Nice variety of well made artisan pantry items although familiar brands to someone who is around a lot of artisan food. Wide variety of interesting wines at accessible prices although I found the wines available by the glass largely crowd pleasers and predictable than interesting. About a ten minutes walk from the metro. Staff we accommodating to tasting a wine before purchasing a glass. Half glass pours are available.

Been here a few times been wanting to try it for the longest and I love it. This is like a go to if you're looking for any kind of wine sparkling wine, champagne, Prosecco there's all kinds of amazing beers here. This is like where you find the unique items that you might not find in a regular Liquor store. They have like specific unique items that you just don't find everywhere else. It's super clean the service is fantastic. I have not had any of the food, but I will one day I know in the meantime between time if you are looking for a really good gift and you know someone who is a wine connoisseur this is where you come this is where you find the most unique Items and gifts. Lots of really cool stuff here you gotta check it out.

So much wine! All sorted by the regions they came from.

Stanley's Wet Goods is a wine, beer, and liquor store and bar that is well-curated and surprisingly not too expensive. The staff here is all very knowledgable, which is helpful because I'm terrible at picking wines or knowing what to buy for gifts. If you give them a general idea of what you're looking for or what you like at the regular store, they'll know what to get. The food here is all fine but I would stick to drinks if you're sitting at the bar. It's a great space and date night spot!

Super cute wine store located in downtown culver. Stopped in for a drink in their communal seating area to meet a friend. Fast casual atmosphere, they have cheese boards & food on the menu but we just got drinks. Service was excellent! They have a happy hour 3-6 so will be back to try that. Cheers!

Mother's Day walk-in for four at around 2:45pm. Table available outside immediately, so a bit of street noise. Service was steady and friendly. Answered our drink questions very well. Recommend the Sistine Spritz from the sparkling wine list. Very refreshing. I liked that the food menu wasn't too overwhelming to choose from. Daughter and I shared Meatball & Mozz sandwich with a side of salad and a cheese and charcuterie board, two choice version ( one cheese, one cured meat). A lot of food, and nicely prepared. Ham and cheese plus side of olive oil chips was well-received.

This place is such a vibe! A huge selection of wine to choose from - and you can even drink the bottle you buy right there if you want to. My friends and I got happy hour and the orange wine was delish! The chicken sandwich on focaccia bread was also to die for. Super friendly staff who ended up giving my friend a free glass on the house because it was her bday. Def will be back.

I've gotten some really incredible wines here (and splurged and got some tinned fish too). Stanley's is perfect for a nice bottle of wine with an impressive collection and all the accommpaniments you could want for some wine and chacuterie. But they also have a little bar to order from which is so fun! I got the charcuterie for happy hour and was super happy and some wines. It's rare to find a HH in LA these days! The bartender / wine-tender?? was also fantastic and helpful. A great place to relax and have a glass of wine with a great vibe.

Huge selection of wines in the retail area but pretty limited options on the actual menu. Potato leek soup was amazing, I want a whole tub of it in my fridge.

They have an eclectic, fun, and classy stock of wines from around the world- Croatia, South Africa, Greece, Hungary, New Zealand, Slovenia plus hand- picked varietals from France, Italy, Spain and the U.S. in addition their wine bar gets an A+, with interesting whites, reds, pinks, orange, bubbly, natural, regional-- for any palate. Their appetizers are tasty top quality. We love this place.

    Is it dog friendly?

Hi Stephanie - we're happy to have your dog in the shop, but not in the bar area. Thanks!

Do they offer any vegan wines at all in the bar area? Last couple times I went none of the employees knew and I'd like to be able to call ahead of time before I make plans to go :) Thank you!

We absolutely do! Almost all the wines we carry and pour at the bar are unfined and unfiltered, so therefore vegan. If the server doesn't know immediately, please just ask and they'll either take the time to verify our have an associate do so as… Read more

Unfortunately, I think the vibe is completely off with this type of food, and I think it's hurting their customer base (I.e, there's a sports watching day, and live DJ?, but the food is definitely more for upscale vibes). I also didn't know they have a rotating menu with different chefs, so when I came in craving for something like steak frites and find out the don't have it even though their sample menu lists it on their website, it kind of throws my mood a little. Moreover, their wine list is not extensive considering it's a wine bar, and wine mentioned in their name :) Anyways I've digressed. With this special menu, I ordered the scallop tostada and maitake taco. The scallops were very fresh, and it was a very well balanced dish. I would totally order this again! The maitake mushroom was exploding with flavors, though I find the sauce a little too salty for my taste. If I came here just for food, I'd come back and try new things!

On multiple occasions, Elton has given me poor service and a noticeable attitude. I chose to overlook it at first, but eventually I brought it to management's attention because the treatment was consistent and unacceptable. After that complaint, the situation escalated. When I returned, Elton refused to serve me altogether. He would not look at me, acknowledge me, or take my order. I was left sitting there while being completely ignored. It became so obvious that other guests sitting next to me noticed and were concerned enough to step in and ask him why I wasn't being helped and to tell him to serve me. That should never have to happen. I then asked for the manager I had previously spoken to, Leo, because I wanted to understand what was going on. I still have not received any clear explanation. What's most concerning is that this behavior feels intentional. No employee in hospitality gets to decide who they will or will not serve based on personal feelings. If a staff member's feelings are "hurt" after a complaint, that does not justify refusing service to a guest. That is not professionalism--that is the opposite of hospitality. It was honestly disturbing enough that the people next to me told me directly that it didn't feel right and that I shouldn't come back because it seemed like I wasn't wanted there. That is not okay, especially at an establishment of this caliber. I am actively trying to get in touch with someone at the hotel who can properly address this situation, because this needs to be taken seriously. No guest should ever feel ignored, singled out, or unwelcome in this way.

I emailed the bar to make a reservation since the online system was down, and they emailed back immediately to confirm -- and even said they would surprise my mom with an extra birthday cake! Now all I had to do was wait 3 weeks until her visit so the experience could finally happen. The day arrived and I got my mom to Maybourne Bar with her none the wiser. From the moment we stepped through the door, the experience was a 1 million out of 10. Every course is unbelievable. This is a caviar tasting in the best way -- all nine courses are topped with generous helpings of delicious N25 caviar. You get sweet, salty, savory, comfort food, upscale dining, everything comes together in the absolute best way. I especially loved the deconstructed deviled egg and the lobster roll, and the ice cream was some of the best I've ever had. The chips and dip came with the cutest miniature potato chips (although I'll admit I could have used a few more), and the caviar salmon burger was super flavorful. And, true to their word, they surprised my mom with a birthday cake -- and then surprised us both with complimentary lychee cocktails! The service was impeccable as well. Each person on the waitstaff was kind, helpful, and accommodating. We loved how descriptive they were of each dish. It was also really nice of them to decide to give us an extra 2-top so we would have room for all of the courses. This is not only an incredible tasting menu, but made even more incredible by the price. 10 courses and a glass of champagne are $85. I was honestly shocked at how much we received for under $100. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. This is a true gem in Beverly Hills. I'm already planning my next visit!
