman pretend there is a warranty for these tires, but there isn't. If you've ever owned a Toyota Highlander, you will notice the immediate difference in performance. read more

This dealer has to have one of the worst service departments on the planet. We made our appointment then we limped in with our Palisade with a slipping transmision After trying to tell my daughter she needed parts and services ( oil change, brake ect) we finnaly told them about our real issue for coming in. The vehicle has a badly slipping transmission ,still under warranty. The service writter seem disinterested and proceed to tell us the car could not be seen for a week.We talked to the General manager but no considerations were entertained. Sales ppl led to service issues hence why i'm reporting this under Hyundai Sales as opposed to service but i'm upset with both. Moussa sold me on an after market security system. He made it seem like without the after market security system that my car would not have a security system and that insurance would cover the cost. He claimed that ALL insurance companies would reduce the monthly bill if you paid extra ($20 per month) for the security system. A few months later I was getting rattling every time my Tuscon went over 50MPH. I brought it in to Hyundai at Laguna Niguel because it was closer. They fixed the rattling but in the process they disabled my security system accidentally. That night my car got tampered with and there is damage on my car. I was sleeping above where my car was parked and the alarm did not go off. So the ONE time I needed the system it failed. In the morning I was leaving to travel and my car wouldn't start. I had to call AAA to get it started. Then I drove it back to Laguna Niguel Hyundai. They left me very little gas in my tank from when they serviced my vehicle so I was running on fumes only for the rude manager on-site to tell me that they didn't do servicing of cars on the weekend. SO I had the stressful experience of driving my car back to Tuttle click with almost no gas. When I got there, the service people determined the security system Moussa sold me was causing the drain on my battery which caused my security system to not go off when being tampered with. So the EXACT time I needed the security system, it failed and I have a damaged car as a result. Meanwhile that morning I was supposed to be traveling. I never expected attempting to fix a rattle would lead to all of this. I was told my the manager on site that they would not take the $20 per month off my monthly bill. They said that it would be deducted off the back end as opposed to reducing my monthly bill by $20 per month BUT there is literally no way for me to tell if that is actually true or happening in reality or not. Now I have a damaged car and Hyundai has not owned up to anything. I am paying the same amount for a service I don't have. I was a Toyota owner before this. I NEVER had any issues like this before. The resolution is that I don't know if my money really is being deducted off for the security system. I have damage to my vehicle that is a direct result of the security system failing that you guys pressured me into buying. Hyundai has not offered to fix the damage which is their fault. I have brought this to the attention of Hyundai on multiple occasions and I have yet to feel satisfied with their response. NEVER NEVER go to Laguna Niguel Hyundai for service. They were the reason my car didn't start the next day. AT ANY LOCATION DON'T FEEL PRESSURED TO GET THE SECURITY SYSTEM NO MATTER HOW MUCH THEY SELL IT. THEY WILL TELL YOU AAA and other insurance companies WILL COVER THE SECURITY SYSTEM AND FRAME IT LIKE THE SECURITY SYSTEM IS FREE AFTER THE INSURANCE DISCOUNT AND THIS IS SIMPLY NOT THE CASE IN MY EXPERIENCE. One of the main perks of getting car serviced at a dealership is getting your car washed and clean at pick up.
