I went here to get my TSA pre check. I have never met a more rude person in my life. The guy working the station was cussing the entire time and making rude comments to my partner and I. Highly recommend going to a different location to get this service. The employees actually working for staples are very nice but unfortunately this service is in their facility. read more

I was very impressed with this location. Free garage parking with clear distinctive signage to the elevator to the store. Very large selling area. They repair computers and I found it very interesting that they do notary services as well as passport renewals. Large self printing area with numerous copy machines as well as fax machines. Numerous associates available throughout store to assist customers. They have a very generous loyalty program. It really is a one stop shopping experience for all your business needs. read more

I came in a bit overwhelmed with the lack of options that I had seen online but with Ariel's help and amazing customer service she made me feel like every item I purchased was the right choice. I'm pretty disappointed and confused? I came in here to do my TSA pre-check appointment in person. I had all the prior information filled out and paperwork ready to go before I even got to the desk. The girl behind the desk was incredibly rude, dismissive, and annoyed? When showing her my phone to confirm the details she continued to be rude... But when the couple after us approached her, in the same exact situation, her tone changed slightly and she was able to help them? I'm still a little confused and flabbergasted. Not really sure what that was about. But I certainly will not be going back to this location for anything. read more

although the employees do try to be efficient and courteous, most unfortunately the copies ordered were NOT completed as ordered by quantity. Many, many of the sheets of paper were BLANK! Very BAD to NO quality control, meaning they did NOT check the order before giving it to me. And at a cost of $17.90, very very bad and I won't recommend this service here. read more

This is a very nice Staples. It's actually a Staples Connect and this is the first one I'd ever seen. Office Depot used to occupy this space and it never looked this nice inside. Staples moved in and classed up the joint! Much nicer than the previous location on Wilshire and Cochran. Great selection of office supplies. They even sell Apple products. I purchased a nice fountain pen. You will find what you need here be it a printer, paper, iPad, Post Its, keyboard, envelopes, etc. The staff is nice and have been helpful to me. There is parking underground or on the street if you can find a spot. I'm glad this Staples is here. Good place for your office supply or printing needs. read more

I made the very dumb mistake of walking in here last week asking for help finding a cabinet for my office. I kept being pushed off to this guy who actually is Squidward. Down on his luck. Compliany tone. Walks like his shoes are 6 sizes bigger. Doesn't know anything. His actual answer to everything is " I don't know" Goes to the back to get my stuff. Comes back 15 minute later on his cell phone taking a private call. ( rude ) dropping my cabinet in the process. I was so upset I walked out. Fire that man imediatly. This is a really nice staples, with a good selection of products and services and a pleasant vibe. But what got me to write this review is the truly stellar and beyond the call help I got today when I went into the store. I had purchased an Epson WF7820 printer. It has been nothing but a massive headache from day 1. Called Epson dozens of times and they kept blaming my wifi for what is clearly a defective product or defective product design. (No other device has any issue with my wifi.) I finally looked at my receipt and saw that I had actually purchased a warranty with Asurion. I never filled in the paperwork though, AND I have laryngitis. Javier and Mohamad were SUPER helpful in helping me resolve the issue. Javier called Asurion and they both patiently and graciously endured my handwritten scrawls (because I have laryngitis). Resolved the entire thing for me. Asurion will refund my money. This is a review of Sierra from TSA PreCheck desk. The least-pleasant person I've spoken to all week. Instead of asking me politely to wear a mask when it is not required in the entirety of the USA, she pushed a sign towards me. I can take a cue, so asked her for a mask, where she sent me to the front of the store. Where they told me it wasn't required. If she's unvaccinated and concerned, you should probably supply her a box... she wouldn't take me as a walk-in which is fully described as an option on the website but ok, fine, I'll come back. But she couldn't even set up an appointment. If you hate your job, just say that. Writing this in the parking lot. I'll take my ass to DTLA. read more

I've been shopping this local Staples for years. They moved from a gorgeous old historic Miracle Mile building which was sad for yours truly, an architecture and design enthusiast, but the "new" location is clean, bright and airy, is always well-stocked and features free parking as well. The staff is unfailingly polite and helpful. I purchased a terrific new printer and for an extra fee, well worth it for me, they helped set it up at home. For this service, they arrived promptly and were excellent at the job. Despite their address change, I'm really happy that this Staples ended up staying so nearby and in this area! read more

Just went to this 5665 Wilshire Blvd. in order to make a few copies. My husband and I are elderly and have a hard time with the copy machines which are computerized and very hard to use. I came up to an employee at the copy center and kindly asked "can you help me.?" His reply was "I'm not a doctor." Then he proceeded to tell me that it's self serve and go read the instructions. I told him that we are elderly people and cannot see very well and it's hard for us to understand all those commands on the machine. He said that we should get a caretaker then to help us and he was extremely sarcastic and condescending - I told him that his behavior was not acceptable. He was irritated and extremely rude and sarcastic with two elderly people who just needed a simple assist in making a few copies. His name is Michael V. and he said he was the manager of the store. This is shocking that a manager would literally abuse and make fun of two elderly people. SHAME ON STAPLES FOR HAVING SUCH MANAGEMENT read more

Disappointed by the selection at this new location. Lots of space devoted to shipping and home goods, while the selection of office supplies has dwindled. I came looking for three different items I used to pick up at the old location and none of them were available here. There is a UPS, USPS, and FedEx all within a half mile of this location; this neighborhood doesn't need more shipping options. Bring back the old selection of office supplies! read more
