They're friendly and helped me quickly with the fax machine and I was able to print my copies I needed

The shipping and printing department has terrible service and is horribly operated. The employee saw me come in with packages and proceeded to turn around to run a print job. After about 5 minutes, I asked if I could give him my returns, he said no bc they didn't have Amazon boxes to pack them. He could have let me know when I walked in. Terrible experience. read more

Hands down the worst customer service ever. Rude, disinterested in making a balloon bouquet, isn't that your job and part of your services??

I would strongly discourage anyone from using this location for Amazon returns. I entered the store early today (2 November 2025) and inquired as to the location to make Amazon returns. A rude British man, pointed and told me to follow the dots on the floor. I did and he walked from where he was (10' away) to "help" me. He rudely informed me that he couldn't take a tarp that i had brought in a box (despite Amazon informing me via the return process that no box was necessary). You couldn't convince him otherwise. He curtly processed my other two returns and recoiled as I took my boxed tarp back from the counter. Such a jerk! Of note is that I went to the UPS store (Dillsboro Plaza) and they couldn't have been nicer/more helpful. Use them instead!!! read more

went in to return ink cartridge today. since moving Amazon returns to front register they've had two lines. one for purchases one for Amazon returns. I get in purchase liner and was ignored. they don't call anyone to help me they just kept doing Amazon returns. they need to remember it's the shoppers who spend mo et there not those returning Amazon packages. left and will see if other places do ink catridg returns am who else sells ink. my $200 can go elsewhere. read more

I can confirm that the printing and shipping department is horribly run. Half the time when I go in to do an Amazon return, there is a sign up that says "Amazon Returns Closed." I inquired about this the first time, and was told by the British gentleman that the "server was down." Yet every other computer was working. In a subsequent visit when the "sever" was actually working, the British gentleman had to attend to something and rudely told me, "You'll just have to wait." I had only smiled at him. And, because bad things happen in threes, the first time I "met" him he did my Happy Return wrong, which had me on the phone with Old Navy customer service trying to figure it out. The moral of the story: use UPS or another Staples location. read more

Horrible. Won't be using this place to print anything ever again. They're will tell you they can do something for you, take your money, give you a recipe saying when it'll be ready, a week past when it was suppose to be ready and it's still not. Now they are "unable" to print it because of the printers or systems "are not able to print"... they can only print blueprints allegedly, and their other excuse was they are 150 orders behind. Extremely unprofessional You'd think if they were so behind there wouldn't be employees just standing around not doing anything. Now I'm a week out from when I need my poster and have to find somewhere else to print it asap. Thanks staples! read more

I take no pleasure in having to post a bad review, but I do want to let others know that this store cannot be trusted to fulfill your printing services. I needed a quick print job. I submitted the order online and was told that the order would be ready the next afternoon, which was a Saturday. After I didn't receive a text or call on Saturday, I called on Sunday. They did not even have anyone working in the print shop on Sunday. They also reported that no one worked on Saturday. On Monday when I called, they were able to only do part of my order because they had machines down. They had never attempted to reach out to me this whole time. So now I am left to find another printer that can print what I need in an hour. This may be the end of any relationship that I have with any Staples. . I can order from Amazon cheaper, or use a local print shop easier. read more

Places an order from canva and had it sent to this staples. It said it would be ready in 1-3 days. After 5 days of not hearing anything I called to check on my order. The lady told me she didn't know and I'd have to call back when someone else came in (All she had to do was check if it was there?). I called back a few hours later and the guy was absolutely clueless. He said "I see your order in the system but we don't have it. Our printer is broken" I asked why they wouldn't let me know, as I made the order for a gift. He said "do you want to cancel the order?" I asked if I could change the order to another location, and he said "uhhhhhhhhhhh" about five times and asked if he could call me back. I never recieved the call two days later and had to call canva to have it sent somewhere else. Customer service is non existent anymore. read more

I used online ordering to place an order for 1 8.5x14 print and 48 stickers. When I ordered, my confirmation email said the order would be ready by the next day at 7:30 and I would receive an email and a text when the order was ready. I never received either. The next day I called the store to confirm my order was ready. The first time I called, I was hung up on. The second time, the gentleman confirmed that my order was ready. When I went to pick up the order, I received only the 8.5x14 print. When I asked about the stickers I was told "they were put on hold and I'm not sure why. But the guy who put them on hold won't be back until Monday". I needed them for a Sunday wedding shower.. and was NOT told this on the phone when I called to confirm that my order was ready. Will NOT be doing business at this store. Luckily, I was able to quickly put in an order with The woodruff road store ..they were very accommodating, called and emailed me when my order was ready. read more

Just wanted to give a 2 thumbs up review for both Andrew and Bob. They were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my purchases today. They treated me with respect, patience and listened to my concerns. Definitely customer oriented. I will return to this store again! Keep up the good work, guys! read more

Contrary to some negative reviews I have had great service here. I print documents, business cards, signs, fax and have items emailed to me. Surprised by the negatives. Printing copies is a great value, no printer ink and hassles. Bought a nice office chair. Copying my tax info for my accountant today. read more

The copy person was VERY slow and quite rude. I doubt I will be returning to this location again.

Charged my wife $23 to fax 11 pieces of paper to San Fransisco, CA. She couldn't see the bill until afterwards. Beware!! Don't get screwed over like me. What a rip-off!! I called the manager to ask if this was a mistake, she informed me there was no mistake on their part. I will never shop at another staples again... Unless they correct this problem and give me part of my money back, if that happens I will delete this review and write a positive one. read more

From copying images on a small level to several banners. Never has an issue with service or quality. When in doubt ask a question or two.

This store is a horror show. I usually go to the Staples at Cherrydale but today I had to be in Greer so I stopped at this location. The whole place is dimly lit and messy they seem to be very understaffed as people were having to come out of the aisles and go back to the print station where I was to get assistance. I was printing two pages today and I went to the desk like I always do at Cherrydale. I was told that they are not able to make prints and the desk and that I would have to use the self service machines for my prints. That's fine. No problem. I then went over to the machine and after waiting a while for a machine to open up, I pressed the button to start and when I inserted my card I was told that there was a $5 authorization fee for cards. I'm not going to pay $5 for a 40¢ print job, even if it is returned to the card 2 days later. I shouldn't have to. So I found someone who looked managerly and explained my predicament. She and the woman at the print desk decided to give me a "cash card" to use for my prints, which they loaded with $1, which I paid for with my debit card. So basically, instead of paying $5 for a 40¢ print I only paid $1. What a bargain. As I told the women, it's not about the money. It's the principle. All I needed for them to do was print my documents so I could go home, and Cherrydale never has a problem doing that. I'll just go back to that location from now on, as I would recommend anyone to do. Had I not had to go literally a few blocks over in Greer I would have done so today. This is the first time I've ever actually called corporate because of an experience. Shameful. read more
