Knowing that I had this fear, nit only did Dr. Baer treat me with compassion & kindness, I also received that special consideration with my hygienist, Kelsey. She offered to use topical numbing cream before my cleanings which actually helped me relax from that worry of any twinges if pain. Eventually we tried without, so she truly made me feel comfortable to try without & I survived. Ive had a few fillings done and as difficult as it is to go through, everyone there made me feel comfortable. The last couple years I was switched over to Dr. Brown and I absolutely LOVE her! She is SO pleasant, genuinely caring and interested in YOU not only as a patient, but as a person. The office is clean, pleasant atmosphere and if you are looking for a natural holistic approach, this is for you. Yes, they are PRICEY! Insurance does help but recently policy changed, so you have to pay upfront, they will file your claim and you'll have to await any reimbursement from your insurance. Parking is free and pretty easy on their garage. Bathroom is clean, standard public use which is shared with the condominium accessed through the lobby after you've checked in with the office.

Dr. Stanton truly treats the whole person - giving attention to health concerns that could seem unrelated to dental care. Dr. Stanton performed extensive periodontal work on my gums after my general dentist's office let me know that they extent of work needed was beyond what they could provide. After I went back to my general dentist, a member of the staff raved at the caliber of the work that had been done. I have found Dr. Stanton and his staff to be professional and ethical, evening receiving a refund after insurance and copays had been applied for his services. What is most frustrating is that this policy was never disclosed before treatment. Patients deserve complete transparency regarding financial policies before any work is performed. Springing unexpected payment demands on patients after treatment is unacceptable and undermines trust in the provider. Being upfront about costs is a basic expectation of any professional medical practice. The lack of transparency left me feeling misled and frustrated. My parents see Dr. Perkins and thanks to my love for all things sugar and soda I eventually ended up in the chairs of both Dr. B and Dr. G over the last (ehhh) six years or so. I had been looking for a new dental practice for what felt like an eternity after our last one went from being amazing... to being amazingly terrible... to being entirely out of business. Yelp Loveys?!?!??! LISTEN UP!!! Dr. Mizrachi and his team are HEAVEN SEEEENNNTT!!!! I'm talking GOLDEN!!! FIVE STARS, 10's across the board, PER...FEC... TION! My ggf referred me to this office and recommended I request a cleaning with Diana, the hygienist. I have the pain tolerance of the average toddler and get anxiety like I'm jumping off a plane about dentist appointments, but Diana's cleaning was thee very best in my lifetime, indisputably. I have no idea how she was able to be so thorough and get these teeth so sparkly clean with a touch that was as light as a feather. The reschedule/cancelation practices/policy of this office is horrible ! (and they do not give you a print out of that policy) Don't ever have to cancel your apts at this office. As a family of 5, I had to cancel and reschedule a few apts due to unforeseen circumstances that had happen in our family, April the front desk lady went off on the phone saying and complaining of all the missed/canceled and rescheduled apt she had to do, which was false! however, scheduling apts is part of a front desk job. April Stated that I was wasting other patients time, when the few apts that was canceled and rescheduled were done days and up to a week prior to the apt., usually dentist and doctors offices have a policy for cancelations 24/48 hours prior to appointment. Never have we ever not shown for an apt! I'm certain they would not want anyone there who is sick. April has called to cancel and reschedule our apts for their own office issues, and that was ok . The office doesn't make it easy, patient friendly or convenient to make apts, sense the office seems to be closed more then its opened. I know there are lots of patients who get very nervous when going to the dentist, they have a real fear of having dental work done, well this doesn't make the experience any easier or pleasant.
