My friend kept trying to get a better understanding of what the ideal problem was and he kept repeating and starting saying that he was cutting her off that to not come back there no more which we will not be. Turns out it was the water pump, and it was throwing a code for the fan clutch, so he suggested I replace that as well - since it had to come off to get the new water pump in anyway. The new fan clutch was unbalanced and failed after driving for a day, ripping its own harness off, causing a short that prevented the vehicle from starting once I arrived home. I called and talked to Elite Performance, and they had my vehicle towed back in to repair it. They switched to another brand of fan clutch and replaced it at no charge. Stand-up guys! I will be taking it back to get the engine tuned soon.

In dire need for…read moreour only family car that is used to cart the kids around every day because of the A/C not working in the summer heat. Booked an appointment for 3 pm. Got there 5 minutes before my appointment and was asked to reschedule. Then was told if I wait the car might be looked at by the end of the day. I asked if they accepted walk ins in front of me and what is the point of making an appointment time and I was told they are allowed to overbook online appointments. I will never come here again. Was willing to spend whatever it took to get my A/C fixed for the family car, but have changed my mind due to this terrible experience.
