They have a serve yourself copy center. They don't check the machines for toner, unfortunately. I put in 30 dark originals, got back pale grey print on the copies. Up your game, folks. Would it take alot of time and effort to check your copiers before luring the public in to use them? read more

Somers Point is a horrible store with poor customer service. I'm actually writing this, as I've been standing in line for the past 30 minutes now!! Beyond being pissed, is an understatement!! There are 5 people behind me, waiting in line like myself and 3 others in front of me with another person being waited on and no extra help!! I've counted 6 other employees. One at the UPS station and 5 other employees where the printing stations are Now add an additional 2 people at the Amazon desk, with only one person doing Amazon returns, the other person is boxing the returns. Mind you, there are 3 other cash registers in this area, that can help with Amazon returns. They are all educated in this matter when hired!! It's part of their job description! That being said, do you think another sales associate decided to come over and help on the Amazon side of things? N to the O, NO!! No one came to help the two associates that were doing the Amazon return returns. This was the most ridiculous thing I've experienced in a long time. The ignorance at the store is absolutely real. I usually try to give good reviews but there is no getting around the fact that the Staples in Somers Point, NJ has only rude managers and inefficient and unknowledgeable clerks. I purchased a complete box of printers ink cartridges for my printer. The box clearly shows that the black major tank is #270 and the 4 color cartridges should all be #271. Got home and put them in but my printer would not work took everything out and tried again. By chance I then noticed that the yellow cartridge said #281. I still had my receipt and although its only 5 miles to Somers Point I made the trip back with the bad cartridge the box that they all came in as well as the old yellow cartridge. The clerk I talked to initially told me I had to bring ALL the cartridges back or it couldn't be replaced. So I drove 5 miles back home and then additionally 5 miles back to the store with all cartridges, receipt and now anger because of the whole situation. When I got there the clerk I spoke to immediately called a manager over and said they had no knowledge that the wrong cartridge was in the box I had and I would have to call the company. By this time I was furious and he finally gave me a number to call. I am not sure this number will work but I will never use their services again. 20 miles on my car,$76.76 dollars spent and still can't use all the colors on my printer. Someone should call the Better Business Bureau and complain. What a complete ripoff. read more

I went to Staples today to have a business card designed. Both staff members were very patient while my daughter edited the photo that would be used with it. DO NOT GO HERE!! Staff is completely incompetent especially the manager. When asked about a simple coupon the manager had no idea. I had to sit there for 30 minutes and even still she couldn't even figure out how it worked. Even had a staff member tell me he didn't know how to do the job he was paid extra to do. read more

EVERYTIME we come to this Staples to use the copy&print service they always tell us they can't do what we want for some reason or another. Then we have to drive out to Mays Landing to the Staples there and they always do what this store says can't be done with no problem. Waste of time, no one here knows what to do. Save the trouble, time and them screwing up what you ask and just go to Mays Landing Staples. read more
