    Stanley Steemer is the BEST we've found on the market for duct cleaning services! HANDS DOWN! They sent out Marshall and Felipe to do our job, and they were amazing! They took the time to do a thorough job. They listened and addressed all our concerns. They respected our home and left the house even cleaner than when they came, picking up after themselves, making certain everything was as they found it. We HAVE already referred them to our neighbors. I absolutely recommend Stanley Steemer to anyone wanting the best cleaning possible and the job done right!!! I shopped around for weeks before deciding on Stanley Steemer. Our final decision was twofold... 1st, We'd used their company in the past for our carpet cleaning needs and were never disappointed in their service. 2nd, They were more professional and detailed in not only their service but in their bid process; describing their process in detail, step by step to us. The steps they took to ensure that they cleaned every inch of our duct system and the trunk areas were impressive and far more thorough than their competition. They offer a satisfaction guarantee, which was important to us. Plus, they were also more competitively priced per vent than one of their main competitors (Service Master quoted us a higher price per vent.) We liked the fact that all their fees and pricing were quoted up front, providing a transparent and accurate bid. We actually had 2 other duct cleaning companies come out the week before we decided on StanleySteemer, but we ended up sending those other companys packing because they mislead us about the type of equipment they use, and the scope of the process they utilized. They misled us on both. I found upon my research that the majority of the advertised duct cleaning companies out there I had contacted offer a ridiculously low fee to get in the door; they'll quote super low prices they say include all your vents, etc. Then you find they only include the supply vents, and don't include return vents or your furnace, etc. (Stanley Steemer does ALL of the vents and includes the trunk system and furnace!) Anyway, once you've let in the other companies, the charges continue to rise until you're looking at over double the quote... so don't be fooled by the upfront "special pricing," the other guys quote you! Plus, you risk the job being performed in a sub-standard fashion. (One of the other companies we tried just showed up with a shop vac and an extra long hose! Yes, we sent them away) Another company pushed and pushed us to pay $179 for deodorizer telling us all the reasons we needed it. Then, when we agreed to add that on to our job, he pulled out a spray bottle and started to just squirt some of it into an uncleaned floor vent opening. I stopped him right before he squirted it, and asked if all he was going to do is spray a little into each vent, which he informed me that yes, but it will travel throughout my entire system once the system is turned on again. Did he think we were idiots! Of course, that was the last straw, so we politely asked them to leave without performing our job. I was so upset thinking we'll never find a good company to come clean our system thoroughly. I have asthma and allergies, and I need the duct system to be totally clean and debris free! So we were blessed with finally finding Stanley Steemer! Our experience with Stanley Steemer was the very BEST!!!

    CARPETS WERE CLEANED 11 DAYS EARLIER FROM STANELY STEEMER. THIS IS WHAT CAME OUT AFTER I USED MY OWN CARPET CLEANER.

    GO ELSEWHERE! SEE PICTURE BELOW! I recently purchased a home and before I moved in I had my carpets cleaned by Stanley Steemer. I had my carpets cleaned on Saturday, August 12th. I decided to clean my carpets 11 days later with my own personal upright Hoover carpet cleaner because I noticed some excessive cat hair left by the previous homeowner while I was vacuuming. I figured the brushes of my carpet cleaner would be able to remove the hair rather than the suction of Stanley Steemer. I'm attaching a few pictures of the results of my cleaning. The carpets should not be this filthy after paying over $430 for a professional carpet cleaning service just 11 days earlier. This filthy water was in every section in every room of my house that Stanley Steemer evidently cleaned less than 2 weeks earlier. I called Stanely Steemer customer service and was told they could come out to clean the carpets again, but they should be done right the first time! I asked why my personal Hoover carpet cleaner was able to get this much filth out but their professional equipment had missed. I was told their equipment couldn't get down to the pad. They reassured me that my personal Hoover was not better than their industrial equipment, but could not tell me why I was able to get so much dirt out following their cleaning. My point is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR A DEEP CLEAN because obviously, my personal upright Hoover carpet cleaner can do so much better!

    Not very happy with their work. Next time I will use my own Hoover SteamVac to clean it. They did the work perfunctorily.

    First, I'm very happy with the actual vent cleaning service I received at my property, and office…read morestaff interaction was fine. I have a specific issue that I think any future customer should be aware of before agreeing to services. If you're going to use their services - and again, I was happy with the actual service - I strongly recommend you pay by cash or check. I had chosen to pay via credit card. Their credit card handling is ... not great. I expected the technician to use some kind of processor like a square reader, but the solution at the time was to call over to their office and read out my phone # and CVV to their office staff who would process the payment. That's not a great solution and borders on unacceptable in 2026. The office staff was not answering the phone at the time that my service was completed, so the technician told me that the office staff would reach out to me the next day, which from my perspective, no big deal. Ultimately I got in touch with the office staff and paid, via reading out my card # and cvv over the phone. Again, not great. A link to a payment website would do a lot to alleviate concerns. During this call I mentioned using an onsite reader or payment website as being far preferable to reading out a card # over the phone. Here's where things start to go very wrong. Later I spoke with the owner of the company who opened the phone call in an extremely aggressive manner, claiming that I had been mean to his staff and practically yelled at me because I was unwilling to pay by credit card. I was in fact at every point during this willing to pay by credit card. I do not want to get into a he said/they said re: whether or not I was mean to the office staff there. I definitely did unreservedly apologize on the phone to the owner for any negativity in my interaction with his staff. Whether or not I was actually mean is not important to the next point, and this is the important bit: The owner told me that "If I was so uncomfortable reading my card out over the phone, I could've written down my card # and given it to his guy". Now this, this is huuugely unacceptable. Anyone familiar with the standards around credit card number storage and transmission (PCI-DSS) should know that this is a big red flag. There are specific rules for storing credit card #s, and writing it down on an invoice and throwing it on the passenger seat while you drive to the next location is definitely NOT on the ok list. I really hope that the owner was just throwing out random ideas and that this doesn't reflect a common business practice. Certainly the technician did not offer this solution, as well he shouldn't given how problematic this is. I would also emphasize that practically by definition, this company doesn't just have your card # and cvv, they also have your full address (assuming you live at the location you got service at) and likely full legal name, so this is quite a bit worse than a company storing just your credit card #. Anyway, I myself will not be using their services again due to my extremely negative interaction with the owner. If you choose to use their service, please PLEASE use a check or cash, or at least verify that their card handling processes have improved since my date of service (March 2026).
