Don't come here unless you want to be treated like a stupid child rather than a valued customer. I was standing in line and when I got up to the counter, Jesus (the cashier) told me to wait and asked a customer standing in line for the other register to get in front of me!! Thankfully, the customer was nice enough to say, "no, she was before me." However, I was so upset and annoyed that I went to the cashier on the other side. If your customer service is rude, I don't want or need it. And you're not kind enough for an awesome name like Jesus! :( The prices were okay, I only came for the convenience of not having to travel farther. The service was so disappointing that I think I'll travel a little further to target or office depot the next time I need office supplies. read more

This is a standard staples, but I have been disappointed twice when this place has been closed 20-30 minutes prior to the end of their business hours. Just this Saturday I needed folders for a presentation, and the staff shut the door right in front of me at 6:35 even though closing hours are 7 pm. read more

AHHHHHHH I can't stand this store. I live 5 minutes away and I avoid this store at all cost and drive to Orange which is much better. The customer service in this place is just awful. The manager is aggressive and every time I go in, it's just an awful experience. There is absolutely no doubt this store will be closing in a very short time. I give this place 5 stars only because of Jorge at the printing center. He knows what I want and how I want it. He does and excellent job and clarifies work order thoroughly. They advertise for things they don't even carry and then when I found a box of pens I wanted that were on sale I found out at the register that they marked them wrong and they were actually full price. read more

Horrible customer service in the copy center!! And they never have my online orders when I place them to print & pick up. As a store open to the public they need to greet the customers and they come in and address them, make sure you are communicating with what is the hold up or what is going on. Also, they have ran out of ink and paper so many times as a print & copy center you need to be prepared and fully stocked. This is basic work ethic 101. read more

The copy center is friendly, efficient and they will easily go out of their way to see your order to perfection. I always print my office and kids projects here and nothing ever goes wrong. Samantha's my favorite at the copy center. These folks rock!! read more

Jessica at the printing section did a great job helping me out. When I got to the counter she told me she would be right with me. Nice to know I was being noticed. She finished up with a customer and immediately after that came and helped me. She took care of me and showed the desire to do a good job. Had a good experience with the customer service lady today.

I was on hold for so long I gave up and drove over there since I was just 2 min away. When I walked in they weren't even busy so I don't understand why I was on hold for 10 min. After arriving Holly was really helpful and came right over to help me download and print my documents. Holly was the only good thing about this place. She is smart, sweet and helpful. read more

I always am greeted with hello when I arrive, if I can't find something, I ask, and if they don't have it, they order it for free delivery and I just pay at the counter. In and out, super fast and they are always soooo helpful. As for the way the store is arranged now and the lack of supplies that they used to carry, meh, I liked the way it used to be a long time ago. I understand it, but still nostalgic for the good old days, when everybody was not hurting for money. read more

I needed to make 500 high quality color copies today, quickly, and I could not be more satisfied than the service I received. Sharon was nothing but helpful in the process. She was efficient and quick and gave me all of my options without being pushy or demanding. She even set up my small business with an account and was able to get us a discount through their rewards program for such a large order. I feel like she went above and beyond to help me with my flyers! They are a little more pricy, however I got really high quality paper and ended up with awesome flyers to help me with my business!! This place has the worst customer service ever. I spent 2 hours trying to print pictures and the lady forgot to tell me that my download would end if I left the store. The manager seemed to be more entertained by another customers tattoos than to help w the situation . read more

Seriously, such a helpful staff. I called asking for them to check whether some frames were available and they actually took the time to check the overheads, and put them aside for me. When I got there, everything was ready to go and they were happy to help. All around, pleasant experience. I have no complaints. read more

