The communication from Mighty Ducts was awesome and clear. The technicians arrived on time and were efficient and quick in their work. Two suggestions I would have that covering the vents when they would push the dust out so it would not cause a heavy dust flying in the air in that room and additionally request items to move where they are drilling the vents in the basement so they don't drill on top of the storage items which was harder to clean...

I never had this issue with the other tech who came to my house for the last four years. Also, when I called to complain to office was talked to very rudely. This company has gone downhill in the last year with their service. Please do not call them for anything unless you want to be talked down too and treated like your nothing. I ask for the owner to call me but that never happen. Heard from a few of my friends that have also used them in past that the owner is not a good person and always blames the custom for the issues even if it was his techs or himself that caused the issues.

A cleaning person had used the wrong material on our shower marble and basically acid etched it. Shawn did an amazing job, literally making it look brand new. No easy task as it took 3.5 - 4 hours of using various grade of buffer pads showing his knowledge & experience. He came out to our house for air duct cleaning gave us a bogus estimate over the phone for $450 to begin and then he dropped it to $350. The I found his company online through a made-up profile, he shows up at our house he talks a good game but he absolutely did not fix anything I actually had to take my furnace apart just to fix where he screwed up, he promises pictures of every vent before and after. I received two pictures that aren't even of the same vent and I don't even know if there ours. We told him prior that our landlord would be paying and that we would need an invoice. He agreed, then before he left he demanded we pay cash check or Zelle and told us he could not leave until he was paid! And he had the audacity to ask for a tip!! Luckily our maintenance guy had painted a lot of the things shut so I was able to tell after he left that he did not do three of our vents or the air return and we only had five!! This is a complete scam and please do not reach out to this man!! I thought he was just a smooth talker young kid trying to make some money and it turns out he is a complete scam and I guess it's a really common thing for this type of service because you do not need a license. HE EVEN QUOTED MY LANDLORD $6,000 TO REPAIR THE CHIMNEY CROWN OF A SLAB HOUSE THAT'S NOT EVEN WORTH $20,000.
