This is an amazing family farm with many incredible sunflowers. There's also several different colors of sunflowers here, ranging from light yellow to golden yellow to a coppery orange to purple. It's $15 for admission. They give you a vase and shears to cut off and take any sunflowers you want. They also made a cool invention to make it very easy to set your vase on the sandy ground if you need to set it down. There also a splash pad, trampoline area, big slide, and basketball court for kids to play in. They have the sunflowers set up so that they are blooming year round. So you see all the different stages of a sunflower's life there. If any sunflower heads are older and more dried up, they told us we're welcome to take any of those and they showed us how to take the sunflower seeds off the head. There's also a gift shop named after the family's daughter with plenty of treats that all taste very fresh, good quality, and delicious. There's samples available too. They also give you a bag of sunflower seeds you can plant.

I came yesterday on a weekday. From the time I called to inquire about hours till the moment my date and I left the farm, Sunflower Bob was nothing but genuinely friendly and courteous. He walked my date and I (both our first times) through the sunflower picking process. He provided everything from tools, vases, cold water and at the very end took pictures for us! 10/10 experience and we can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!

What a hidden gem! My boyfriend and I were traveling through the area and passed by and decided to stop through. 10/10 recommend. We Got to pick our own vase and sunflowers ! Beautiful little spot and great prices. Don't forget to stop into their shop and get some local honey!

Such a fun time not only for our 4 year old but also for us parents! Worth the $15! I believe it's John, the son-in-law, was so nice and accommodating. We were the only ones to show on this very cold, sort of drizzling day. He opened up and wiped down everything as if he was expecting 100 people. He brought us delicious kettle corn and road us around on the old fire truck. We jumped on the HUGE bounce house, slid down the giant slide, raced the duckies, played with the basketballs, raced on the tricycles, and even fed the llamas next door! The assortment of many different species of sunflowers were amazing and we could pick as many as we could hold. Our big kids had a tournament at the Big House..and I highly recommend if you are in the area with kids..go!

    Beautiful zinnia field!

My family went today and had so much fun! The giant jump pad was great, my 1 year old thought it was funny, even my bf & I enjoyed it. The slide was a big hit as well! The splash pad was so nice since it was hot! We enjoyed playing each other at barnyard ball! We got to see the cows and donkeys, too! Our favorite was the flowers. They were beautiful and we loved being able to bring some home. Shawn was super helpful and my boyfriend enjoyed talking to him about plants :). We can't wait to come back and fish in the pond!!

    Jump pad!! Super fun!!

Better than expected, our grand daughter enjoyed everything. Nothing more than the bounce pad though!! Thank you for a great adventure and beautiful flowers!

Came here with my mom and dad after my sister recommended to come here. "Sunflower Bob" is very kind and showed us how to properly cut the sunflower. We took our time and enjoyed the fresh air and beauty of a lovely day. Highly recommend when desiring a day out in nature. Come with family, friends, or a cute date. Also, on a side note, if you were to buy flowers in the store by the dozen, it will cost more. Might as well make a day of it and enjoy picking them yourself! Cheers

10/10 would go everyday if we all could! Bob took us on a tour of the sunflower fields, zinnias, and all the amenities that aren't even open yet! He even let us turn on the sprinklers for fun! You could tell he enjoyed talking to us and showing us everything. You drive to the sunflower fields following Bob no walking required which is a plus! Honestly his joy made this experience so worth it and they even have good kettle corn you can buy! We will be visiting again soon! YEAR ROUND SUNFLOWERS!!

Perfect place to visit for a few hour regardless of the time of the year. Very friendly staff. We will definitely visit again. Worth the 30 minute ride from Orlando.

