Would never use this business again. Bought the wirker lunch and gave him 50$ on top of the ridiculous max package, which was not worth it at all. Left a lot of the tile unleaded and unsealed, boot prints, left mud spots, damaged 100% worth of property, and left water puddles all over the wood floor. Technician could not find my address. Instead of coming to the Jamestown Condos he showed up next door at the Jamestown office buildings. After passing me around and verifying how to get here no one showed up. No one called to say they weren't coming. When I spoke with supervisor they said I wasn't cooperative in helping them find my address. Are you kidding me? What did I possibly have to gain by that? I took off 6 hours to get this job done. Prepaid for service for a year. Have used 3 out of the 4 prepaid services. I have not been up charged until today. Was told that the previous techs did not do their jobs correctly and that I should have to pay more. Already gave them 1,200.00 they told me today that I owe another 94.00 because the tech Chris felt it necessary. And they cleaned one less room that I'd already paid for. Said if I didn't pay that they would send my 94.00 balance to collections?!!!! He's a joke! Also left my home with the front door wide open & drove off. So rude, unprofessional. No manners at all. If I could give them negative stars I would. I paid for the three room deal for $192.00 which included my 400sq ft living room at two rooms and my less than 100 sq ft hallway as the third. The man came out and literally spot cleaned less than one square foot of my carpet. My 18 year old niece was home and watched him spot clean 3 spots about the size of a basketball then left without doing any further work. When I called to complain they told me they have a 10 day guarantee but I have to wait 24 hours to file a complaint. I called the very next day and agreed to have them come out the next day to make up for the complete lack of work I paid for. I was given between 8am-1pm that they would show up. They did not show up, nor did they call to warn me they would not be showing up that day. I gave them leeway and called after 10 minutes. I told the company I wanted a complete refund The rep then asked me if I would be willing to wait around from 12pm-6pm for them to send someone else out. I had already wasted half a day and they couldn't even 100% guarantee they would even show up that day because of scheduling. I again demanded a refund and was told I would have to wait till Monday-Tuesday to speak with a manager. On Monday a manager called me and said she would have to investigate. On Tuesday I got a call back and they said they would give me a partial refund since they attempted to come back out a 3rd time and I declined. This company is taking advantage of people! I can not stress this enough, DO NOT USE THEM! I am reporting them to the BBB and still fighting for my refund since they did nothing remotely listed in their agreement. read more

On the day of our appointment to get an estimate they were supposed to call before they came.....and they didn't. No big deal, but not a good sign. Brandon was our technician and he was courteous and appeared to do a great job. He scheduled our appointment and we felt good about the process. Except, Brandon forgot to turn in the order. So, on our scheduled day of service, no one showed up. We had moved furniture away from vents and cleaned out closets to better expose closet vents, etc. They apologized, but I don't feel that was enough. We are scheduled again in two weeks. I scheduled my 2 showers to be cleaned and then sealed in a different color. Only one shower was able to be completed that day. After the tech left we were able to really take a look and it looked horrible. The color had stained the caulking and the lines were all over the place. It was very unprofessional looking. It took me 3 days and tons of unanswered emails to get in touch with a manager. They came back took the sealant off and were going to refund me for the issues. 4 days more and tons more unanswered emails and I am barely getting my refund. Stanley Steemer has an internet special of $126 for carpet cleaning on 3 room and states to notify the technician upon arrival. I add it to the notes on my order. The technician gets here and states I see you are using the internet special of $126, but we have a $400 minimum. Due to milage incurred. I'm not 100 miles away from my nearest SS! They are local! The technician tells me the $400 minimum is for gas! There is no way I'd ever pay $400 to have 3 rooms with furniture (carpets) cleaned! I've been a customer of SS for years. I've used Stanley STEEMER for years and there's one thing you can count on, if you're not happy they will do it again for no charge or refund your mom bet. Had a crew come out today I've never had before, and although they were extremely efficient, on time, professional, courteous, and all but one two by six foot section of my master closet looked great, they were unable to totally lift a stubborn area of darker dirty carpet stain. They refused to go back over it to n the spot but asked me to call the company and they company promptly reschedule my regular crew I've had for years to come back out to attempt to get rid of high traffic stain. Couch was not cleaned well at all. Floor was left soaking wet. Couch is still discolored and ruined. Deodorizer treatment is a complete waste of money. They refuse to do monetary refunds and wouldn't come back out and and reclean it the same day. Way over priced for poor quality work. I have been using Stanley Steamer for years. Since Covid I hadn't had my carpets cleaned and I finally scheduled a cleaning. Come to find out if the service outside OKC area there is an extra charge now. It cost me a minimum of $400 for them to clean my carpets. Will never use again. Just beware, if you live outside OKC the specials don't matter! No cleaning 3 rooms for $159. It cost $400 instead. read more

