I have used the Print and Marketing center more times than I can count in. I have sent by UPS both all ready to go and needing packing. Each time it has gone very smoothly. The printers that they have you can print by usb or email(emailing the file you need to print to staples@printme.com). Apple Pay and contactless payment works at the register. read more

I am writing in regards to the management at the Glen Cove Staples. I have been shopped here for 20 years without an issue until yesterday. There was a Respawn gaming chair normally $279.00 and it was on sale for $199.00. The ticket on the chair and the price marked above it showed the sale price. The cashier rang it up the total with tax was $304. I told the cashier the price is marked at $199.00. He walked over to check the price and came back with a manager. This is about 12:45pm and not first thing in the morning when the store just opened. The manager told me that the sale ended yesterday. I said but it is still marked with the sale price in 2 different spots. 1 on the chair and 1 on the wall. He said, "it is not a law I do not have to give you the price. I have the girl changing the prices now." I responded it does not have to be a law but for good customer service you should honor the price. I have been a loyal customer for years. Even the other customers at the next register, also said to him, he should honor the price as marked. The manager refused and was quite rude to all of us and just kept repeating, "There is no law saying that I have to give you that price,I don't have to do anything, there is no law telling me to change the price for you." Sadly I did not get the chair for my son, and I wont ever go back to that Staples again. If this is how the managers treat the customers I will bring my business elsewhere. Truly disappointed in the customer service at a store I have shopped at for so many years. read more

They took my information without my consent, and signed me up for staples rewards. They refused to do a few simple print jobs for me, even when I told them I was willing to come back the next day to pick them up. I ended up using another printing service (in farmingdale, on route 110 next to furniture gallery) that did everything I asked of them, on the spot. I was done in 20 minutes, and for the same price they gave me much better quality prints than staples did. Don't use staples. They steal your information for their shitty rewards program, and then they take forever for bad quality prints. read more

I had a painting for my daughter laminated here... and they THREW IT OUT. My daughter is heartbroken, as her friends painted her a mural before we moved away to remember them. Now it's just gone- for absolutely no reason except for the fault of the store. I wouldn't trust this location to copy or laminate anything for me again. read more

I dropped a UPS package off at this location. I had to wait a while before anyone helped me. Anyways, It's been a week & a half since my package was shipped. My package was never delivered to the location. The recipient said it was likely tampered with as Staples isn't secure- they just toss the packages in a bin right by the front door and any and all staples employees have access to that bin. Never again. Shippers beware. Take the drive and go to a trusted UPS store. read more

Went there to buy a desk for the office. The staff who deals with the furniture was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. first interaction: went to get some help with buying a tablet. after an hours worth of discussion with their "tech guy" I purchased a tablet after he assured me it would perform a certain function, but the sample was not because of the staples internet connection. Bring said tablet home, 4 hours later, will not perform said function. Returned and 5 hours wasted. Second interaction: I need a simple male to female 2 way RCA converter. I call and ask. i needed a printer cartridge and some multi use paper as well so away i go into staples .this company has downsizes and has shuddered many stores across the usa and i am semi surprised that they are still around with folks ordering supplies online with the cheaper and more items via wb mason. i needed a few things now and it's in my area when i am in the cove plus plenty of free parking out front. i was the only person inside the spacious place which is well stocked and clean from what i can see. the lady behind the counter grab what i needed and had me out in 2 minutes . i could have save 10 bucks online but sometimes time is too precious to wait. plenty of reviews stating bad customer service but i did not experience any at all, but to be honest workers come and go and don't hang around that long and who can blame them. the times have changed and the era when you can walk into a staples and roam endless aisles of products are gone . read more
