Please read other reviews and avoid this place at all costs--especially if you need USDA paperwork. Before coming, I called and was told the doctor was USDA accredited. When I arrived, I even asked the front desk again, and she confirmed, "Yes, the doctor is accredited." So I trusted them. After my dogs received their vaccines around 5:30 p.m., I mentioned we might be traveling internationally and would need a health certificate and rabies certificate signed by a USDA-accredited vet. That's when the front desk suddenly admitted the doctor is only accredited by California--not USDA. She repeated this several times and told me I'd have to go elsewhere. In short, I was misled. Save yourself the hassle and go to a clinic that actually has a USDA-accredited vet. To make matters worse, the front desk (who claims she's worked there for 30 years) told me to "ask the consulate" because the doctor doesn't know about travel requirements. Completely unprofessional--rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all. And if the doctor is reading this: check your cameras and listen to what your staff is telling clients. I'm not making this up. Even after I wrote this review, the front desk still confirmed the doctor is only California-accredited, not USDA. So either the doctor is lying--or this whole place is a scam. P.S. To whoever replied to my message on GM: why should I have to call your employee when they are the ones who gave me false information, wasted my time, and cost me money? Also, your response said this hospital has only been open for 12 years--yet your staff claimed they've been doing health certificates there for "over 27 years." That's another clear red flag.

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR PETS AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I won't write a huge review for this place because it's not worth my time , but they put my cat on the verge of death. Botched neuter job, lied about the cause of my cats now open & very infected wound with muscle showing, CHARGED me for another visit to get it looked at, denied to fix him, left him untouched in a kennel for hours while his condition worsened when he could have been at a hospital getting the help he needed. Also made me wait over 40 minutes for medical records to be printed out for me, which we called ahead of time for & I ended up leaving without them because I needed to rush my cat to a hospital. After reading reviews & getting in touch with other customers here, they have killed dozens of animals with procedures here. I recommend South Orange County Animal Hospital for all your needs, they work with you finically, wonderful staff & sympathetic surgeons. Brett is the only sympathetic staff there , and I thank you for doing everything in your power to help my cat.

Customer service with my husky was really good. Syliva at the front desk was very knowledgable and helpful. Station pet hospital was clean and me and my girl left happy.

I brought my Cat in for a spay on a Monday at 9am She was checked in within 10mins and 4pm I picked her up. The staff are very organized, informative and friendly. It's not a fancy building that some may prefer but the prices and professional care are far worth it.

Brought my golden retriever Daisy for the first time and the ladies at the front desk Sylvia and Pam were very friendly and nice. Took in my dog to get a routine health check up. I met with Dr. Kavanough and she was very informative on the needs of my dog based off her current age, what I feed her and her physical activities. She got updated on her shots and they even gave me a can of dog food for older dogs to try out which my dog loved. I would recommend this place and give them the benefit of the doubt.

I echo the DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE sentiment. My first encounter with them was from OC animal care because there was a stray that I was going to shoot because he was old. The appointment setter Kathy was not only dictatorial in her instruction but set me an appointment that was null & void. I showed up for an appt at 2:30 & at 3 they said they'd take him to the back for an exam. 1- We've never been here before, I'm not even MEETING the vet? The same bet with murder all over their Yelp? No, he's not leaving my sight. 2- The staff was not only rude but asked the history over & over & over & over to the point one of the other people in the lobby answered for me I had relayed that answer so much. 3- It's FILTHY. Negligent homicide, unprofessional staff, a manager that was snapping at customers when we walked in AND dirty.... But I'm supposed to trust you some with him? If the parts your showing are terrible, WTF are they hiding behind the scenes!? Reporting the unethical behavior to the vet board & highly recommend everyone else do who's either had an animal murdered, maimed or otherwise harmed here. Attached are the credentials you'd need for reporting if you or your animal was abused here, too