I went to this location tonight 9/28/17 everything was great I got asked twice if I needed help and the two employees on the floor were genuine. Then I proceeded to check out . There was no one in line so I went right up. The cashier did not greet me but instead said one second, in a bothered manner . She then proceeded to do what ever she was doing . Next thing I knew she snatched the basket and started taking out the things. First thing she did was grab a coloring book I grabbed from my daughter. She began to inspect it and removed a sticker on it . Then continue to look at it to see if the price was right making me feel like I had altered the price myself. Maybe I am overreacting, but then she stopped in the middle of my order to answer a question with a guest that seemed to have been there for awhile now. Looks like he was picking something up , he said he was leaving and instead of being courteous to him she told him to stay that they needed him to be there to reorder . She did not seem at all worried about what was wrong with his order, and she seemed bothered. Once she was done speaking with him she gave the worst suggestion as to if we wanted to sign up for the rewards. I said no and not only did she not say one word after that the card reader stylus wasn't working well I was struggling to use it even when I pressed with my finger. She didn't apologize for the struggle as well as got my items in the bag held them up looked at the other guys that was waiting and handed the bag to me after 30 seconds no parting remarks were made . I have worked in the restaurant industry for 9 years and I understand when people have a bad day. This cashier does not need be working with people. Wish I would have gotten her name but I didn't even get receipt. read more

Yes, they usually have had everything I need; but NO on going back, unless absolutely desperate ! They have the worst service of nearly any commercial business I go to. Attitude and priorities - they ALWAYS fall short !!! This time just now, there were at least 7 employees in the store, and I know they think they were doing something important. Nevertheless, I waited in line after 5 other customers, to check out. And this was after spending about 20 minutes looking up and down every aisle for the one item I needed. This Staples, by far, has the best customer service. Sharon from the copy center was so helpful. She had heard me ask for help from one employee and was patiently waiting when she came over to follow up with what I was waiting for- since the other employee hadn't returned. She quickly ran back to as the GM what I needed. I had a CART FULL of items and was letting people go ahead of me- because I felt bad making them wait for my large purchase. Sharon happened to by walking by and opened up a new lane to ring up my purchase bc it was so large. Stacy (an employee) is also so wonderful and helpful every time I stop by. Absolutely cannot believe what just happened. The incompetence of the employees at this staples is mind boggling. Went in to print 13 pieces of paper for the purpose of memorial cards for a funeral. The incompetent girl working the copy and print center couldn't even figure out how to turn the paper over after it printed and feed it through for a double sided card. The catch here, we were in there an hour before, and the other lady did it perfectly in under 2 minutes. Unfortunately we came back and that same lady had just clocked out. So we go buy our own card stock because we can do it in two minutes at home and the cashier b**** is just flat out rude. After she hands me my receipt she says "BYE". Don't recommend this staples. Also the bathroom looked like s***. Clean it up staples. Hire some competent employees read more

I like Staples for the last minute items that i need like photo paper and ink cartridges. I like the fact that you can return the empty ink cartridges for money. Although I think the market for ink is way over priced to begin with. Overall they usually always meet my last minute office needs. read more

this place was terrible, I came in to buy a printer, ready to throw down some money. First off, there was no one on the floor ready to answer questions. I would have taken five minutes of an associate's time talking about what I was looking for and what they had. I had to wait in line and ask the cashier for help. He said something to the woman working next to him then went right back to ignoring me. I went back up to ask for help and the woman apparently was only qualified to ring me up, not give actual advice. she asked a guy with gross long hair and a green and black staples shirt who was doing something on a side computer with another customer if he could help, and he angrily replied that he was busy doing something else and that he was just totally unavailable. Seriously? I could understand if he nicely replied that it might be five minutes before he could break from his project and help me. But if the ONLY person in the store who can give any tech advice feels too self-important to help anyone except the projects he deems to be most worthy of his time, rather than manage his time efficiently in an obviously understaffed major office supply store, then one star reviews are all this place deserves. Customer service is king, Staples. Shame. read more

I went to get paper cut down so that I could print my wedding programs on it, but when they were done cutting it the paper was ALL DIFFERENT sizes. It wasn't even salvageable. The manager walked up to see what was wrong and his first reaction was "what did you do?!" to the employee. They tried to make it up and order more paper for me even though it wasn't the same paper, 3 times more expensive than what I originally bought it at (from a different company) and it may or may not get to me in time for my wedding. I didn't use the paper because I NEVER got a phone call from Staples saying the paper was in, so I assumed it wasn't and was forced to spend more money and do something else for my programs. I get a voicemail on my wedding day from Staples saying my order was never picked up. I'm on the phone now with them trying to return it and I have been on hold now 25 minutes...and the music is numbing...what the hell. NEVER GO TO THIS STAPLES. I'm praying I'm not sitting on hold for another 25 minutes. read more
