I visited this business for the first time and it turned out to be a waste of time and money. I just picked up my clothes (8/7/24) and they were just as dirty as when I dropped them off for dry cleaning. I won't be returning to this establishment. Never have them do repairs or alterations for you. Instead of 1 week it took 3 To replace a Heavy two way zipper in a goretex hunting coat. When it was done it now has a lightweight one way metal zipper. Still charged $38.00 for a lousy job....Never again will I go back....very unhappy customer.... read more

I have come here in the past and they did a fine job , but they charge way to much money for there service . They do not post prices and they want to charge extra if you need it sooner . They wanted $8.35 to clean and press a pair of pants . And 4.75 for a men's shirt . $29.80 For 3 pants and one shirt . I called another cleaners and asked what they charge . They told me $4.00 for pants . They told me if I brought it in by 10:00 am I could have it after 5:00 pm the same day . I totally feel ripped off . I will never use them again , that is price gauging . This place is twice the price . I asked her about it and she told me rents are high . They are way to high. read more

I brought in 2 sweaters (knitted) and 1 jacket (not wool more like raincoat material). The totAl was $41. The lady conversed with me while she punched in all the info. This place is by far THE top notch cleaners in town. I mean that with a whole heart. The owner always goes far beyond what a normal cleaners would go and I've never hesitated taking them some of my best clothes to clean. I also usually need to do alterations to my clothes, especially pants, and they are very creative in ways to alter the clothes so that it looks better and fits me better. After my initial test on their alteration quality, I'm happy to report that they do a very decent job and very professional one at that...seams were perfectly sewed like sewing machine but was done by hand! Goes to tell you how many they've done it... To sum it up, they are solely on par with what I expect of them and more. I would like to get to know the owners better if anything because they are just so nice. I'm a very busy person so the last thing I need is a untrustworthy cleaners. I'm happy with these guys for now and I'm gonna stick by them as long as they take ownership of taking care of my clothes! :) read more

I have been using Rocklin Square Cleaners for about 20 years. I get my shirts laundered weekly, have my suits and slacks dry cleaned, and have alterations done by them. I really love this cleaner. I have been using them for years and my clothes have always been clean and on time. I find the owners to take their job very seriously. They see it as a personal failure if things don't work out perfectly which is very rare. They have never lost any of my dry cleaning and always greet me with a smile. This cleaners is the one of the most awful places I have ever seen. I was taking a lot of men shirts and a lot of expensive dry cleaning items from Nordstrom or Neiman Marcus to them. These couple switch my clothes with someone else's trash multiple times. Then I start taking pictures of the things that I would drop it off and even then they would argue with me and to give me wrong clothes that is cheap and trashy. When I picked up the shirts last time. I have proven to the employee that in many occasions they been switching my stuff and it wasn't my last name on it. When I try to talk with the owner about that she would pretend like she doesn't speak English well and become rude and loud and started talking Chinese or something. Then I told her I have a pictures to prove, and the time then I took the pictures was before I drop them off I had some white shirts there and I showed her the name on the blue shirt it wasn't my last name. Even then she was nasty and rude then she found my shirts and give me. I will never go to this cleaners and strongly recommend for you to look for another place that's more professional and appropriate. Another problem they overcharge me every time usually I never pay attention but this time I really carefully paid attention. Each men's shirt laundry is $1.95 and $6 for dry cleaning pants last time I had 13 shirts and 1 pants total with tax it should be $33.70 she charged me $37.50. I don't care for $10 here and there it won't change my life that much but the fact that they are cheating me and I'm sure other people with the prices and overcharging us that's a big deal to me. If you take your stuff there make sure take pictures of it in front of her because it maybe the last time you see your clothes and end up with someone else's trash and you're still over pay.