I took my…read moreShiba pup to this vet about 11 years ago, and then switched vets because I moved further away. In June 2026, I was frantically calling vet offices after receiving an unforeseen and distressing diagnosis for my (then-senior) Shiba at the emergency VCA in Fountain Valley. The receptionist was very attentive and nice, and was able to get us seen straight away in the morning when they opened. Aside from the really great customer/patient service, the lobby was small, but very clean. The atmosphere isn't dreary, which I really appreciated at the time. We were seen by Dr. Acevedo, who was very professional and warm. I explained what was happening to my 11.5 year old boy--he was diagnosed with pericardial effusion, cardiac tamponade with ascites--and she explained very thoroughly what they were going to do that day. I did have to drop him off for most of the day and pick him up at the end of it, which I didn't love, but I understand it's because I was basically a very last-minute appointment, and the procedure they were going to do was a drain plus radiographs along with other tests. Unfortunately, as his symptoms progressed aggressively and Dr. Acevedo had results to talk about with me, she let me know over the phone that the prognosis was not good. I then went in, where she showed me the radiographs and gave me a detailed explanation of what she was seeing, and even compared my dog's x-ray to a healthy dog's x-ray to help me understand better what was happening. Dr. Acevedo was very sincere, she told me she's seen this several times before, and the outlook based on what she saw would mean my boy would be in a constant state of recovery. Eventually, I made the very painful decision to lay him to rest with an at-home service with a different practice the next week. Overall, Dr. Acevedo was incredible. Because his decline was so rapid, I was constantly blowing up the phone at her office asking about everything ranging from treatments, to what I should look out for so that I don't wait too long to lay him to rest. Every time, she was very informative and tried to help me with what I was going through with my best friend. Thank you to everyone at Lincoln Animal Hospital. When the time comes, I will be glad to bring my next pup back here. It's worth the drive.

I paid for a visit an ear cleaning and a test for them to look at the ear wax under the microscope. For the vet to say he had a little bit of yeast but didn't not prescribe any medication to teat, when my dog had symptoms of an ear infection. A week later and still no improvement. Looks like we will be headed in to his primary vet to get this treated. Waste of 278 dollars on a visit. Really wish my boy could have been treated the first time around.

Around our house, he's simply known as The Cat Whisperer. Somehow he has this magical "Dr. Ash method" that can calm even my most nervous, difficult cats. Cats that normally hide, hiss, or make everyone work for it seem to trust him. I still haven't figured out his secret! What really sets Dr. Ash apart is the time he gives every patient and every pet parent. He never makes you feel rushed. He explains blood work and treatment options in incredible detail, answers every question, and has even called me in the evening to personally discuss test results. That level of care and dedication is almost unheard of. I also want to recognize his amazing staff. Raquel, Andrea, and everyone at the clinic are always so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. Whether they're drawing blood, collecting urine samples, trimming nails, or giving one of my cats a sanitary trim, they handle each cat with such compassion and professionalism. You can tell they truly love what they do. I've trusted Dr. Ash and his team with my cats for many years, and I wouldn't trust anyone more. They treat every one of my cats as if they were their own, and that means the world to me. And here's the highest compliment I can give him: if Dr. Ash ever moved to Timbuktu... I'd be pricing moving trucks the same day. That's how much I trust him. Thank you, Dr. Ash, Raquel, Andrea, and the entire team for the exceptional care you've given my furry family over the years. You are all simply the best.

Generally I am able to make appointments for them within 48 hours of needing to be seen which is good. However their hours and appointments might be limited sometimes so YMMV. Recently our older dog was having issues and we brought him in. Our first appointment did not go well as he was never seen, they told me to come back the next day which I did. We came back the following day and he was seen for his lack of appetite and urinary issues. In the past everything was fairly expensive but this time took the cake. It cost $700 for an exam, two lab tests and a small medication to increase his appetite for a few days. The worst part is, we did not get any diagnosis since they didn't find anything wrong. They also checked his ears which he is often scratching daily and they said were totally normal also. The next day he was worse so now we are forced to take him to an emergency room and pay double the cost, at a minimum. They also gave me about using our Carecredit card for the payment, which is in my wife's name, even though they know both of us and our dogs for the last two years. They also didn't give us any discount for the trouble of rescheduling on us or being a repeat customer. Imagine going to a mechanic for your car paying $700 and it's worse than when you brought it in? That is the situation as of not.

In the past year, I've had to bring my aging dog in several times for various issues. Usually, when something happens, I call for an appointment and they've been able to squeeze us in either that day or in the next couple of days. There have been times they've been fully booked and not able to immediately accommodate us and I respect that. One of our major visits last year was for my dog to get surgery and remove some skin tags from his body. He had to be sedated for a couple of hours. During that time, Dr. Adams did a fine job removing his skin masses and also did a deep teeth cleaning. Our pup came home and recovered well. The office even called the next day to check up on him. They are doing curbside meet and greet. Just park in a numbered spot and call the office upon arrival. Since they are still doing curbside drop-off, I've never been able to see inside the office and how Dr. Adams and the staff interact with my dog. For the most part, when Dr. Adams comes out to talk to me about how my pup is doing, he is professional, kind, and answers all my questions. The only downside is their billing and record-keeping system seem to be archaic. They haven't transferred to a digital system. It'd be much more convenient to receive printed receipts (vs handwritten receipts), an electronic log of his vaccinations (as well as a list of upcoming shots), and digital reminders of future appointments.