Deodorize and protectant a rip off. When I called customer service to give my feedback they called me and had a manager call me however she did not have details of my feedback comments. They wanted to come out and redo job but it was during height of Covid and I was not comfortable to have them in my house again. Someone else called and left me a message to call them back about my service. When I called back I got her voicemail and left a message. Never heard back again. They got maple syrup and eggs stain out of my carpet. The carpet looks and feels so much better. They also got some red Gatorade stains out. We have a 2&3 year old that stay busy on the carpet. Absolutely do not hire these guys. They will agree on pricing ahead of time even with full details of square footage and scope of work, then show up and try to jack the price up $200. Very unprofessional and opportunistic! Also the technician was very condescending towards us and acted like he was doing us a favor by being there. I've used Stanley Steemer meany times over the last 4 years and have been quite please. Most of the time they call to let you know what time they are showing up, though sometimes they do not. That is a bit aggravating as you try prepping for them. But either way, they have always shown up within the time frame that I have scheduled. So not huge complaint there. Usually they go through the house and talk about problem areas, what the area is caused from and how long it has been there so that they know how to better treat it. This last time I used them they didn't do that. I didn't think our carpets were as clean as technicians in the past have been able to get them, but compared to other services we have tired, they are still better than many others in the OKC metro. Professionally, they are the best. Then men who come to clean are clean cut, professional, nice, and don't smell (a problem I have had with other companies). Their service department even calls less than an hour after they leave to get a review on the service. And unlike other companies, they seems to really care about customer service. I only take away one star because the cleaning really depends on who you get. Some will try harder to get stains out, going over the area many times and spraying a special solution, where others just do the bare minimum and go over areas once and tell you that you have a stain. Even still, I would highly recommend them! read more

They finally got here the 4th time with the right equipment said they were on there way and it took them over an hour to get here. My carpet is so wet now. It may take a week for it to dry. My time window was 9 - 1 and they got here at 8:30! They were very quick, it only took them 20 mins or so to steam 2 rooms and 2 hallways. I think they will move furniture for you but we went ahead and moved it the night before which made the process very quick. They did try to upsell but weren't too pushy about it. They hook up to your outside water and discharge in the closest bathroom. My carpets smell and look a lot cleaner than they did before for sure! Overall happy with the services. read more

I had never used Stanley Steemers until today and can honestly say they did a fantastic job on the floors! Brian & Tim came out and spot treated and cleaned the carpets and they look like new now. I cannot believe how different the carpet looks. This is hopefully a big surprise for my family since they are all coming over tomorrow and I will ALWAYS use Stanley Steemers from now on and request these two men to do them. They did ok cleaning, it's what happened after they finished. They used my front yard spigot as a water supply. The technician(Who said he was the manager, later found out he wasn't) broke the spigot. After talking with him and their corporate office, I was told I needed to hire a plumber and that plumber had to say Stanley Steemer was at fault. THEY ARE NOT GOING TO PAY TO FIX IT! Also the technician lied and said it was like that when he got here. They break your property, lie about it, and sidestep paying or fixing what they broke. read more

I can hardly vacuum that fast. seems they skimmed over my carpets - and did not move obvious things (a desk chair & a jewelry case, two chairs in living room) :/ paid a lot for that hour. I have used this location in the past, but this time they let me down. The crew was friendly enough, but they didn't seem too concerned with doing a good job. They worked very fast, and that's where the issues stemmed from. The carpet "looked" clean, but it barely got wet so it really didn't clean anything. After the water dried, all of the same stains reemerged. I had to watch everything they did, and even then I missed them not moving some furniture that I wanted moved. Basically, they cut corners and went too fast to do a really good job. I will be going to a competitor next time. read more

