It is a great store! I have purchased one of my new laptops, at this location. At the time, they had a clearance sale, and I purchased the new laptop with a discount. Definitely, a good store, located in the entrance of City of Victorville. The lines, during my visit, were not long. Furthermore, the staff working here were quite helpful, friendly, and polite. Staples Victorville is awesome. After staples apple valley made us feel rushed, we left without our needs met. When we arrived at staples Victorville, we explained our situation to the person in copy and print, Calvin. He went way above and beyond with assisting us, and was able to do exactly what we needed. Came here today to shop for a couple of supplies for work. Had a really great experience, and all the staff was super helpful.Unfortunately, they did not have the item that I was so desperately looking for, but the staff was so helpful in finding it online and printing me out a receipt of where I can either find it online, or have it shipped to the store and they offered me free one-day shipping. I didn't get the item that I was looking for but I did pick up a cute binder and some really cute highlighters for work. Staff did a wonderful job and was super helpful. read more

Terrible customer service. Cashier Angie does not pay attention when checking out and doesn't give you all of your bags. So when you get home 30 minutes later and realize you don't have your items, you call and get no concern, no apology, no assistance. But what you do get is you get to drive 30 minutes back to get your other bag. Do you get an apology...nope. Do they care? Nope. Will I use or recommend this Staples in the future. Nope. Went in this morning to get a document printed and one self serve machine was down and the other two were being used for a long period of time so I go see if the lady behind the counter can print out a simple document as she called it and she directed me to the self service. I told her the other two are being used and its been a while and one machine was down. She just told me to wait and didn't even do see the issue with the machine was down. I don't see why she could print for me but printed for someone else that asked. read more

We had a lot of stuff to print in different sizes and one of the girls seemed very annoyed to help us but eventually dropped her attitude when she seen we would be there for a while and at the end of it all asked for a good review. Staples has bad computers and ripped me off of $40. Would not give my money back and had me wait 1 day over for exchange so Staples could put on cash card which is not cash at all. I would NOT trust them to do a repair-they'd swap good parts out. The manager Mike is the 1 who set up keeping return day over to steal my money. read more

I sent a design for print via the web and when I went in to pick it up they said they didn't have it. After searching for it for 15 plus minutes the girl located it. I then had to wait for them to print the copies, and was told I could not purchase the copies unless I signed up for their rewards card. I told them I was in a rush due to the length of time I had been in the store and they refused to let me make a purchase w/o signing up for the card. I then asked for a manager who agreed with the clerk. Needless to say, I signed up, but won't be shopping there. I have been receiving emails from them every since and intend on calling corporate. read more

I went in to fax one sheet of paper. The line for the printing and faxing services counter was at least five people deep. In this day and age, managers should know how to schedule people to accomodate the needs in a store. I walked out without using their services. Or, the employees are too stupid to work efficiently or maybe the manager is too stupid to schedule properly. I have choices in this market and I choose not to use Staples anymore. You shouldn't use them either - poorly run businesses need to be OUT OF BUSINESS. I also tried to call the manager to tell them that they lost my business (not that they care...)but, I never got to speak to a person. Automated phone responses put me on hold. I waited for 5 minute as I conducted my faxing with a different business then gave up on Staples completely. Staples DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE. JUST THE ALL MIGHTY DOLLAR. I will NOT be returning. Lindsey the manager at copy and print was in a horrible mood. I waited my turn in line and she let someone cut in front of me so i politely said it was my turn and she yelled at me. I told her she had my notebook that she spiraled together if i could pay for it. She told me no,refused my money and screamed at me to get out because she was too busy to ring me up! She yelled at me to leave the store! I dont think she is fit to be a manager. I wasnt able to pay for my item and she made me really upset that i even cried on my way home. read more

The only reason I give one star is that zero is not available. My husband took his Samsung phone in for screen repair on Nov. 18. The tech said it would be ready by that afternoon. Today is Dec. 7 and they just now got it fixed. Luckily he had put the cost onto his Visa, who we called to get his money back. We are not even going to retrieve the phone, as we got a replacement phone through Verizon in 2 days. The tech and the manager both lied to us. NEVER USE STAPLES FOR PHONE REPAIR. Extremely rude service. The copy and print Manager Lindsay treated our family as though we were not very important. We came in for a simple recoiling job on a planner. It took forever just to get service and when we came to pick up the product Lindsay was rude and inconsiderate. She let a customer cut in front of us and when we called her on it she turned around handed us the planner and told us to leave in a very rude tone. When we looked at the product (the planner) it had been done in a hurry and was completely ruined. When I returned into the store to complain about the product and how we were treated she continued to be rude and told me to leave and have a nice day in a sarcastic tone. This was uncalled for and displayed the worest customer service. I normally do not complain but this cannot be excused. This was rude and disrespectful to customers who spend money in this store which we will not be spending money in again. read more