What is an adventure farm, you ask? Well, after visiting Stanley Pond Adventure Farm I'm still not sure how to describe one. The property is expansive with some of the land used as a plant nursery (open to the public) with a few homes on the site. In the front there is a stocked pond where you can rent rod and reel or just get some bait if you have your own gear. This seems to be mostly for kids, but we were told a 15 pound bass was caught in the pond. It is catch and release so don't hope to catch dinner. We traveled waaaaaayyy out to Astatula for a birthday party. If you have ever been to Long and Scott's corn maze, this is even past that! There is very little shade and the property is HOT. DO NOT come here when it is warm as there is no place to escape the heat (ie. no air conditioned areas). All parts of the facility are clean and well-kept, in fact, everything looks fresh and new. Here's how it works: Entrance is free but most of the activities require tokens, $10 for 12 tokens or $25 for 35 tokens. Then you trade in tokens for activities. Activities include horse rides (5 tokens), jumping pillow (3 tokens), Mini Airboat (6 tokens), hayride (2 tokens), Tractor ride in blue cows (3 tokens) and fishing (10-12 tokens). There are a handful of free things like a sand pile and a toddler play area. Most of the activities were very "Meh". The horse ride entails being led in a short circle in a field (mostly in the sun). The jumping pillow is kind of hard to describe. It's like a flat inflatable pillow the kids can jump on. They jump for two songs then are taken off, but at least there is a cover over it. The guide we had, an older gentleman, was nice enough but he had A LOT of rules. He kind of barked them at kids and adults alike. No standing up on the tractor ride, no pulling the plastic bull horns, no climbing on this part of the pillow, no laying down on the pillow, no exiting the pillow from that direction, etc. I know you need rules but even the adults were making comments about this, maybe it was his delivery was just too harsh. They didn't seem to have enough staff to work all the areas. They had a few people rotating through the activities but the areas were so spread out it took quite a while. I saw one lady shut down the pillow/horse ride area to help in another area. She basically locked the gate in some kid's face. They have a small snack bar but it would be best to bring food and drink of your own. My son's favorite activities were probably the mini airboat, which is actually pretty neat, albeit short. For 6 tokens you get two laps around the pond. Not sure the people fishing appreciate this! He also liked the jumping pillow, because, what kid doesn't like to jump? And of course playing in the sand "mountain". What kid doesn't like to get dirty? What parents don't like so much is being hot and sweaty and putting a sandy kid in the car!

We needed a break from distance learning and quarantine. A fb friend had suggested this to me. I took my 3 boys and we got there a little after 10am and picked flowers until after 12. We had a blast! It was relaxing and the weather was beautiful! Old man Dan showed us around his property and taught us how to pick the best flowers! He was so involved and enjoys what he does! We will b back!

Bobs must have Kettle Corn! Delicious!

GO KART FAMILY FUN DAY!!!…read more Found this on Groupon and thought we would try it out. I can give this a quick review as we spent most of our time on the Go Karts. At least the ones that were open. We purchased a Groupon that gave us the day at the park and an arcade card. (Pic below of current discount) We had a great time, but it was a little repetitive when it came to fun options. The gas Go Karts were not running so there were only the electric ones. Kids had a great time!!! The arcade had allot of options, but price per game was kind of high in comparison to other Arcades we frequent. The batting cages could use some love, but most of them were up and running. Our son had a good time and we didn't need to bring equipment with us which was nice. The kids rides are like basic carnival twirly or up and down rides. The mini golf course looked to be very basic and visually stimulating at all. Like it's an after thought. Being the only one in the area, you would think they would put more thought into the players enjoyment of their course. Laser Tag was Fun, but limited space and quicker rounds then we are used to. Try Laser Ops in Tampa for a fun Laser Tag course. Check out my review!!! For all day trippers like us... There is a small restaurant on the property, but many food options around the area. We did try the little restaurant for brunch time and their food was pretty good. Mostly got pastries and everyone enjoyed them. This is not a place we would frequent because of the expense of the place and travel costs for us. It is definitely a place to visit if you're going to be in the area and want to have a Go Karting Fun Time!!! AS ALWAYS TRY IT FOR YOURSELF!!!

The food part is closed and they only have a few vending machines scattered for snacks and drinks. We ended up ordering Dominos and eating it out front on their picnic table. Most of the games worked and the attractions outside seemed a little older but in good condition overall. They offer mini golf (desperately needs to be cleaned in the gutter type holes ...leaves are clogging them and the ball got stuck before we realized they aren't functioning) which we really enjoyed. We also played laser tag, drove go carts, had batting practice in the cage, rode the tall "drop" ride, and played a few video games inside. Service: some workers were so nice and helpful. Some made you feel like they wanted you there. But of course you always have those that seem unhappy at their job and make you feel like a bother. There was one guy with really long straight hair that needs to find a different job because clearly he was not happy there. Otherwise they were almost all very nice. Loved the gal at Laser Tag and the gal at the desk when we first arrived (I wish I would have gotten all their names). Extra note: Oh yeah, and to the one young guy who came up to distract me when I was in the batting cage... you need to understand that is dangerous! Your co-workers had already told us how long we had left in the cage.. twice. Then you walked up after without checking with them if they notified us, and instead chose to talk to me with 50mph balls coming at my body. They literally only last a few minutes... you could have waited until I was done with that round. I understand yall are all ready to go home, but use a little common sense next time please. Plus I still had time as your other coworkers had told us. Overall: we had a great time. We really enjoyed the batting cages, mini-golf, go carts and laser tag. We will definitely come back and refer others to come. A few disgruntled workers are not enough to keep us away... only to mark down the rating a little. LOL!