I scheduled service for Aug. 20 and told the scheduler that I have a 3400 sq ft 3 bedroom house. The first floor is mostly stained concrete and needs to be stripped, cleaned, and sealed. I've been told in the past that they treat it as wood. Up until last fall, I've had nothing but good results from the company. Rhwy changed their time slots from 8-9 to 8-1. i told the scheduler I had to have an 8-9 spot and had to be their only customer that day, as it usually takes them until 4-5 to finish. She assured me she would put all of that in the notes section so the dispatcher would send the crew out accordingly. The day before i called again to make sure it was all in the notes and they would show up early. At 11:00 or so on the 20th I called to find out where they were. I told her if they showed up at 1:00 I was sending them home. They came about 12:30. I asked if they were willing to be there until 8 pm and was told "whatever it takes." We agreed, though, to reschedule for today, Aug. 27. He assured me I would be first on the schedule. He figured up everything I wanted done and it came out to $2300, $500 more than the price I was quoted. But I had added a couple of things, and decided to get the contract. I received an automated reminder yesterday that they'd be here from 8-9. At 9:15 I was on the phone again with customer service and she had to put me on hold while she called the local dispatcher. She then was put in hold by them. Finally she came back in the line and said they were dropping off area rugs "close by" and would be here shortly. I told her if they weren't here by 10 they could not bother to come. 9:55. And they were 20 miles away, not what I'd consider "close." They come in, I'm told that his tablet isn't working and he lost everything he had inputted last week. so he walked around looking at everything again and comes to me, 40 minutes later, and starts talking about how everything isn't going to be perfect, if I was expecting perfect. I told him I expected the concrete to be clean and shiny, the way it has been every time before last fall (that crew was horrible! And they're no longer with the company), and the carpets to be clean, with no spots on them. And protected. He was pretty surly today, not like he was last week. The price he quoted me today was $200 more than last week! I asked why it was so much more than the original $1847 the scheduler had quoted me and he said something about new management, pricing things differently, and me adding the shower, which is another $200. I told him no, and to just leave. Customer service definitely went out the window when it went to call centers. NEVER will I have them back. read more

I booked an appointment for today. They called at 1:15 to say they were on their way, so I left work to go home (12 minute drive). Not there at 2, so I called. They had a flat tire but would be there within the hour. Okay-things happen. Almost 2 hours later, no call and no arrival so I called. They were freaked out by the flat tire on the highway (okay, don't get it, but whatever) and they would send another crew out later. No apology for not calling so that I could manage my workday better, just a manager telling me they have lots of customers and I should be willing to wait. No apology. I cancelled and made an appointment with a different company. Cannot be respectful of my time? They don't get my money. I understand things happen, but be nice or there won't be "lots of customers". read more

DO NOT HIRE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND MORE MONEY TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES! I am 9 months pregnant and wanted to have my tile and grout cleaned before baby arrives. They showed up at almost 9 pm to do the service. They were finished within a maximum time of 30-45 minutes (was told it would take at least 1-2 hours). The next morning we noticed that there were huge gaps of grout missing and the rest was completely sandblasted. Our grout is completely ruined and has to be redone. They sent a manager out, Mike Garrett, who just sat and defended the work they did. He offered to fix some of the holes himself (not professionally) but not all of the other damage they caused. They refuse to fix it properly and are saying it's our fault because we have old grout (our house was built in 2008). If you're going to ruin our grout instead of clean it, maybe let me know first so I don't have to deal with the headache of fixing your mistakes. This company is a joke, and now we are stuck re-doing our grout with a baby coming in 2 weeks. Thanks Stanley Steemer. Your company and the way you do business are a HUGE disappointment. read more

I had my carpet cleaned a month ago and it looks like pure crap. I'm very disappointed in Stanley. First off they use cold water out of my outside tap, I'm sorry but water cant heat up that fast from tap to truck to carpet to get a good steam cleaning. And disposed of the waste water down my toilet... WTH??? They charged me 50 bucks to have a carpet freshener put on my carpet. It never smelled fresh at all. Now we are not nasty people we don't have children to muck up the carpet. But if I can still see the traffic path from the kitchen down the hall two days after my carpet was cleaned then there is a problem. I usually use Blackmon mooring I will call them next time. I am not happy with Stanley Steemer. We had them come to get a pet odor out from a puppy, but the room still smells the same. Which is likely because the guy was in such a hurry. It took him a maximum of 15-20 min to set up, clean, and put his equipment back in the truck. They were also VERY misleading when we called. They told us on the phone they would do one bedroom, the living room, and the hallway for $99. When they got here they said the hallway wasn't part of the deal since it was tile. They also told us on the phone that they move furniture, but the guys who came said they will only move the couch and chair. They would not move the bed, dresser, tv stand, etc. read more
