All week my girlfriend had been in communication with the salesman. Today 9/25/21, Sat. we had an appointment at 1:45pm and sat our whole day around it. We both test drive the Dodge Durango. Bank had been called earlier that week and she knew what she could do. It was all left up to the test drive, interior and how much they would give for trade in. She sat down with salesman to await to hear from financial to only have the woman from financial to walk over and to tell us that the vehicle had just been sold! Really?? We spend a whole going through everything, set aside a whole Sat even both test drive to only have it sold out while we are going through the process?? What do you not understand about internal communication? So you start a deal with one person and just in case you don't make that sale you go ahead and offer the same deal to another? Management in all the sales area was at fault! The only person that wasn't and that truly sincere was the salesman we dealt with. Zero Stars - FOUR MONTHS & ALMOST FRAUDULENT-LIKE WARRANTY SERVICE…read more I dropped off my (warrantied) vehicle for repairs almost four months ago, and it is still in the shop. The lack of communication and speed of service at this dealership has been severely disappointing, and I have faced constant excuses and absolutely little to almost no consistent follow-up from the staff. When I initially dropped the vehicle off, I was told I needed a new battery. This was highly suspect, as I had the battery tested fine at three separate auto parts stores, leading me to believe this was a ploy just to sell a battery. After I brought them a new battery, the communication did not improve. Major Warranty Issues and Incorrect Write-Ups The situation has escalated due to their handling of the warranty claim. I called the Jeep Customer Warranty service myself and was informed that this shop didn't correctly identify many of the problems. Several issues that were previously fixed under warranty were not written up correctly so that Jeep USA would cover them this time. Specifically, things were written up as merely "worn" instead of the necessary "defective" or "failed part." This appears to be incompetence or a deliberate attempt to misrepresent the necessary repairs. Continued Disregard for the Customer It has been another two weeks since I last heard anything. I called the day before Thanksgiving and was assured this matter would be "resolved to my satisfaction." Yet, I still have no update, and I will have to call them again just to learn the current status of my vehicle. Despite the fact that any issues found should be covered by a Jeep warranty--meaning a guaranteed sale for them--the staff has shown zero interest in moving quickly or keeping the customer informed. I thought a small-town dealer would provide better care, but I was severely wrong. It has been an agonizing wait of nearly four months with zero progress and no professional follow-up. I absolutely do not recommend taking your vehicle here for service. I will be taking my business to Longview or another nearby dealer next time.