We had a beautiful day to visit and smiled throughout the day. Some of our best moments were walking through the various city streets and seeing musical performances and dancing. The walkways were wide and we were never on top of other guests. Most rides had reasonable wait times and/or offered single rider options. The locker areas for cramped, but I appreciated how many of the wait queues were indoors, keeping us cooler and away from the rain. The Harry Potter sections were amazing, just amazing. I couldn't have imagined how it would have felt being in the middle of the space. Restaurants, both sit down and quick service, were scattered throughout the park. I loved that we didn't have to worry plan in advance to get a spot at either. My only downside to Universal Studios is that some of the themes felt outdated or just aren't favorite characters of mine. At least this helped to decrease the temptation of spending money on apparel or merchandise.

The customer service phone number is a pain to navigate and the staff is unhelpful. They are either unwilling or unable to connect directly to restaurants, certain departments (like guest services), etc. They even told me a restaurant was closed despite the restaurant showing as open online. The customer service rep was also unwilling to put someone else on the phone or provide next steps. The inconvenience of Universal (including having to pay to visit City Walk) underlines its intent was to make money rather than create lasting family memories. Don't waste your money and time.

They have a convenient parking garage where the first three floors are paid parking, while the fourth floor and above are free. That was a nice bonus and made getting there easy. I was actually on my way to a restaurant, so exploring the park wasn't part of the plan. But once I walked inside, I couldn't help but look around. There were restaurants, food vendors, candy shops, drink stands, and so much more. The atmosphere was lively, fun, and full of energy. It looked like the perfect place for families, couples, or anyone just looking to spend a few hours enjoying themselves. This is a short review because I didn't get the chance to experience everything Icon Park has to offer. However, based on my first impression alone, I can definitely say I'll be back. It was filled with excitement for both children and adults, and I'm looking forward to exploring it even more on my next visit.

All three of these together took up about two hours and then we were able to go to Cafe tu tu tango to get a bite to eat. This was a great half day experience while we were visiting Orlando. There was a parking garage and parking was super easy. By that time we left around 8:30 PM there were so many cars, but when we first got there at about 5 PM there were tons of spots. They do have parking spots you can pay for in the lower levels so it seems like if you're willing to pay there will always be parking. If you want free parking, you need to go earlier because this seems to be popular for nightlife. I always appreciate when there's so many attractions together that you can walk to. This place has quite a few restaurants, some shops and the attractions all in a contained area. It was very clean and when we came, there was a huge police presence, because apparently a couple weeks before there was hundreds of teenagers that descended to the area and fought. So the place was doing a really good job making sure that everything was safe. This is a place for both families and non-families alike.

We spent days exploring the different pavilions, enjoying incredible food and drinks, shopping, and experiencing the attractions. EPCOT truly offers something for everyone, and we loved how every part of the park felt like a different experience. We enjoyed visiting the World Showcase, sampling foods and beverages from around the world, and taking time to explore the unique details in each pavilion. From Germany and Japan to France, Canada, Mexico, and beyond, there was always something new to see, taste, or experience. We also enjoyed some amazing meals and snacks throughout the day, including Le Cellier, Le Chefs de France, Biergarten, Kringla Bakeri, La Cava de Tequila, San Angel Inn, and several other stops along the way. One of the best things about EPCOT is that you can create your own experience. You can focus on the attractions, spend the day enjoying the food and drinks, explore the cultural details, shop, or simply take your time walking around and soaking in the atmosphere. We did a little bit of everything, which made for a perfect Disney day. As two adults, we especially appreciated the food, beverages, cultural experiences, and relaxed pace that EPCOT offers. Every visit gives us something new to discover, and this trip was no exception. EPCOT remains one of our favorite Disney parks, and after our recent visit, we are already looking forward to returning!

EPCOT was good. It wasn't my favorite of the parks--that probably was Magic Kingdom--but it's solid…read moreand it has some fun rides. It's also quite a bit "hillier" than the other parks. There's boat and Skyliner access to get here, which is great; we were at the Boardwalk Villa so the boat was our go-to. You can also take the monorail to and from, depending upon where you're staying (we did take the monorail when we park hopped one day). I liked Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, though I've heard it described as "unreliable" and can attest to that. On our last day in Orlando, which was the second day we spent at EPCOT, that ride went down during the day and when we went in the evening with our new lightning lane, it went down just after we'd gotten into our cart (literally about 30 seconds into the ride) so they had to evacuate us. (That sounds scarier than it was--they brought some big steps for us and unlocked our lap bar so we could get out.) I think Frozen Ever After probably was my favorite, though there were a couple for which we had LLs that we missed (Figment and Living on the Land). EPCOT is really great when it comes to character experiences. We encountered more here "in the wild" than at the other parks. In Germany, we happened upon Snow White shortly after she'd arrived (there were fewer than 10 people in front of us to meet her). Unfortunately we missed Aurora (my favorite) and Belle, but there will be other visits. We also stopped by Mickey & Friends and met Mickey, Goofy, and Minnie there. There were a couple favorite memories that I have from EPCOT. The first is going to Akershus for breakfast with my two year old daughter. She isn't familiar with a lot of Disney characters (visiting Disney World was her introduction to a lot of them) but during our first Magic Kingdom day she found a Belle doll that she became totally enamored with (she's never seen the movie). I was excited--as was she--when Belle was the first princess who visited us during our breakfast. We also saw Tiana, Snow White, and Ariel that morning. A breakfast filled with princess visits is hard to beat but our visit with Moana did. We made it to her last appearance of the day near her spot at Journey of Water, and again were lucky that there were fewer than a dozen people ahead of us. Moana is my daughter's favorite character and she was so shy to meet her, but happy and excited. They're some of my favorite photos of our visit. In addition to the rides and copious character experiences, there were a couple places to stop and hang out. Near the Communicore/ Creations Shop, there's a small outdoor plaza where they were having Encanto music or other bands playing. On the other side of that plaza was also GoofyCore, which may be a space that changes function often, but for Cool Kids Summer in 2026 it was a spot where kids could play and dance with Goofy and Max, and parents could sit and relax. Whilst we were visiting it was about two weeks from the end of the Flower and Garden Festival. I was thrilled that we were there during this time, and I didn't even realize that it was taking place when we were going. I love garden walks and this felt like one of those, with gorgeous topiaries of characters and insects and beautifully manicured green space in each area. Some of the characters we saw in greenery were Moana and friends; Donald and his nephews; Peter Pan characters; Kermit and Miss Piggy; Pooh and his buddies. And that's just a few of them that were spread throughout the park. There were also some special food options during the festival. I especially liked the Tanghulu in China, which was a skewer with strawberries and grapes covered in hardened sugar syrup. And in Japan we ordered frushi, which was fruit sushi and was delicious. There was an amphitheater in the American Experience (or whatever it's called) and they were having a concert series in conjunction with the festival. It was a really nice evening to listen to the band near the lake. There's a boat that goes from Canada to Germany if you're looking to skip part of the walk. The fireworks were nice too, and when Spaceship Earth is lit up at night it is quite beautiful. I think next time I'd try to do EPCOT in just one day, rather than spread it across two, or I'd have the park hopper option and consider spending a partial day there. The character experiences can't be beat. The Flower and Garden Festival isn't the only one they have, but it's the one I'd want to visit again. And I'd highly recommend stopping in Canada for the maple popcorn!

If this had been our first Disney cruise, I'm not sure that I would rush out and do another one, truth be told. On our previous cruises, everyone we encountered on the staff, from the Check In crew at the port to the stewards, to the random Cast Members we would come across around the ship, was friendly and welcoming. Here the staff seemed harried and tired, like we caught them at the end of a very tough shift and they had nothing left to give. While the food was still excellent, the service was not at the same level as our previous cruises. We simply adored our dining teams on the Magic and the Dream; taking pictures with them at the end of the cruise. This time, with Jonathan and Carlos, it was very transactional. There was no connection or anything engaging with the team. They were certainly pleasant but the Disney magic was lacking. Our room steward, Arawan, was efficient, but I only ever saw him twice: Shortly after we boarded and the last night of the cruise when we were preparing our luggage for disembarkation. He certainly kept the room clean, so I do appreciate that! However I noticed some things, maintenance-wise in the room that displayed a lack of Disney's attention to detail, such as some rust spots in the bathroom. I would expect that from Norwegian, but definitely not from Disney. One night at the hot tub there was a guy openly vaping and staff only came over to tell him the hot tub was closing, not that he could not smoke in this area of the boat. At some of the trivias in the various entertainment venues, we either got inundated with offers for drinks or completely ignored, there was no in-between! In addition, staff broke my husband's luggage. Points to them for trying to fix it and sending an apology basket, but now that we are back on land, he has to spend time and energy filing a claim for the damage and going through that whole process. Hopefully we recapture the magic on our next Disney cruise, as the Fantasy is my least favorite of our cruises so far.
